We are going to allow unique jutsu. Here is the format guide lines. You follow the guide lines, post your Jutsu in this subforum. If we approve of it, it will be reposted into this topic. If we do not approve we will post why on the topic you made for the jutsu.

Description:

Jutsu Info


*At Genin level,the usercan use the technique but only to the first gate release.
*At Chuunin,the user level can release two gates and have a reduced effect if they simply open only the first gate. But the opening of the second gate will still have tremendous effect on the body.Also at this level the opening of the first gate will be able to last longer.
*At Jounin,the user will have the ability to release three gates. The opening of the first gate will have minor bodily harm,the second gate release will have a reduced bodily harm but not significant. But the opening of the third gate will actually have tremendous effect on the body. The first and second releases although will jave a stronger duration at this level.
*Finally at any level above Jounin the user will have mastered the technique entirely. He/She will be able to open the last and final gate at the cost of a near to death exposure to the body. Also the three gates underneath the final gate will have a stronger duration.

Description:To begin with,my character developed this technique with the thought of the psychology of the body. As well as wanting to gain power the of having either the curse mark or bijuu's without having the pain of....well having them. Yumi wishes to gain power on his own accord.Going off the theory that everyone has a bad,evil,and rather unwanted side that lies within them;regardless of how powerful it may make them. Well my Char.(Yumi) took this to an entirely new level. Instead of repressing the darkness that hides in our souls he would instead force it to reveal itself. Now time to describe the stages in which he named by the degree's of negative emotion.

First Demon Gate:Anger

*Abilities= In this stage there is a spike in the chakra. I wouldn't nessarily say the chakra is doubled but it indeed is a tremendous raise in power.Yumi's attack has increased lightly but his speed is definately the focus of the form. In this form there is no physical change but their is a thin line of chakra surrounding Yumi. He will be able to hold his power for a sustained amount of time.(Which means only 5 posts). Although at higher levels,as said before,the ability to hold the power will be increased.(Meaning 8 for Chuunin&Jounin but 10 for any level higher.)
*Weakness:After the time is up(Or 5 posts),Yumi will take the repercussions of forcing the dark entity out of him. At a Genin level he will face tremendous pain even to a point of a comatose state.(Meaning I will do the pick a number option 1-10,which will depict the severity of the punishment. 1 being the lowest,10 being the highest.This method will be used through the majority of the technique.)

Second Demon Gate Release:Hate
*Ability:At this stage of the technique Yumi is has another tremendous chakra boost. Speed and strength his near to doubled due to his basis of fighting being Taijutsu. He takes a small change physical appearance. The thin line of chakra has become thicker. The ends of his hair will start to become spiked.The Sharingan will automatically be activated at this point.(At this level he can sustain the technique for 8 posts.)
*Weakness of this stage:In this stage,depending on the level of my char.,will have a hardened effect. Like the first,it will put the body in an immobilizing pain. (My char. will be in this harmed state depending on what my outcome/rank of my char.The *post action* will be utilized once again. 1-15)

Third Demon Gate Release:Rage

*Abilities: In this state there is a doubling of the power of both chakra,speed,and strength. My character is also become more demonic in mentallity and will even attack teamates at this stage. There is also a huge diffrence in physical shape. Yumi's skin tone will have become even darker. The white tips at the ends of his hair,and his hair will also become a bit longer and more spiked.The shargingan eyes will have become more apparent,and the eyes will have a murky glow to it. They will constantly be spinning even though it won't go into Mangekyou Sharingan until Yumi obtains it;and even then he has the choice to utilize it it he has trained in this style. The last true physical feature will be the horns that protrude from both temple.(1 inch protrusion.)(Also,the length of this move will be up to 8 posts before the reverse affects take place.)
*Weakness of this stage: Like the other two there will be horrid pain my char. will have to face by bringing up this power. The pain,if you wish to inquire,will feel like burning needles stabbing Yumi in every orifice of his body. His eyes may bleed due to the over use of the sharingan.The recovery and injury time is also quite a punishment.(Meaning using the *post action* routine,he will have 10-15 posts to go through.)

Fourth Demon Gate Release:Grudge

*Ablities: In this form Yumi is practically a demon himself. He has revealed the darkest portion of the human soul and brought it to surface. His speed,power,and strength in increased tenfold and there is no bias to whom his enemy is. Teamates and those around are in complete and utter danger if they think to reverse this move. The physical changes are also terrifiying. His nails,the outlining of his eyes will turn black,and half of his hair will have turned pearl white. Also in this form Yumi will not only have horns upon his head,which have also grew;in which they have grown to resemble that of a bulls but with Yumi's bloodline the bone is more than deadly. But the other areas these powerful bones are protruding.And they are as follows:each bone that makes up the spine,the shoulders have bones shooting out horizontally,the elbow has a bone shooting out the back,around his wrist are bones protruding,his knee caps has a bone firing out from the front and lastly,there are bones shooting out the back of his ankles.(Duration is a max of 10 posts.)
*Weaknesses of this Stage: The pain is near to death to put it bluntly. Every muscle,joint and limb is in sever pain. Though some extremely high leveled medical nin may be able to help a little but the use of pulling out the darkness from one's soul is are harsh move. Yumi will have a very long recovery after using this techniqe. (15-25 posts to recover.)

Some notes to further explain

*Yumi has to open every gate in order to unlock the gate he wants. Meaning,if he wanted to unlock the third gate,he would have to unlock the first,second,then the third.
*In which,the posting of each release will reset the posting timer. But that doesn't mean the posting is doubled. It simply means that one would have to post the max amount for that stage.
*As said before Yumi can alleviate some of the pain if he uses the low level gates while at a higher level:
-At Genin level Yumi can only use the first gate. Period.
-At Chuunin level Yumi and use both first and second gates. in which the first gate's punishment for using the technique will be lessened.(By Recovering 2 posts less.)
-At Jounin level,Yumi can use all three gates. The punishment will be lessened for the lower two.Meaning a decrease of two posts for opening the second gate at this level,and a decrease of four posts for using the first gate at this level.(( One post less for the second stage and two for the first stage.))
-Any level HIGHER than Jounin,Yumi can open all gates. The punishment for using the lower will be as follows:For opening the third will be a decrease of one posts.For opening the second will be a decrease of two posts,and for opening the first gate will be no punishment as that level is practically mastered.
*The last note I can really think of for now is that Yumi,like the demons,angels,and Curse mark individuals,can train to be sane during these levels. Though this truly only pertains to Yumi's third and Fourth Release it posting goes as follows:
-For control over the third there must be 15 posts.
-For control over the fouth there must be 25 posts.
-This is not including the recovery time.

Requirements:
1)Must be Taijutsu User.
2)Must Learn it from Yumi Uchiha
3)Must have had some traumatic event in one's life
Range: Close
Other:Yumi cannot use his sword in after the release of the second stage.Nor will any user be able to use their weapons during this technique.

History: This was a style that was created based off of Battojutsu; or known as techniques for engaging a sword. Shuntensatsu, or the Instant Heaven kill, is a technique that utilizes the combination of Battojutsu and Shukuchi. Shukuchi, which means reduced earth, utilizes such powerful speed that it appears that the distance between two fighters has shrunk, hence the name reduced earth.

This was a style that Yumi's father created off of Battojutsu;or known as techniques for engaging a sword. Yumi's father,Sun Ce Uchiha,was the very first to come up with the forms for what he called 'Shukuchi';before Yumi is the one who mastered it(Or will master it when the time comes),and renamed it 'Shuntensatsu'. Sun Ce made this move to utilize speed to the next level.Meaning that 'Shukuchi' utilizes such powerful speed that, to an observer, it appears that the distance between the two fighters has shrunk. Which is the main reasoning for the name.


