Summon Guide

1) Intro
2) Explanation of Summons
3) Summon List

Intro

Edions, Aeons, Espers; whatever you want to call them, they are all the same thing: Powerful creatures hell-bent on slaughtering. These are creatures from different realms or inaccessible parts of this one that have agreed to make pacts or contracts with other creatures in exchange for what they consider akin to currency, Mental Power. The mental fortitude of other creatures is usually traded to increase the power or wealth of these Summons and thus they will do your bidding if the price is right.

Gathering the power of these creatures and studying them have become the life focus for those few individuals known as “Summoners”. While just about anyone can gain the ability to call a Summon for a quick strike, it’s only those of true might that can bend these creatures completely to their will.

Explanation of Summons

As stated, a Summon is a creature from a different realm that has been bound in some sort of contract. The symbol of all of these contracts is usually a red piece of Magicite that can be used to call the Summon. However, one should be aware that there are various types of callings that can be done with a piece of Magicite. Summon Magicite is usually easily obtained like any normal magicite(buying, trading, finding, etc.)

Summoning: is the most basic and standard use for Summon Magicite. To put it simply, one pays a bit of Summon currency, Mental Power(MP), and the Summon comes and performs one of it’s more powerful, single shot attacks in exchange. Simple supply and demand.

Fusing: is a type of summoning which is produced thanks to the use of the Guardian Force Summon ability. With this ability, the user pays with Ability Points(AP) instead of MP and they actually combine themselves with the Summon for a short while. While in this state, the Summoner has some of the stats of the Summon but looses the use of some of their other stats. Due to the strain this puts on both bodies, it can only be held for a short period of time and takes a while before the body can perform it again.

High Summoning: is the perfect form of summoning and not only calls the Summon to the battle field but allows them to stay and fight on instead of using just a single attack. This form of summoning usually requires a far higher payment to the beast but also requires that one prove themselves to the Summon by doing some sort of task for them. The more powerful the Summon, the more dangerous or plane out weird the task may be. Summons called in this manor are treated as regular characters and thus have stats and such of their own. Profiles reflecting this are as follows.

Summon List

Please note that Summon attacks cannot be learned like other spells and ability magicite. If you do not have the Summon magicite equiped, you cannot call the summon.

Each summon attack listed below is also it's own piece of magicite so you must find the corrisponding magicite before you can use the attack. They also all gain power as your magical power goes up. So when you increase your Magic Skill, you can do more damage with a called summon. For every 10 points in Magic Skill, add 2 to the Max damage of a summon attack.

Also, unless otherwise stated, all Summon attacks listed below are ME(Mass Effect) they will hit multiple targets equally.
