Flora did not remember a lot about the Zodiacs.
This was a fact, and was over time, grudgingly accepted. Sometimes, when she spent time with Serenade, listening to the Princess play a melody, she would have flashes of memories, glimpses into her past life. The path to remembering wasn't easy, and soon, she had figured out maybe she needed to communicate with them to unlock more memories of her past life. She wanted to know more.
And so, Eve had marched right up to Giselle Petrova's room, knocked on the door, and told the Senshi of Balance that Serenade had told her who exactly she was, and perhaps they should patrol together one day, all with a bright smile on her face.
She found out that Libra was solemn. Flora had handled solemn before, and quite well too. See: Rea Marshall, Seth Eintetta.
"So," She began the conversation as they patrolled, "what is your power like? I don't remember a lot about the Zodiacs. Chronos had to point out people to me before the faces would click in my mind."

Giselle had not been pleased to be sold out by the princess, offered up for patrol with the handmaidens like she had nothing better to do. (She was willing to overlook the fact that school was closed due to the city in crisis and she, in fact, really did have nothing else to do with her time if it allowed her to assume the worst in everyone.)
It was probably a good thing she never learned Flora would have described her as 'solemn', lest her mood be even more sour. Scholarly, serious, superior? All perfectly good adjectives to describe the blond. Solemn? Well, solemn implied a great deal about Libra that the Zodiac would absolutely insist wasn't true, so it was definitely best she was never privy to another's thoughts. As it were, she had met Flora at the designated meeting point, and the pair had begun to sweep the darkened streets of Destiny City.
"My power allows me to weaken an enemy stronger than myself, or power myself up to their level, for the time period of a minute. I have found it to be particularly useful." Libra always got in a few good shots after using Power Equilibrium. Inclining her head, she regarded the Super Sailor in silence, as though sizing the other senshi up. "And yourself? What is your power?"

Sailor Perseus had been patrolling around alone since the onset of the coma. She'd tried in vain to contact Rosalind several times now, but each time the phone just kept ringing and ringing with no answer. The girl assumed the worst, that her partner had succumbed to the deathlike sleep of so many others. It was sad really, considering that there was no one to help her out anymore. Granted, she'd not actually really run into any true threats, and her fight with the lieutenant Zinkenite had gotten broken up before anything too serious had occurred. She'd likely apologize for it later, now that Perseus was feeling much more rational about the whole thing. She sighed, and her heels clicked lightly on the pavement. Until things got better, she would do what she could. The sound of voices nearby made her pause. They didn't sound like soldiers particularly. The sailor had learned to avoid the clunk of their heavy boot falls. No, there was definitely the distinct click of heels, which could mean one of three things. Civilians, out way past the martial law curfew; Senshi, like herself, patrolling; or Negaverse agents, who apparently had costumes like they did. She moved forward quietly trying to catch a glimpse at whoever was walking. From what she could see, they looked like senshi. Glimpses of elaborate costumes through the sparse hedge row between them. Perseus stood on a parallel path, unsure of what to do next. The world was a dangerous place, after all. She sighed into the wind, perhaps a bit too loudly than she should have.

Flora would not have liked it if she had known that Giselle thought that she was being 'sold out'; they were all part of the same Court, after all! That, essentially, kind of made them a team. It also didn't help that the Seasons were not yet complete, or else she perhaps wouldn't have bothered a Zodiac... but that was just a perhaps.
"Nice." Flora said, looking genuinely in awe of Libra's power. It sounded like it made for a fairer fight for Libra to handle, and she had those scales to use as a weapon too! "My power summons a cloud of pollen that I can direct for a period of time. Sometimes, I've found that the pollen is poisonous; it choked a few youma to death before." The Handmaiden didn't really see her attack as offensive though. In these cases, it really depended on how one used their power to their advantage in a fight.
There was a sound, which sounded eerily like a sigh, and the Super Senshi turned, glancing around as her muscles tensed. It could very well be a Negaverse agent... she could spy a costumed person there. Then again, it could be a senshi. Sometimes it was pretty difficult to tell enemies and allies apart. "Who's there?"

Libra gave Flora a blank look. "I suppose my attack is rather 'nice'," she sighed, barely masking her bored expression. Impressive was a much more apt word. Formidable. The list went on, but unfortunately, the Zodiac was forced to quell her own thoughts if she were to listen to the handmaiden's response. She did make the inquiry, after all, and it would be in her best interest to take note so she might form a plan. (The idea her apathy might be considered rude never even crossed Giselle's mind.)
"A pollen cloud?" Libra furrowed her brows, tipping her head. Surely she'd misheard. A pollen cloud didn't seem very...useful. Irritating, perhaps, but the soldier was fairly certain it couldn't do anyone any real harm, even if they were allergic to the particles. However, the Senshi of Balance never got the change to inquire further; a sigh coming from the shadows interrupted the otherwise quiet patrol.
While Flora observed the stranger and inquired for a name, Libra hefted up her scales and began to swing the one on her right. The Zodiac marched forward, heels clicking as she glanced over her shoulder at her patrol partner. "Stay close," she commanded, refocusing on costumed stranger in the shadow. "You're outnumbered," she warned. "It would be in your best interest to answer my partner's question."