Training Methods: Before each level of Shukuchi can be achieved, the practioner must spend time killing off their emotions. A huge part in making this style so powerful is to surprise their enemy by not letting them sense neither killing intent nor their fighting spirit. To do so takes much meditation (5 posts before each level). Also, each stage can not be achieved through regular means of training. To attain each stage, the practioner must be in physical combat with another shinobi, wether it is in actual mortal combat or mere spars. Genin=5 posts between each rpc each. Chuunin=8 posts between each rpc each. Jounin=12 posts between rpc each. Saanin=15 posts between rpcs each.

[Requirements to obtain]
*Must learn it from the master/creator of the style(( Which is Currently Yumi Uchiha))
*You must have a sword of modest length. (Meaning the length of your arm and maybe a few inches longer. The move requires finesse not strength.)
*Must become a ninja dedicated mostly to swordsmanship.

[Rules]
*Must be have a char. dedicated to swordsmanship.
*There will be the use of the PA(Post Action System) for the ultimate move.
*Must learn to reduce and suppress emotions.

Name of Technique:Three steps below Shukuchi
Type of Technique:Battojutsu
Technique Descritpion: The user feints. The only thing seen is their feet running at them. The attack will usually only come from one or two directions: Right or left. The move is initiated by tapping their running foot on the ground; the foot will noticably speed up until the user wishes to initiate the technique. A shinobi with equal speed or a lesser doujutsu will be able to keep up with the attacker.
Range: From the user to the attacker.

Name of Technique:Two steps under Shukuchi
Type of Technique:Battojutsu
Technique Descritpion: This attack is similar to Three Steps except for three properties. The first is that after they have tapped their foot to the speed they will use,instead of using the tapped foot to initate the move the user will hop onto the other foot and initate the attack.The user once again 'feints' but instead of his feet showing,the direction he goes will have a split the ground moves upon. A shinobi of equal or greater rank, or a doujutsu will be able to keep up with this technique.

[Stage Three]

Name of Technique: One Step under Shukuchi
Type of Technique: Battojutsu
Technique Descritpion: The user will begin hopping on their main foot, then switch to the opposite, then go back to their original foot and take off. During this technique, the user is able to attack from an omni-directional angle, utilizing not only horizontal but veritical space. Only a shinobi of equal speed or greater may be able to counter this technique.

Name of Technique:'True Shukuchi' or Shuntensatsu
Type of Technique:Battojutsu
Technique Descritpion:
During this technique there is no trace of where he is. The attack,the movement is completely unknown to the opponent until he is struck.The user's speed is so fluent and nimble at this level that there is no trace on the ground giving an indication of where they might be. This technique gives you speed greater than that of a saanin, giving you the speed of a SS rank shinobi.
*Note:To be fair,you will have to engage in the PA system. Meaning you will pick a number 50-100 as well as your opponent. Whoever gets the highest number will decide the outcome.


Stage 5

Techniques

Name of Technique:Amaterasu Shuntensatsu (For Yumi) For other users it will be Katon Shuntensatsu
Type of Technique:Battojutsu
Technique Description This is the strongest move as for Shukuchi as it adds an elemental design to the technique.(Which is fire). It is extactly the same as True Shukuchi except it takes away all chakra the user has and sends the opponent into a fiery oblivion.Like the True Shukuchi,the user is untraceable until the opponent is struck;but instead of the opponent facing just blade,they will also take flames ripping through the insides. For Yumi and his Amaterasu blade,it will be white flames killing the opponent(or mortally wounding) the opponent. For other users it will be red flames up to the heat underneath white flames until the person is of Sanin level and knows at least 5 Sanin Katon ranked jutsu's.
*Note:To be fair,you will have to engage in the PA system. Meaning you will pick a number 50-100 as well as your opponent. Whoever gets the highest number will decide the outcome.
*Note: The chakra won't be depleted if your character misses. They(meaning the users) will just have halved abilities for 2 posts.

*Additional Notes just in case:

-the rank of the Rpc plays a huge role in the Shukuchi. Meaning,if you are lower that the user by one or two ranks you will have some difficulty with defending this technique.
- Only people with visional Kekkei Genaki's that can read chakra,and can see the moves to a certain extent. Meaning that the defender will have a chance to block,if they are the same level as him or higher,the fatal blow. But those higher can block it a LITTLE bit easier.
-But,the true Shukuchi cannot be blocked unless the person has mastered the strongest level of their Visual Kekkei Genaki and are of the same level as him they will have a chance to block it.
-A shinobi who has given their life to the sword will be able to fight on par with the Shukuchi

I would have asked about this, but I really like the idea of it. And it would only be a one time thing, either before people hurry and join, or later on after I kill someone with a bloodline and decide I want to use it.))

Name of Jutsu: Virus Cells
Classification: Ninjutsu

Effect: N/A
Description: As most people know, only bloodlines such as Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnengan, Clay Hands, and such. Can be transplanted because they have physical body parts you can take that are special, this jutsu however allows any one bloodline to be switched from one person to another, however the bloodline users life is the sacrifice. Such as, you can kill someone with a bloodline, and thereby transfer it to yourself.

By focusing your chakra to a bloodline cell, and performing the correct handseals, the user can alter the bloodline cell into a Virus. Causing the used cell to breakdown into a virus, containing the DNA of the bloodline, at which point the Virus will then go through and break into your base cells, infecting them with the bloodline, mixing your DNA with the bloodline DNA. After cells are infected with the bloodline they replicate and spread more infected cells, repeatedly, until the users body is entirely comprised of their own special bloodline DNA. Resulting in the user basically being an original bloodline user.

Requirements: Has to have an implant of the bloodline you are taking. Or have a body part of the original bloodline owner.
Range: Self
Other: Only Shishi can use this jutsu, as well, he can only use it once. As well the User does not gain level that original bloodline owner had, bloodline is reverted back to base level, and they have to learn how to use it.

This is a very scientific based jutsu, the reason why it would work is because Viruses can actually break into a normal cell, alter the DNA, and have several outcomes.

Name of Jutsu: Enflamed Soul
Classification: Nin
Rank: S-ranked
Chakra Nature: Katon
Effect: Offense and Defense
Description:

Much like the other elemental attacks, Enflamed Soul is a constant Jutsu. Once activated, it's effect lasts until the user cancels the Jutsu by use of a single handsign(which takes approx. 5 seconds to say), which will fully disengage the jutsu.

The Jutsu allows the user to fully manipulate fire from their bodies via chakra. The chakra must be expelled through a medium. The medium can be virtually anything, as long as the medium is in contact with the user's body.

Ex: hands, feet, kneecaps, back, tree, desk, sword, gauntlets, spears, ect.

The best medium is usually something stable like a sword or a spear. Anything made of wood or weaker material will most likely combust itself.

For inexperienced users, the jutsu can cause one's clothes to catch fire, while the more serious punishment is third degree burns. A more experienced user can control the element in such a way, that they themselves will be in the least amount of danger while controlling the jutsu.

Requirements: Must have enough chakra for 10 posts, and a good medium. Medium's must be a fully functioning body part or a stable item.
Range: Can be used as close as 3 feet and can even be manipulated up to 20 meters.
Other: Enflamed Soul has a drawback. After continuous use(about 10 posts with no break in the technique), the user suffers from internal combustion. All the Lipids and Carbs in the body burn up due to the overexhaustion of Fire element chakra, creating a massive internal explosion. The user themself becomes a walking inferno, and unless treated immediately, will be killed within seconds.

Blade Style: DEADLY WALTZ

History: The start of the style is shrouded in mystery. All that people know is that it was used to take over their enemies with extreme speed and ferocity. It was said the style died after the last great ninja war, for it was no longer needed, however, a certain ninja named Vincente Valtieri revived this ancient style in his quest for power, and discovered its untamed potential.

