SOOO pretty! I love how the metal/old sewing machine generation tended to have interesting patterns, this one looks reminiscent of celtic motifs.

Just the cheap Singer from WalMart. My graduation present that my parents decided to go in on together at my graduation. My dad gave my mom his share of the money when he got his next paycheck, she didn't buy it until freaking Christmas. And I needed it way before then.

I use a brother xl-6452. It is at least 10 years old and still works like it's brand new.
My serger is a singer ultralock. I've used it a lot in the past 3 years and it's still going strong. When it wears out, I'll be upgrading it to a singer 5 thread of some sort. heart

This is my Necchi, I've had it forever! My grandma gave it to me when she got a new one. Modern RootsThis is my New Home. It is louder than most machines now, but it runs can run through multi-layered denim like a hot knife through warm butter. It was made sometime between 1941-1953. It was given to me my my husband's late grandpa. Modern RootsModern RootsModern Roots

I had four at one time. I had a 1921 Singer Treadle machine , not electric. I sold that to an Amish woman that needed one she was going to be married. So I gave it to her and she has keep in touch every month since. Then I had a New Home that was my Grandma's, donated that to a church's Heifer International project. Then I got a Singer (plastic crap) for my wedding. Six months it broke and can't do buttonholes, zigzag or designs because the piece is plastic and not replacable. Then I bought a Kenmore 1960's model but can't get it recalibrated to do anything, sending it out to be soon. That is my story. Then my mom gave me her old Kenmore but was using it during a rainstorm and lightning hit across the street and boom it was dead. I donated it to a used machine shop that fixes old ones from used parts.
