This is going to be semi-long. Someone who I care Some I care about has been forbidden to talk to me by her COUSIN, not her parent, because he wants her all to himself. He is the incest type, no joke. Ever since then, I haven't been able to get her out of my mind, and it is driving me crazy, into depression, and I've had thoughts of hurting myself cause I now feel like I can't help anyone I care about, cause I know what he is doing is hurting her as well, when she last talked to me she was crying about it, and when she hugged me for the last time she didn't want to let go. So now I'm stuck with her in my head, and I want to get her out cause I really don't want to hurt myself or anything along those lines. Any ideas on how to go about that?
Short story: She can't talk to me cause of her cousin, and I can't take it anymore. Want to get her out of my mind. How?

What right or power does he have to control her? Is there any reall hold or does she just not want to hurt his feelings or upset family status quo or something? Any way you look at it it's abusive relationship, sick wrong inscestuousness aside.
It's making her unhappy and she has to be able to break it off with him. Unfortunately all you can do is be supportive for her and understanding that she must be going through hell.
Is there a relative or family friend that could intercede, get him to back off and maybe hook him up with someone he's not related to?
If she can't break away, then move on even though it hurts. Keep busy and don't isolate yourself. Hang out with friends, go to place you didn't go together. Can you escape your city for a bit? road trip with friends or camping or something? IT can be good to get away from everything for a while

so don't hesitate just beat the hell out of him until he is begging you to stop. And make sure you only use your fists, no weapons, put yourself at a disadvantage if you need to so there is no way for him to blame the situation.

Thanks Kitty, but she doesn't want to hurt his feelings. I even told her he has no right to control her like that, but she wouldn't listen, and I can't talk to her, everything has been blocked, otherwise I wouldn't really have this problem. And I wish I could get away, but I have no way of doing so.

I say kick a** take names Chew bubble gum and then Screw the chick ^_^ I actually had that scenario before it was pretty lame But I got through it and dated the chick until i was so obsessed i couldn't think ^^

She's already got some Stalkholm Syndrome going and if he beats the sh^t out of the guy that so badly deserves it, she may just feel sympathy for her poor captor that only wanted to love her, run to him and put Gundan Arashi in even more hell. I'm with Dallas on this. It's a toxic situation. Need to make a better one. Even if you aren't ready for a rebound fling, get out and live. Sometimes that's all you can do. Relatiionships suck

Get his parent or her parent or make him have an "Accident". that is the most pussyfied way to handle the situation. if you do that, you will only end up looking like someone who thinks its best to run to mommy everytime you think something bad is happening. And you don't want her to think like that. thats bad. The best solution is to fight him, on his own turf, at his prime, without weapons, only using backup if he brings backup as well, and win. That way there is no way possible for him to blame the situation. And if she runs to help him after you beat him up and "freed her" then that just means she made her choice and you should find someone else. its a ugly method but its the most effective method for the situation. don't be scared of fighting either or else you will lose. cheap shots for these fights are groin only so make sure you get a lot of good face hits in before he does.

I've been in this type of situation before. this was the right way to go about it for me. and it might verywell be the right way for him... as long as he wins the fight of course. otherwise the cousin won't learn anything, he'll be left for dead, and the cousin (thinking he was the hero of the story) will probably have his way with her. here is a step by step way I went about this: 1. work out- if your not already fit for a fight. 2. be there for her- gain her trust allow her to share her emotions and experiences with you through fun conversations. 3. tell her your there for her if she ever needs a shoulder to lean on- in your own words tell her that you will be there to listen to her if she needs it. DON'T force yourself on her or make her feel like she has to tell you otherwise she will lie to you or just put you in the friend zone and then you will never figure out the deeper problem. 4. don't be afriad to spend some time with her once you gain her trust- once again don't force yourself on her. but if you always welcome her then she will be sure to welcome you. 5. make sure the cousin see's you two together- this is where it will get tricky. a. if the cousins tells you to backoff bluntly tell him "No" the explain that she is a good friend and you like hanging around with her. try to walk away if he picks a fight and if he doesn't allow you to walk away, beat him the most honest way possible (without groin shots and let him get up if he falls.) then at least the blame isn't completly on you. (if your lucky he will be intimidated enough to back off) b. the cousin won't approch you but instead punish her for seeing you. this is a harder situation. you will need to look at every detail of how she acts around you. Don't be afriad to ask where she got a bruise if one just "magicly" appears one day Don't Fight him unless you catch him in the act of abusing her or she asks you to. fighting in any other situation will only make the situation worse on many levels. c. she will come to you one day and tell you she doesn't want to be friends anymore don't blindly say "ok". instead ask her why she wants to stop being friends. be a little forcefull in this situation but not enough to make her uncomfortable around you. do everything in your power to save the friendship. remember she doesn't want to break it off, she's being forced. this step could easily become a step b. 6. if you were able to save your friendship, by now he will be pissed (as any man would be when another guy is stepping in on his girl) 3 possible types of situations could come from this. a. he will confront you (again if he already did in step 5) this time he will be pissed and want to fight. you will accept. b. he won't be angry enough for step a. and repeat step 5. c. although unlikly sometimes it turns out it was all just a game for him to see if he can. (some guys are sick like that) 7. win the fight- honestly and without backup with no weapons. You can't afford to lose because I have no idea what to do if you do lose (I didn't lose the fight in my situation)