Style Requirements: The user must be a Weapon Class with just one or two swords (any type of blade, whether it be knives or katanas). The one trying to learn this style also cannot learn it by oneself, they have to find a sensei knowledgeable in the style

Movement Description( for styles with specific movement) When using this style, the user attacks and defends by fast spins. There body is constantly moving at a fast, fluent, and constant rate in a full 360 degree rotation.

STAGE 1: Academy Student - Genin

Description: At this point, the user knows almost nothing of the style, and before he/she can even begin to comprehend it, they must be put through rigorous training in order to hone their balance, flexibility, strength, and speed. They also must start to develop an immunity to obstacles such as dizziness and noxiousness, for without these, the style will all but become impossible. Finally, the user is then taught the basics of proper rotation by moving their feet and torso in conjunction to each other. Not only does this allow the user to dodge attacks more effectively, but it also allows them to deliver constant counterattacks. This is essential if the user is to learn the style. This will truly test their mettle, showing if they are worthy to learn the style. It will test their limits and most likely leave them battered and bruised. However, the end result will be a much stronger person, mentally, and physically.

Abilities: At the end of this stage, the user shall be at top physical form. Attacks such as normal kicks and punches are easily dodged by gracefully rotating their bodies in whichever direction. Furthermore, when such close range attacks are dodged, the user can also deliver counterattacks more effectively by using the momentum of their spin to increase their speed and strength. The user at this point can also dodge massive quantities of oncoming ninja tools such as kunai, senbon, and shurikens at normal velocity. They are also immune to moderate dizziness and minor noxiousness.

Training: The first stage of training of this style is possibly the harshest, and most grueling out of all the training stages. It is broken up into several elements, each one dedicated to training a specific area of the body. Each element is crucial for the style to be effective.
(Note: Each element doesn’t have to be learned one at a time. If one wishes, the elements can be done in conjunction with another but it must start with the strength element, and end with the mind element.)

Strength/Speed Element
- Automatically the user is put through rigorous exercise through the training of leg weights. By strapping on a whopping fifty pound weight on each of the legs, the user is forced to immediately and rapidly build muscle by keeping them on for a full and complete week (The weeks is determined by the one training the user). Once the week is done, the user should be able to walk normally as if there was no weights on, however running still presents a challenge. Once the weights come off the user at the end of this time, the user will experience a dramatic increase in speed (The speed is the equivalent of a one hundred yard dash being done in ten seconds. It isn’t necessarily, Rock Lee fast.) and strength, allowing them to move much quicker.
Posts: Minimum of 20 posts, but ultimately the user’s success in this element is decided by the one training the user.

Balance Element
- Along with flexibility, balance is the most important aspect to learn in order to master the style. Since the user is in constant spinning motion, it is easy to lose balance if one is not trained to maintain it. In order to learn this balance, the user must be subjected to dangerous situations, such as crossing ravines or rivers over thin, narrow pieces of wood. Eventually if the user survives these multiple ordeals (5 Minimum), the user will develop the balance necessary to handle the style’s most basic techniques.
Posts: Instead of posts, the user must overcome 5 dangerous situations in which they must learn to control their balance. After this is achieved, then would have completed their element.

Flexibility Element

- Essentially a bit more toned down than the other elements, but still requires great determination. Without this element, the style virtually becomes useless. The user must now participate in various exercises in order to stretch and loosen the body. The user will start off extremely simple, touching their fingers on the ground, but the ultimate goal would be to touch their elbows to the ground. Once the user achieves this, then the flexibility element will be complete. This however, is not as easy as it sounds, for the training requires the body to stretch more than it had ever done before, thereby causing the user great pain and discomfort.
Posts: The user must post 10 times before the element could be considered completed. With each post, the user must participate in stretching exercises more difficult than the last (the exercises besides the first and the last one are ultimately decided the teacher).

The Mind Element

- (Note: Without the Balance Element, this element cannot be achieved)If one were to stop at the Flexibility Element, they would have all the tools they would need to start training the basics of the style, however, without this element, the style would have one major flaw. The user would be dizzy after spinning so much, if not noxious. This element, prevents this flaw from lessening one’s combat capabilities. The training consists of relentless spinning. The user will spin and spin all day long, gradually growing an immunity to moderate dizziness, and minor noxiousness. Once this element is learned, the user will have successfully completed the first stage.
Posts: This element takes the equivalent of seven days RP time to complete (as determined by one’s teacher) and within those seven days, the user must post at least twenty times before the element is complete. Each post must consist of the user spinning.

Stage 1 Techniques

(Note: At this stage, no jutsu is learned, however below are recommended techniques that one can use against an opponent. The user is not limited to these techniques. These are simply recommendations one could execute at any time. If the user wishes, the user could invent his/her own techniques as long as they as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 1 abilities. All the following techniques can only be learned by genin +)

Dirt Devil:
A relatively useful technique for lower level swordsman. By spinning constantly and kicking up dirt as the user spirals, the wind force generated by the spin will carry the dirt around the user’s body until the user stops spinning. Once the dirt is in motion as the user spins, the user resembles something of a large dirt devil, thus the technique. The dirt can effectively block the enemies sight to a certain degree, making it harder to see the user, thus, making it harder to block the users attacks. Also if close enough, the dirt could also get into the enemies eyes, causing them to sting, distracting the enemy.
(Physical Technique)

Falling Windmill: By jumping up in the air, the user stretches their arms out as if they are trying to fly. Then, after this is done, they begin to spin in midair. Because there is nothing but air resisting their movement, the user spins much faster than they would on the ground, then they would fall towards their enemy. Once the user makes contact with the target, the user will continue to spin, attempting to rip the enemy to shreds with the users spiraling blades.
(Physical Technique)

Scissor Strike: A simple but effective attack. By using the style to attack, the user will strike out with one blade, but then all of a sudden, switch the direction of the rotation and attempt to strike out with other. This attack if executed correctly, will resemble a pair of large scissor blades attempting to cut the enemy, for one blade is going one way, and the other is going the other way, giving the appearance that two blades are coming at the enemy from each side. If struck with no defense whatsoever, the enemy will most likely be cut in half, or severely injured.

STAGE 2: Genin+

Description: Upon entering stage 2, the user only knows the bare basics of the style. In this stage the user will learn how to increase the speed of the spins, and how to use the style to the best of it’s ability by learning the signature Waltz technique. At this point the user will once again undergo the strength/speed element training, but this time around the user will train both his legs and arms in order to increase the effectiveness of their strikes, and their ability to dodge oncoming attacks while standing their ground. At this stage, it is mostly all about speed and strength.

Abilities: Once the stage is completed, the user’s strength is increased. This time around however the strength is increased in not only their legs, but also in their arms as well. This gives them more stamina and endurance needed to perfect the style. Also, they now have the ability to cut through wood as if it were air. They now also have the ability to spin a lot faster (about the speed of nejii’s rotation attack) due to the increase in the legs strength, granting the body faster movement. As a final addition, the speed at which they users bend their bodies in order to dodge attacks is increased, allowing them to dodge quicker techniques at both long and short range.

Training: The second stage of the style is much more toned down than the first one, as it only focuses on the strength/speed element. However this is not to say that the stage is easy. Once the stage is done, the user will most likely have incredibly sore muscles for a week.

Strenght/Speed Element
- This time, the leg weights are doubled. Instead of being fifty pounds, they are now one hundred pounds. The arms now undergo weight training as well. Each one is strapped on with fifty pound weights. The user must endure this training for a full two weeks, taking the weights everywhere they go. Gradually the muscles in the users body will build, and as time passes, will become easier to navigate with.
Posts: The user must complete a full two weeks in RP time with the weights on. Within that allotted time (as ultimately determined by the teacher), the user must make a total of thirty posts in order to complete it.

