Polyo: *strolls into the clearing, humming to himself*
Alpina: *Smiles as she passes a multitude of blooming flowers* So lovely! *Is practically beaming when she finally makes it to the clearing*
Polyo: *spots a blue-and-green female nearby* Hi there! Nice day out, isn't it?
Alpina: Hmm? *Looks to the male that spoke her and smiles at him* It's a lovely day! ^^
Polyo: So bright and warm...I hope tomorrow's this nice, too! *spots a butterfly flying by* Oh, pretty!
Alpina: It'd be great if it was! *Looks over to see what might have caught male's interest, not seeing the butterfly at first* What?
Polyo: That! *points at the butterfly, looking around as he follows the small creature's somewhat erratic flight*
Alpina; Oh! *Watches the small creature while trying to recall what it's called.* A beetlefly? No, that's not right...
Polyo: A butterfly! They tend to be around flowers a lot. I think they eat the pollen, or something. But I'm pretty sure they help them grow!
Alpina: *Tilts her head slightly as she watches the small creature* The flowers help the butterflies grow? Or the butterflies help the flowers grow?
Polyo: The butterflies help the flowers. *thinks about that for a moment* Though if the butterflies eat pollen, then I guess they'd need the flower to grow, too.
Alpina: So they help each other? *Watches the butterfly with open fascination. Perhaps this was why her plants always died, there were no butterflies to help them.*
Polyo: I guess so. Isn't that nice of them? *watches the butterfly start to fly away* Maybe it's heading for some flowers now. Wanna follow it?
Alpina: It is *Starts to feel saddened as it flies off, but then perks back up as the male mentions following it* Sure!
Polyo: Ok! *starts following almost on tiptoe, trying not to make too much noise*
Alpina: *Watches the male for a moment before moving to follow. Trying to be as quiet as possible, but fails when she steps on a twig. She winces at the snapping noise* Oops
Polyo: *glances at her, then back at the butterfly* It's ok, it doesn't seem to have noticed. Maybe butterflies don't have that good hearing.
Alpina: *Waits a moment as a through arises.* Do butterflies have ears?
Polyo: *blinks, wondering about the question himself, then stares at the butterfly* I don't know. It does have those long things on top of its head...um..an...anten...antennis?
Alpina: *Looks clueless herself as she watches the butterfly* Do the anten things help it hear?
Polyo: *squints at the butterfly, which is moving too fast for him to really look at it close* I think that's the closest thing to ears I see...I think there's a butterfly Pokemir though! I bet they'd know.
Alpina: What's a Pokemir? o.o
Polyo: They're Namrah that looks funny and have special powers. Sometimes they say they came from somewhere else. And sometimes they look like bugs or fish or animals, like butterflies.
Alpina: So they never look they same, body wise? *Ponders this info over as her mind conjures up images of strangely mutated Namrah*
Polyo: *butterly is forgotten now, faces her continue the conversation* Nu, I think they basically look like Namrah. Like, a butterfly pokemir would have wings, and maybe funny bug eyes, and maybe an..anten-things. Or...*thinks of an example, giggles* Or a fish pokemir might have a fish tail, maybe fins on their legs, or maybe no ears.
Alpina: *Minds get caught on the fish thing as her eyes widen. Whispers, as if one may suddenly pop up* Do you it could breathe on land?
