ever try a piloswine? lvl 28 it learns it so you need a heart scale

All of those Pokemon can be breed with the Luxray chain in order to get a baby Shinx with Ice Fang:
Arbok
Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Rhyperior
Snubbull, Granbull
Piloswine, Mamoswine
Poochyena, Mightyena
Exploud
Mawile
Electrike, Manectric
Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein
Floatzel
Hippowdon
Glaceon

If one is checking egg moves on Serebii, one should know that if the details button is clicked it will show all parents that can pass the move on and how the parent can learn said move.