Technique Training
- After the element training has been complete, the user must master all the techniques below. Unlike the techniques in stage 1, these techniques are mandatory. The user cannot graduate stage 2 if they do not know all of these techniques.


Stage 2 Techniques

(Note: At this stage, some jutsu is learned that requires chakra, and some are physical techniques that don’t require chakra. Once again, these physical techniques are just recommendations (though they do require to be learned in order to pass stage 2), so the user is free to invent his own if he wishes, as long as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 2.. Blink Spin: By utilizing what the user has gained from completing all the stage 2 elements, the user of the style can perform this technique. By building massive tension within the body, the user strikes out at the opponent in the form of a simple spinning strike, however the spin is so fast, it has been proven that the spin is as fast as a blink, thus the name. Multiple’s of this technique can be performed, but between each strike, the user must give a momentary pause to rebuild tension, and then strike out again. Another way to use this technique is to spin, and then resume the exact position, one was originally in. This gives the impression to the enemy that the user didn’t move at all. However if one has a keen eye, they could see flaws in their position that wasn’t originally there before, however as the user rises in rank, these flaws are gradually dispersed.
(Physical Technique)

Full Moon Spiral: This is the first move in the style that the user is subjected to learn that utilizes chakra as weapon. By running chakra up the blades, the user spins at a moderate speed. Because of the forces generated by the wind, the chakra is forced up and off the blade, making the blade have a 2 foot extension made of pure chakra. The chakra itself is not as sharp as a well kept blade, but it can still cause deep cuts. If the enemy is hit enough times then the enemy could most likely die from blood loss due to the deep cuts. The jutsu gets its name from the appearance it takes when the technique is executed. If someone was looking down on top of the user performing this technique, it would seem as if a full moon was surrounding the user. The technique itself can last up to two minutes (the equivalent of two posts) and is useful for keeping the enemy at bay, or striking from a distance.

1st Waltz: The user is now introduced to the signature technique of the Deadly Waltz style. The Waltz techniques come in four different forms, each one more deadlier than the last. The 1st Waltz, is the introduction to these techniques. By utilizing all that they have learned in the past two stages, the user makes a quick spin as fast as a blink, but instead of making a full revolution, the user uses the momentum of the spin and then throws his body weight in the desired direction. The result is an extremely fast movement. The user is thrown in that desired direction about twenty yards or less (if the user stops the technique). However, stopping is only possible for the user executing this technique by channeling chakra to their feet, creating intense traction, so therefore, the technique drains chakra. The user also has to stop a certain way, otherwise they would just be thrown back even more as soon as they stopped (since it is so abrupt). The way the user stops is by positioning his feet vertically with one in the back straight out, and with one in the front bent, all the while keeping low to the ground. This results in a quick and sudden stop. After the stop is complete, the user can tense up his body once again in the time it takes for a momentary pause, and execute the technique again while keeping the same chakra channeled to his feet. This technique is primarily for getting out of the way of an attack, however if close range, the user can spin out, striking the opponent with the user’s blade, and then using the momentum of the spin to quickly get away.

STAGE 3: Chuunin+


Description: At this stage, the user is well versed in the art of the Deadly Waltz, though the user is far from being master. Since the user has all the speed and strength one needs at this point, the user is subjected to training in the Flexibility Element, Balance Element, and a new element called the Reaction Element. Once all elements are done, the teacher will teach the user a technique that will switch the direction of the rotation while the user is still in mid-spin, opening up a door that will allow the user to attack in so many other ways. Once some other useful techniques are taught, the teacher will reveal the secrets of the 2nd Waltz to the user.

Abilities: When the stage is complete, the user will have gained the ability to spin on demand without any momentary pause. The body of the user also becomes even more flexible, allowing them to dodge more attacks with the same speed gained in stage 1. This makes the user practically invulnerable to any number of small and big ninja tools as long as the user is paying attention. The balance is also increased, allowing the user to stand on something as small as a sword hilt.

Training: This time the training starts to pick up the pace a bit more. Instead of one element, the user must go through three elements, including a brand new one. After the training is done, the user will most likely have sore muscles for a week, due to the intense training session during the flexibility element. However after the training, the user will become substantially more powerful.

Balance Element
- The first of the element training starts off quite easy. The user is subjected to training by trying to balance on a standing up, vertical, thin log floating in the water. This teaches the user more balance, but even more importantly, balance control. This is necessary for the Waltz style as the techniques become more powerful.
Posts: Takes fifteen attempts to successfully balance on the log.

Reaction Element

- The user is now introduced to the first new element in the past two stages. The goal of this training is to completely get rid of the momentary pause it takes to spin, which at this point is a fatal flaw within the style. To get rid of this, the user must learn how to tense up (tighten the muscles) quickly. So quick in fact that it barely takes a second to execute a string of spins. The user achieves this by practicing to tense up tight and fast in quick succession. The user is suppose to tense up so tight that it hurts the very muscles itself. This is a long and arduous process that takes great dedication, however, after the training is done, the user will have effectively gotten rid of any, if not most of all pauses between spins, allowing them to spin on demand..
Posts: This takes a total of 35 posts/attempts to complete, as well as at least a week in RP time.

Flexibility Element
-The hardest element to learn in this stage. This time the user must undergo flexibility training in order to dodge even more attacks. The user starts out by doing a review on what they have learned on flexibility so far by putting his elbows to the ground. Once the user proves that he still has proper flexibility, then the real training begins. The first part of the training requires that the user touch his nose to the ground, without the bending of ones legs. If the user succeeds in doing this, then he must now take the ultimate test of flexibility. The user must bend backwards without bending ones legs, and touch the ground behind them with their fingers. After the training is complete, the user will come out with extremely painful muscle aches.
Posts: Takes 10 posts to touch the nose to the ground and 20 to bend backwards, touching the ground behind them.

Technique Training

Stage 3 Techniques

Shift Twist: A very important technique to the Waltz Style. Using all the following knowledge they have learned throughout the stages, the user learns how to shift the rotation of the spin at will. This was useful for surprising the enemy and making the user virtually unpredictable.

2nd Waltz: Unlike the 1st Waltz, the second Waltz does not require the user to stop all together. Instead, once the user spins off to the desired position, the user stops, but keeps spinning. Using the spin, the user keeps using the momentum to keep going, thereby, continuing the Waltz technique. This is useful for surprise rapid strikes as well as quick retreats, only to return again to the opponent in a spinning flurry.

STAGE 4: Jounin+

Description: In this stage, the true power of the Deadly Waltz comes to fruition. The user can now spin without stopping at such a speed that when one blinks, the user would have already made 5 full revolutions. The user would also be able to travel through spins at Jounin Assassin level. The user gets to this stage by training the speed/strength element, the balance element, the mind element, and the reaction element. Once the training is complete, the user will be a force to reckon with by all opponents.

Abilities: Once the stage is complete, the user will have gained the speed of a high level jounin assassin while spinning. The spins themselves will also be much faster, and their minds will be strengthened making them invulnerable to dizziness, and noxiousness. Plus, there strength is further increased, allowing the user to cut through rock if their blade allows it. This also allows them to fight against the force of the spin so they can move there arms, swinging and thrusting the blades in mid spin in all different directions, allowing better attack and offensive capabilities. Furthermore, the user would have extreme balance capable of standing on something as small as a tip of a pin needle. Finally, the user will have trained oneself to spin on demand whenever he feels something, such as the start of a punch.

Training: The user must now undergo four elements of training. After that, the user must learn all the techniques and jutsu required the completion of this stage. After the training itself, the user will most likely be sore for at least two weeks from the intense training.


Balance Element
- This is a definite testament that the training hasn’t become any easier. The user must now put his balance to the test by standing on the tip of a needle. Only when the user has stayed on the tip of the needle for a full five minutes, will he complete the balance training.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 posts/attempts.

