Are there ever mornings where you wake up and look at the clock, only to jerk upright with a gasp and moan? Are there ever days where the clock seems to have jumped way ahead of where you set it the night before? Do you run out the door in a rush? Take a few minutes to get ready and end up late? Or make a mad dash through your closet, hoping to come out looking cute?
Okay! So I have a challenge for you, based on this idea, oh members of the guild! You are to take between three and fifteen pieces of clothing [ordinary, gothic, EGL, whatever you feel like incorporating] and put together a quasi-Loligoth-Aristogoth outfit. These pieces cannot be part of a set, however, and accessories count as one piece each! Pairs of things, though [shoes, stockings, gloves, hairpins, etc.] will be counted as one whole piece.
The one extra-special stipulation is that you have to do [pick it all out] it in less than ten minutes. You can take your sweet time putting it on and getting pretty for pictures [and oh, I do demand pictures of these Rushed-and-Roughened 'rori' outfits]. Good luck.. and go!

I've only got, like, 2 outfits for now, that are lolita.
So sad! crying

how fun! i'll try to do this over the weekend ^-^
i really need the practice for getting dressed fast o_o;; it's impossible for me to get ready to go out in less than 20 minutes.

I'm glad that people are interested! And don't feel bad if it isn't truly Lolita. We're just trying for the general feel, y'know?
Here's my first attempt-- I forgot socks and shoes. Whoops.
An old, silk party dress, a velvet coat and vest, a wool scarf for a fake cravat and a small, communion pin to hold it in place. Not quite Loli, needs a few more details to be EGA, but an example of "RELAX AND HAVE FUN" for this challenge.
Now, c'mon. I know y'all can do better than I did. biggrin

Okay, so I dressed up and tooks pictures, but I failed to locate the software for my digital camera. The program must have been lost when we got a new computer. I'll have to find the CD and reinstall the program before I can show my pics. *weeps*

Ooh....even though I don't have a whole lot of lolita stuff at all (okay, I have one skirt that *kinda* works, and that's it so far), I'd like to try this...
but I lost the USB cable for my camera....XDXD I need to do laundry anyway, I suppose...
