Welcome to the Wishful Thinking rainbow event! This event has two parts to it: single-color raffles, and a rainbow flatsale. This post has all the information for the single-color raffles, and the next post contains all the information for the rainbow flatsale. Be sure to read both! <3 Here is how the single-color raffles will work: To earn tickets for any of the six single-color raffles, you must win a game. Games will be played randomly in the main thread, and any staff member is allowed to run them. Sometimes, the winner will be allowed to pick which color raffle they would like their ticket to go towards; other times, the staff member running the game will specify in advance which color ticket is being played for. When I feel enough tickets have been given out for each of the six raffles, I will roll the winners. (So, no set end date. I'll probably stop at 10-15 tickets for each raffle). Next up is the rainbow flatsale! However, please read this post carefully, because this flatsale will not be run the way flatsales usually are. Technically, it will be a flaffle. But the only way to get a ticket to enter the rainbow flaffle is to win it as a prize from a single-color raffle. That's right - in addition to the prizes shown in the first post, each single-color raffle has an additional prize choice: a rainbow flaffle ticket. All six people who win a rainbow flaffle ticket WILL walk away with a rainbow Wish - it's just a matter of picking order that will be rolled for. There are some things I would like to clarify before I roll:
- I am going to roll 6 12-sided dice. Each die will refer to a separate color - the first die corresponding to the red list, second die to the orange list, etc. I am rolling this way because people have tickets on multiple lists... so if I roll for first choice in ALL lists at once, I can then take people with tickets in other colors off of the list. If the same person is rolled as a winner in multiple lists at once, I will roll to see which list they win on, and then re-roll a winner for the other list. I'm sorry this is kinda confusing ^^;
- There are FOUR prizes for each raffle: 2 Wishes colored by me, which you've seen since the beginning; a ticket into the rainbow flaffle; and a mystery Wish from Gilded.
- The tickets I earned from playing Gilded's games are being gifted to StarieMichie, so she'll win if I'm rolled. :3
The next post will be my rolling. I will edit each post afterward with the winners so hopefully that will make it less confusing!