Mind Element- The user must retrain this element because once the strength/speed element starts, the user will be moving faster than the mind could take. So the user must spin, spin, spin as fast as he can, continuously, until the user’s brain is used to such rotation.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 posts/attempts.

Reaction Element- The user will now be trained in spinning whenever he feels the slightest touch. This training is unique to all others because the user is blindfolded. While blindfolded, the one training the user must attack the user. The user then must rely on touch alone. When the user feels the touch, the user must automatically go into an instant spin. The user must continue this training until he reacts at the slightest touch.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 user posts/attempts to complete.

Strenght/Speed Element - The user is now given a hundred pound weights on both arms and legs. The user must live with them for at least two weeks. After the first week the user will find moving in these weights becomes a lot easier. As soon as the training is done, the user will find that his speed and strength have increased 10 fold.
Posts: The user must endure two weeks in RP time (which is a total of 50 posts) to complete the element.

Technique Training

- After the element training has been complete, the user must master all the techniques below. Unlike the techniques in stage 1, these techniques are mandatory. The user cannot graduate stage 4 if they do not know all of these techniques.

Stage 4 Techniques

Extreme Dirt Devil: This technique is an evolved form of the stage 1’s Dirt Devil. By kicking up dirt as one spins, the user surrounds himself in literally a tornado of dirt by using the wind generated by the spin. This not only obscures the enemies vision, but the wind generated by the spin would keep many enemies at bay.
(Physical Technique)

Underground Assault: By spinning as fast as stage 4 allows, the user uses his spinning feet as a drill to effectively dig themselves into the ground. Once in the ground, the user can spin to cut rock, allowing free movement in the earth. With this all done, the user can effectively launch an underground assault to the enemy. This technique can only be performed if the user’s blades are durable, otherwise they will break on the rocks, stopping movement.
(Physical Technique)

Rotation Pulse: By staying in one spot, the user spins as fast as one can, generating extreme wind forces around the user. The user then mixes this wind with chakra and then makes an automatic stop. The wind is then released, generating a 360 degree wind blast that can travel to 40 yds in each direction. The wind is so strong that it can blow back boulders. If the user has wind as one’s main element, the jutsu is increased by one rank.
(- 1 Jutsu per use)

Elemental Spin: Using the properties of the Extreme Dirt Devil Technique, the user surrounds this tornado in their own element. For example, if the user’s main element is fire, then the tornado will be surrounded in fire. If earth, it will be surrounded by flying debris such as boulders. If water, then it will be surrounded by water. Each has the potential to guard against any threat below A rank and can deliver devastating damage.
(-1 Jutsu per use)

Spinning Repulse: By spinning in one spot at high velocities, the user exerts a massive amount of chakra. This chakra is then caught in the spin, creating a massive chakra shield that protects the user in all directions. This shield can block any rank jutsu except that of higher rank techniques. Once executed it can be kept activated until it stops, but it still drains chakra.

3rd Waltz: This time around, the user can spin continuously at high speeds without barely stopping. The user does stop to change directions, but the stop is so brief that the normal eye couldn’t possibly pick it up, giving the appearance that the user is in a constant spin.

STAGE 5: Sannin+

Description:
Once the user has completed this stage, the user will have rightfully earned the title, “Master of the Waltz”. Everything increases. Speed. Strength. Balance. Mentality. Reaction. Everything. The user moves so fast when spinning that even a fully developed sharing an would be hard pressed to full track its movements. The user would have developed the ability to wipe out entire armies. At this stage, the user will now know the true meaning behind the name, “Deadly Waltz”.

Abilities: The user will have gained the speed of a Sanin Assassin when spinning. Their strength, which is also increased, would be able cut through metal if their blades durability allows it. Their balance is at top potential, as the user would be able to stand on the tip of a needle with just their pinky toe. Their reaction, which is also increased, will be able to tell when an enemy is attacking before the enemy hits, allowing them to spin even quicker, deflecting most attacks. Their mentality is also increased, making them completely immune to dizziness and noxiousness, plus, because there minds are trained so well, they potentially become immune to lower level genjutsu (originally chuunin and below).

Training: This, along with stage 1, is the hardest stage to train in. In this stage everything is reviewed, but the difficulty is literally increased 10 fold.

Strength/Speed Element-
-The user must now endure 200 pound weights on both arms and legs for a period of two weeks. Only after these two weeks will the user complete the element. After the element is completely trained, the user will endure intense muscle aches for at least a week.

Balance Element
- The user must now stand on the tip of a needle on one foot with their big toe for a full five minutes.

Mind Element
- The user must now spin for a full two hours at top speed without any interruption. Once that happens, the mind will be fully trained to the limit.

Final Waltz:
This is where the true fury of the style finally reveals itself. The user now spins so fast that the very ground the user stands on will be ripped apart. While spinning, the user moves across the ground, easily breaking the sound barrier, ripping apart everything, even material as hard as diamond in the users path. Not even the sharingan would be able to track it. In the time it takes to blink, the user would have already spun one hundred times, shredding anything it comes into contact into pieces. This move however, does not come without a price. The user’s body undergoes tremendous stress, tearing muscles, even bones. As soon as the technique is finally stopped, the user will be unable to continue fighting, and will automatically fall into immediate unconsciousness.

Katon:Rasengan

It is basically the same as the move it derived from. Except it's focus only on the users who have Katon and Fuuton elements. Using Katon Ni,San,or Shi,the user will bring flames to their hands. In which they will tap,and focus on their Fuuton chakra simentaneously and swirl the flames around. This will inturn feed the fire and control it into a raging burning spiraling sphere. Upon contact,the opponent will not only be hit with scorching flames but the wind will cut them up and open their wounds while the flames eat up the flesh. Rank B

Katon: Houka Hira Rasengan

To even obtain this higher ranked move,the person will have to learn the begining technique Katon:Rasengan. For this move is a step further in the path of this move. By performing Katon:Houka Hira Rasengan,all ninja know that the user will be enabled to have palms in which they can strike with. Yumi,who took this move a step further,issued Fuuton chakra into both palms to make a double Katon:Rasengan technique. Meaning,both hands will be performing the technique. This takes great charka control and training to even get to this step. The move and be used in several ways. One would be to,attack with one hand to break through a person blocking and use the other palm to follow up with a devastating attack. And the other,if the person is bold enough,is to use both arms striking at a point to double the damage in one area with flesh eating flames and slicing wind. Rank:A

Katon:Goukakyuu Oodama Rasengan

During this powerful move,the opponent will be in risk of being completely incenerated. By manipulating the power of Katon:Goukakyuu no Jutsu,or better known as the Powerful Fire ball technique which as been one of the Uchiha's favorite moves. The user will have to be able,first of all,to user the Katon technique without putting their fingers to their mouths to form the large Katon sphere.(The User will have to know at least 10 Katon Jutsu's.) Then instead of pushing the ball towards the opponent like usual,though the user can,they will out stretch their arm and control the technique while influencing a great amount of Fuuton chakra into the large ball. This will give the chakra ball flamed core,with wind spiraling around the outer portion of the ball. Upon contact,the opponent will be sent into utter oblivion. Instead of knocking the opponent into another solid surface and grind,shred and burn their bodies;this technique will actual envelope them into the large sphere in which the user will push the sphere away from their hand to escape any harm to themselves. As the sphere moves,the oppnent will be sliced opponent in countless areas around their bodies while the flames will devour the person. Unless they have a defense that will help,many won't survive.
*Alternative Route: The person,in comparison can make an alternative route to increase accuracy of this dominative technique. Instead of pushing the sphere away once contact is made,the user has the choice to keep their hand on the sphere,making the sphere soild but still cutting up their hand,and ram the opponent into a physical surface. Once there,the user will keep the opponent pinned for a moment before the sphere will become unstable and ultimately explode. Though the opponent will gain an almost guarantee'd fatal injury do to the accuracy improvision,the user themselves will also gain tremendous damage of sever burns. Rank S

