Technique Improvements
Alright! So- lets say you want to make that badass technique you just learned even MORE badass!
Well you can here at Narutoverse! However- mastery is like a fine wine!
It can only be appreciated by someone with a pallet for such things!
A character who is a Jōnin or higher can learn any of the following improvement to any technique they learn! Each of the following technique improvements can be trained once per technique.
1,000 Words- Technique requires less hand seals.
2,000 Words- Technique requires no hand seals.*
1,000 Words- Technique costs 1/2 the normal chakra.
1,000 Words- Technique is considered a rank stronger.
*[Must have improved it with "less hand seals" first!]
Focus Types
A focus type can improve their techniques once they reach Chunin level!
(However, they can only improve their focused techniques)
Genius Types
A Genius type can improve their techniques once they reach Chunin level
(However, they must use an increased word count as though learning a higher ranking Jutsu)
