» BIO » Thomas was born in the East Coast, and after living 18 years with his family, and after an incident, Thomas was forced to become a drifter, until he was taken in by his cousin in Racoon City. In Racoon City, he continued his education enough to where he entered to work at the Raccon City Police Departement, and only after discovering STARS has he had an ambition to really protect Raccoon city (he doesn't realize what he is getting into..)