Katon Tatsumaki Rasengan

This move,is move is what Yumi thought was too be his legacy but he had one last move up his sleeve to top this. Most,won't be able to get this far due to the training that it takes to recieve this power but it will definately prove useful in fights that need to be ended quickly or fights that have been pushed too far. Tapping near to fully of their Fuuton techniques,the user will push that chakra into one arm. It would slice up their arm severly but the opponent is in for more pain;so the sacrifce is not in vain. Soon the user will have a funnel of Futton twisting around on arm while in the other hand,the user will have the basic Katon:Rasengan prepared. This move takes extreme speed to pull off,especially since one need to hit and move away so they aren't caught up in the blast. In which,once the attack hits,the user will first hit the opponent with the spiraling arm and pushing the spirals onto the opponent while quickly pushing the Katon:Rasengan into the mix. During this,the opponent will be caught in a vertical tornado or horizonal tornado(depending on the wall the strike is made). But the real zinger of this move,is while they are begin spun around in the slicing blades of Fuuton,the Katon:Rasengan ball will slowly be moving towards opponent. In which,once contact is made,it will explode in a fiery blast. Rank SS+

Katon Siro:Rasengan

This is Yumi's legacy move. The fabled white Rasengan. Unlike the others it has nothing to do with Fuuton,but it does bring out the power of Katon to it's truest glory. Sacrificing one's entire arm,the user will gain the white flamed glory within Rasengan. When struck,the opponent will be burned by white flames and engulfed in it's beautiful glory. Unforunately,the use of this technique does disable the users arm for one week.(IN REAL LIFE TIME!)

Training Methods


The training for this is extremely difficult. It is unlike the way of learning the normal Rasengan but as said before. The pain will be worth it in the end. The next thing you would need to do is actually learn it from Yumi Uchiha. As he is the creator of his powerful technique.

Required:Must be a Jounin
~5 Posts of the user holding hot coils. This is to gain resistence to the heat in your palm and the pain it inflicts.
~5 posts of holding the hot coils in ones hand,and levitating it into their palm using Fuuton.
~5 posts to having them actually levitating the coil completely and raising the flames out of the coil and making the flame 'dance' into a sphere.
~5 Posts to them actually learning the Jutsu

Required:Must be a Jounin +/Or an ability to make perform it.
~Must be able to perform Houka Hira no Jutsu.
~5 Posts of the user tapping into their Fuuton abilities and manipulating the flames.

Katon:Gokakyuu Oodama Rasengan
Required:Must be a Sanin or have something else that enables them to have such chakra.

Blade Style: DEADLY WALTZ

History: The start of the style is shrouded in mystery. All that people know is that it was used to take over their enemies with extreme speed and ferocity. It was said the style died after the last great ninja war, for it was no longer needed, however, a certain ninja named Vincente Valtieri revived this ancient style in his quest for power, and discovered its untamed potential.

Style Requirements: The user must be a Weapon Class with just one or two swords (any type of blade, whether it be knives or katanas). The one trying to learn this style also cannot learn it by oneself, they have to find a sensei knowledgeable in the style

Movement Description( for styles with specific movement) When using this style, the user attacks and defends by fast spins. There body is constantly moving at a fast, fluent, and constant rate in a full 360 degree rotation.

STAGE 1: Academy Student - Genin

Description: At this point, the user knows almost nothing of the style, and before he/she can even begin to comprehend it, they must be put through rigorous training in order to hone their balance, flexibility, strength, and speed. They also must start to develop an immunity to obstacles such as dizziness and noxiousness, for without these, the style will all but become impossible. Finally, the user is then taught the basics of proper rotation by moving their feet and torso in conjunction to each other. Not only does this allow the user to dodge attacks more effectively, but it also allows them to deliver constant counterattacks. This is essential if the user is to learn the style. This will truly test their mettle, showing if they are worthy to learn the style. It will test their limits and most likely leave them battered and bruised. However, the end result will be a much stronger person, mentally, and physically.

Abilities: At the end of this stage, the user shall be at top physical form. Attacks such as normal kicks and punches are easily dodged by gracefully rotating their bodies in whichever direction. Furthermore, when such close range attacks are dodged, the user can also deliver counterattacks more effectively by using the momentum of their spin to increase their speed and strength. The user at this point can also dodge massive quantities of oncoming ninja tools such as kunai, senbon, and shurikens at normal velocity. They are also immune to moderate dizziness and minor noxiousness.

Training: The first stage of training of this style is possibly the harshest, and most grueling out of all the training stages. It is broken up into several elements, each one dedicated to training a specific area of the body. Each element is crucial for the style to be effective.
(Note: Each element doesn’t have to be learned one at a time. If one wishes, the elements can be done in conjunction with another but it must start with the strength element, and end with the mind element.)

Strength/Speed Element
- Automatically the user is put through rigorous exercise through the training of leg weights. By strapping on a whopping fifty pound weight on each of the legs, the user is forced to immediately and rapidly build muscle by keeping them on for a full and complete week (The weeks is determined by the one training the user). Once the week is done, the user should be able to walk normally as if there was no weights on, however running still presents a challenge. Once the weights come off the user at the end of this time, the user will experience a dramatic increase in speed (The speed is the equivalent of a one hundred yard dash being done in ten seconds. It isn’t necessarily, Rock Lee fast.) and strength, allowing them to move much quicker.
Posts: Minimum of 20 posts, but ultimately the user’s success in this element is decided by the one training the user.

Balance Element
- Along with flexibility, balance is the most important aspect to learn in order to master the style. Since the user is in constant spinning motion, it is easy to lose balance if one is not trained to maintain it. In order to learn this balance, the user must be subjected to dangerous situations, such as crossing ravines or rivers over thin, narrow pieces of wood. Eventually if the user survives these multiple ordeals (5 Minimum), the user will develop the balance necessary to handle the style’s most basic techniques.
Posts: Instead of posts, the user must overcome 5 dangerous situations in which they must learn to control their balance. After this is achieved, then would have completed their element.

Flexibility Element

- Essentially a bit more toned down than the other elements, but still requires great determination. Without this element, the style virtually becomes useless. The user must now participate in various exercises in order to stretch and loosen the body. The user will start off extremely simple, touching their fingers on the ground, but the ultimate goal would be to touch their elbows to the ground. Once the user achieves this, then the flexibility element will be complete. This however, is not as easy as it sounds, for the training requires the body to stretch more than it had ever done before, thereby causing the user great pain and discomfort.
Posts: The user must post 10 times before the element could be considered completed. With each post, the user must participate in stretching exercises more difficult than the last (the exercises besides the first and the last one are ultimately decided the teacher).

The Mind Element

- (Note: Without the Balance Element, this element cannot be achieved)If one were to stop at the Flexibility Element, they would have all the tools they would need to start training the basics of the style, however, without this element, the style would have one major flaw. The user would be dizzy after spinning so much, if not noxious. This element, prevents this flaw from lessening one’s combat capabilities. The training consists of relentless spinning. The user will spin and spin all day long, gradually growing an immunity to moderate dizziness, and minor noxiousness. Once this element is learned, the user will have successfully completed the first stage.
Posts: This element takes the equivalent of seven days RP time to complete (as determined by one’s teacher) and within those seven days, the user must post at least twenty times before the element is complete. Each post must consist of the user spinning.