Judging by the voices, Perseus sigh had indeed carried farther than previously hoped for. Well, it looked like now that she had no choice but to face up and tell them who she was, and hope to god that their strange costumes were the senshi variety. Perseus didn't feel like getting a double beat down tonight, and she'd never tried to use her attack more than once. "I am Sailor Perseus, who are you?" She masked any uncertainty in her voice, it just sounded calm and cool. She took a step or two over the divider between the two roads, trying to get a better look at the two on the other side. She found a gap in which she could see the two. They both had tiara's and bows, with made her lean more towards the senshi side. However, she'd not really seen any fuku's like it before. Rosalinds, of course, had been sufficiently fancy. However, both of these two had equally fancy outfits as well. Hopefully, this would go smoothly. There was still so much she didn't know, and if these girls were senshi, then perhaps they could fill her in a bit. That, and she would have a patrol partners, and networking was always a plus.

Libra didn't seem very interested in compliments either, Flora noted, but didn't seem too disturbed by it. What was important now was their patrol, of course. It was disturbing to think that the Negaverse might take advantage of the sleeping sickness to wreck havoc; well, more than they usually did, that was.
She nodded towards the other blond and fell into step behind the Zodiac, eyes trained on the figure ahead of them. A smile curved on her lips as the girl announced herself to be a Sailor, although Flora had to remind herself to still be on her guard, remembering the Sailor Nea incident. As Perseus stepped into view, she summoned her cellphone, although that took a few good tries before she could get it in her hand.
Flipping open the cellphone, Flora used the camera to scan Perseus, squinting at the screen as it broke into black fuzz before the image straightened out clearly. "She's a Senshi." She confirmed, giving Libra a brisk nod, shoulders relaxing. "Hi; sorry about that! Can't be too careful, y'know. I'm Sailor Flora!"

Libra watched Flora with a barely concealed roll of her eyes. She would never understand why the Lunar senshi trusted cell phones, of all things, to tell them what was what as far as souls and corruption went. However, the Zodiac wasn't about to start an argument in the middle of the street; if nothing else, the Senshi of Balance just failed to relax, still swinging one scale uneasily as the stranger came into view. Sailor Tisiphone had been a Senshi, after all, and she had attacked Libra with the intentions of stealing her starseed. (What was the world coming to, these days?)
"I'm Sailor Libra," the blond introduced herself warily, "Senshi of Balance. I find myself forced to ask, Sailor Perseus, why you were watching my patrol partner and I from the shadows." The Zodiac's brows knitted, and she did not approach the new Sailor, instead shifting her weight impatiently. As far as she was concerned, the entire situation was still highly suspicious. She was not about to find herself on the wrong end of a battle again, thank you very much.

Perseus smiled at the pink and white senshi. She was very fancy- how did one get anything done with that giant bow at their butt? "Pleasure to meet you, Flora." Judging on the actions of the senshi with scales, Perseus decided to keep her actions strictly formal for now. "Pleased to meet you as well, Sailor libra." She paused a bit, reflecting on the more serious senshi's question. "To answer your question, when I heard voices from the other road, I naturally wanted to check what exactly they belonged to. Just as you weren't sure of me, I wasn't sure of you either. I was trying to get a good view before potentially approaching two negaverse officers. Which didn't seem like the best idea when patrolling alone." She'd never seen a senshi with an object before, and Perseus wondered about the use of the scales. Maybe that would come apparent in time, but for now she was too polite to ask. Perhaps when Sailor Libra wasn't convinced that she was some common criminal, skulking in the shadows (didn't they all use shadows as cover?).

Flora had heard of corrupted senshi but had never met one before, but she trusted that Astraea would install some sort of corruption detection device or something along those lines. At least she never relied on her cellphone much, since it still was buggy for her. One day, she would have to ask Zue if he could fix it.
She returned the greeting with a bob of her head and a smile. "Two Negaverse officers is a lot to handle indeed." She had experienced that before and did not care for it to happen again. Technically, it was three, but the last had arrived at the scene of battle when she was about to pass out, so that didn't really count. Teaming up was a safer option, these days.