Stage 1 Techniques

(Note: At this stage, no jutsu is learned, however below are recommended techniques that one can use against an opponent. The user is not limited to these techniques. These are simply recommendations one could execute at any time. If the user wishes, the user could invent his/her own techniques as long as they as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 1 abilities. All the following techniques can only be learned by genin +)

Dirt Devil:
A relatively useful technique for lower level swordsman. By spinning constantly and kicking up dirt as the user spirals, the wind force generated by the spin will carry the dirt around the user’s body until the user stops spinning. Once the dirt is in motion as the user spins, the user resembles something of a large dirt devil, thus the technique. The dirt can effectively block the enemies sight to a certain degree, making it harder to see the user, thus, making it harder to block the users attacks. Also if close enough, the dirt could also get into the enemies eyes, causing them to sting, distracting the enemy.

Falling Windmill: By jumping up in the air, the user stretches their arms out as if they are trying to fly. Then, after this is done, they begin to spin in midair. Because there is nothing but air resisting their movement, the user spins much faster than they would on the ground, then they would fall towards their enemy. Once the user makes contact with the target, the user will continue to spin, attempting to rip the enemy to shreds with the users spiraling blades.
(Physical Technique)

Scissor Strike: A simple but effective attack. By using the style to attack, the user will strike out with one blade, but then all of a sudden, switch the direction of the rotation and attempt to strike out with other. This attack if executed correctly, will resemble a pair of large scissor blades attempting to cut the enemy, for one blade is going one way, and the other is going the other way, giving the appearance that two blades are coming at the enemy from each side. If struck with no defense whatsoever, the enemy will most likely be cut in half, or severely injured.

STAGE 2: Genin+

Description: Upon entering stage 2, the user only knows the bare basics of the style. In this stage the user will learn how to increase the speed of the spins, and how to use the style to the best of it’s ability by learning the signature Waltz technique. At this point the user will once again undergo the strength/speed element training, but this time around the user will train both his legs and arms in order to increase the effectiveness of their strikes, and their ability to dodge oncoming attacks while standing their ground. At this stage, it is mostly all about speed and strength.

Abilities: Once the stage is completed, the user’s strength is increased. This time around however the strength is increased in not only their legs, but also in their arms as well. This gives them more stamina and endurance needed to perfect the style. Also, they now have the ability to cut through wood as if it were air. They now also have the ability to spin a lot faster (about the speed of nejii’s rotation attack) due to the increase in the legs strength, granting the body faster movement. As a final addition, the speed at which they users bend their bodies in order to dodge attacks is increased, allowing them to dodge quicker techniques at both long and short range.

Training: The second stage of the style is much more toned down than the first one, as it only focuses on the strength/speed element. However this is not to say that the stage is easy. Once the stage is done, the user will most likely have incredibly sore muscles for a week.

Strenght/Speed Element
- This time, the leg weights are doubled. Instead of being fifty pounds, they are now one hundred pounds. The arms now undergo weight training as well. Each one is strapped on with fifty pound weights. The user must endure this training for a full two weeks, taking the weights everywhere they go. Gradually the muscles in the users body will build, and as time passes, will become easier to navigate with.
Posts: The user must complete a full two weeks in RP time with the weights on. Within that allotted time (as ultimately determined by the teacher), the user must make a total of thirty posts in order to complete it.

Technique Training
- After the element training has been complete, the user must master all the techniques below. Unlike the techniques in stage 1, these techniques are mandatory. The user cannot graduate stage 2 if they do not know all of these techniques.


Stage 2 Techniques

(Note: At this stage, some jutsu is learned that requires chakra, and some are physical techniques that don’t require chakra. Once again, these physical techniques are just recommendations (though they do require to be learned in order to pass stage 2), so the user is free to invent his own if he wishes, as long as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 2.. However, if the technique is a jutsu that requires chakra, then it must be approved in the custom jutsu thread, NO EXCEPTIONS! It is specified at the bottom of each technique on whether it’s a physical technique, or a jutsu that requires chakra. Remember all the following techniques can only be learned by genin +)

Blink Spin: By utilizing what the user has gained from completing all the stage 2 elements, the user of the style can perform this technique. By building massive tension within the body, the user strikes out at the opponent in the form of a simple spinning strike, however the spin is so fast, it has been proven that the spin is as fast as a blink, thus the name. Multiple’s of this technique can be performed, but between each strike, the user must give a momentary pause to rebuild tension, and then strike out again. Another way to use this technique is to spin, and then resume the exact position, one was originally in. This gives the impression to the enemy that the user didn’t move at all. However if one has a keen eye, they could see flaws in their position that wasn’t originally there before, however as the user rises in rank, these flaws are gradually dispersed.
(Physical Technique)

Full Moon Spiral: This is the first move in the style that the user is subjected to learn that utilizes chakra as weapon. By running chakra up the blades, the user spins at a moderate speed. Because of the forces generated by the wind, the chakra is forced up and off the blade, making the blade have a 2 foot extension made of pure chakra. The chakra itself is not as sharp as a well kept blade, but it can still cause deep cuts. If the enemy is hit enough times then the enemy could most likely die from blood loss due to the deep cuts. The jutsu gets its name from the appearance it takes when the technique is executed. If someone was looking down on top of the user performing this technique, it would seem as if a full moon was surrounding the user. The technique itself can last up to two minutes (the equivalent of two posts) and is useful for keeping the enemy at bay, or striking from a distance.

1st Waltz: The user is now introduced to the signature technique of the Deadly Waltz style. The Waltz techniques come in four different forms, each one more deadlier than the last. The 1st Waltz, is the introduction to these techniques. By utilizing all that they have learned in the past two stages, the user makes a quick spin as fast as a blink, but instead of making a full revolution, the user uses the momentum of the spin and then throws his body weight in the desired direction. The result is an extremely fast movement. The user is thrown in that desired direction about twenty yards or less (if the user stops the technique). However, stopping is only possible for the user executing this technique by channeling chakra to their feet, creating intense traction, so therefore, the technique drains chakra. The user also has to stop a certain way, otherwise they would just be thrown back even more as soon as they stopped (since it is so abrupt). The way the user stops is by positioning his feet vertically with one in the back straight out, and with one in the front bent, all the while keeping low to the ground. This results in a quick and sudden stop. After the stop is complete, the user can tense up his body once again in the time it takes for a momentary pause, and execute the technique again while keeping the same chakra channeled to his feet. This technique is primarily for getting out of the way of an attack, however if close range, the user can spin out, striking the opponent with the user’s blade, and then using the momentum of the spin to quickly get away.

STAGE 3: Chuunin+


Description: At this stage, the user is well versed in the art of the Deadly Waltz, though the user is far from being master. Since the user has all the speed and strength one needs at this point, the user is subjected to training in the Flexibility Element, Balance Element, and a new element called the Reaction Element. Once all elements are done, the teacher will teach the user a technique that will switch the direction of the rotation while the user is still in mid-spin, opening up a door that will allow the user to attack in so many other ways. Once some other useful techniques are taught, the teacher will reveal the secrets of the 2nd Waltz to the user.

Abilities: When the stage is complete, the user will have gained the ability to spin on demand without any momentary pause. The body of the user also becomes even more flexible, allowing them to dodge more attacks with the same speed gained in stage 1. This makes the user practically invulnerable to any number of small and big ninja tools as long as the user is paying attention. The balance is also increased, allowing the user to stand on something as small as a sword hilt.

Training: This time the training starts to pick up the pace a bit more. Instead of one element, the user must go through three elements, including a brand new one. After the training is done, the user will most likely have sore muscles for a week, due to the intense training session during the flexibility element. However after the training, the user will become substantially more powerful.

Balance Element
- The first of the element training starts off quite easy. The user is subjected to training by trying to balance on a standing up, vertical, thin log floating in the water. This teaches the user more balance, but even more importantly, balance control. This is necessary for the Waltz style as the techniques become more powerful.
Posts: Takes fifteen attempts to successfully balance on the log.

Reaction Element

- The user is now introduced to the first new element in the past two stages. The goal of this training is to completely get rid of the momentary pause it takes to spin, which at this point is a fatal flaw within the style. To get rid of this, the user must learn how to tense up (tighten the muscles) quickly. So quick in fact that it barely takes a second to execute a string of spins. The user achieves this by practicing to tense up tight and fast in quick succession. The user is suppose to tense up so tight that it hurts the very muscles itself. This is a long and arduous process that takes great dedication, however, after the training is done, the user will have effectively gotten rid of any, if not most of all pauses between spins, allowing them to spin on demand..
Posts: This takes a total of 35 posts/attempts to complete, as well as at least a week in RP time.

Flexibility Element
-The hardest element to learn in this stage. This time the user must undergo flexibility training in order to dodge even more attacks. The user starts out by doing a review on what they have learned on flexibility so far by putting his elbows to the ground. Once the user proves that he still has proper flexibility, then the real training begins. The first part of the training requires that the user touch his nose to the ground, without the bending of ones legs. If the user succeeds in doing this, then he must now take the ultimate test of flexibility. The user must bend backwards without bending ones legs, and touch the ground behind them with their fingers. After the training is complete, the user will come out with extremely painful muscle aches.
Posts: Takes 10 posts to touch the nose to the ground and 20 to bend backwards, touching the ground behind them.

Technique Training

- The user must learn all the following techniques if the stage is to be complete

Stage 3 Techniques


(Note: At this stage, some jutsu is learned that requires chakra, and some are physical techniques that don’t require chakra. Once again, these physical techniques are just recommendations (though they do require to be learned in order to pass stage 3), so the user is free to invent his own if he wishes, as long as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 3.. Shift Twist: A very important technique to the Waltz Style. Using all the following knowledge they have learned throughout the stages, the user learns how to shift the rotation of the spin at will. This was useful for surprising the enemy and making the user virtually unpredictable.

2nd Waltz: Unlike the 1st Waltz, the second Waltz does not require the user to stop all together. Instead, once the user spins off to the desired position, the user stops, but keeps spinning. Using the spin, the user keeps using the momentum to keep going, thereby, continuing the Waltz technique. This is useful for surprise rapid strikes as well as quick retreats, only to return again to the opponent in a spinning flurry.

STAGE 4: Jounin+

Description: In this stage, the true power of the Deadly Waltz comes to fruition. The user can now spin without stopping at such a speed that when one blinks, the user would have already made 5 full revolutions. The user would also be able to travel through spins at Jounin Assassin level. The user gets to this stage by training the speed/strength element, the balance element, the mind element, and the reaction element. Once the training is complete, the user will be a force to reckon with by all opponents.

Abilities: Once the stage is complete, the user will have gained the speed of a high level jounin assassin while spinning. The spins themselves will also be much faster, and their minds will be strengthened making them invulnerable to dizziness, and noxiousness. Plus, there strength is further increased, allowing the user to cut through rock if their blade allows it. This also allows them to fight against the force of the spin so they can move there arms, swinging and thrusting the blades in mid spin in all different directions, allowing better attack and offensive capabilities. Furthermore, the user would have extreme balance capable of standing on something as small as a tip of a pin needle. Finally, the user will have trained oneself to spin on demand whenever he feels something, such as the start of a punch.

Training: The user must now undergo four elements of training. After that, the user must learn all the techniques and jutsu required the completion of this stage. After the training itself, the user will most likely be sore for at least two weeks from the intense training.


Balance Element
- This is a definite testament that the training hasn’t become any easier. The user must now put his balance to the test by standing on the tip of a needle. Only when the user has stayed on the tip of the needle for a full five minutes, will he complete the balance training.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 posts/attempts.

Mind Element- The user must retrain this element because once the strength/speed element starts, the user will be moving faster than the mind could take. So the user must spin, spin, spin as fast as he can, continuously, until the user’s brain is used to such rotation.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 posts/attempts.

Reaction Element- The user will now be trained in spinning whenever he feels the slightest touch. This training is unique to all others because the user is blindfolded. While blindfolded, the one training the user must attack the user. The user then must rely on touch alone. When the user feels the touch, the user must automatically go into an instant spin. The user must continue this training until he reacts at the slightest touch.
Posts: This takes a total of 40 user posts/attempts to complete.

Strenght/Speed Element - The user is now given a hundred pound weights on both arms and legs. The user must live with them for at least two weeks. After the first week the user will find moving in these weights becomes a lot easier. As soon as the training is done, the user will find that his speed and strength have increased 10 fold.
Posts: The user must endure two weeks in RP time (which is a total of 50 posts) to complete the element.

Technique Training

- After the element training has been complete, the user must master all the techniques below. Unlike the techniques in stage 1, these techniques are mandatory. The user cannot graduate stage 4 if they do not know all of these techniques.

Stage 4 Techniques
(Note: At this stage, some jutsu is learned that requires chakra, and some are physical techniques that don’t require chakra. Once again, these physical techniques are just recommendations (though they do require to be learned in order to pass stage 4), so the user is free to invent his own if he wishes, as long as they are in the realm of possibility using stage 4.. However, if the technique is a jutsu that requires chakra, then it must be approved in the custom jutsu thread, NO EXCEPTIONS! It is specified at the bottom of each technique on whether it’s a physical technique, or a jutsu that requires chakra. Remember all the following techniques can only be learned by jounin +)

Extreme Dirt Devil: This technique is an evolved form of the stage 1’s Dirt Devil. By kicking up dirt as one spins, the user surrounds himself in literally a tornado of dirt by using the wind generated by the spin. This not only obscures the enemies vision, but the wind generated by the spin would keep many enemies at bay.
(Physical Technique)

Underground Assault: By spinning as fast as stage 4 allows, the user uses his spinning feet as a drill to effectively dig themselves into the ground. Once in the ground, the user can spin to cut rock, allowing free movement in the earth. With this all done, the user can effectively launch an underground assault to the enemy. This technique can only be performed if the user’s blades are durable, otherwise they will break on the rocks, stopping movement.
(Physical Technique)

Rotation Pulse: By staying in one spot, the user spins as fast as one can, generating extreme wind forces around the user. The user then mixes this wind with chakra and then makes an automatic stop. The wind is then released, generating a 360 degree wind blast that can travel to 40 yds in each direction. The wind is so strong that it can blow back boulders. If the user has wind as one’s main element, the jutsu is increased by one rank.
(- 1 Jutsu per use)

Elemental Spin: Using the properties of the Extreme Dirt Devil Technique, the user surrounds this tornado in their own element. For example, if the user’s main element is fire, then the tornado will be surrounded in fire. If earth, it will be surrounded by flying debris such as boulders. If water, then it will be surrounded by water. Each has the potential to guard against any threat below A rank and can deliver devastating damage.
(-1 Jutsu per use)

Spinning Repulse: By spinning in one spot at high velocities, the user exerts a massive amount of chakra. This chakra is then caught in the spin, creating a massive chakra shield that protects the user in all directions. This shield can block any rank jutsu except that of higher rank techniques. Once executed it can be kept activated until it stops, but it still drains chakra.
(- 1 Jutsu per use and -1 Jutsu if it continues)

3rd Waltz: This time around, the user can spin continuously at high speeds without barely stopping. The user does stop to change directions, but the stop is so brief that the normal eye couldn’t possibly pick it up, giving the appearance that the user is in a constant spin.
(Jutsu = -1 per use unless the jutsu is quickly chained with the same technique without interruption)

STAGE 5: Sannin+

Description:
Once the user has completed this stage, the user will have rightfully earned the title, “Master of the Waltz”. Everything increases. Speed. Strength. Balance. Mentality. Reaction. Everything. The user moves so fast when spinning that even a fully developed sharing an would be hard pressed to full track its movements. The user would have developed the ability to wipe out entire armies. At this stage, the user will now know the true meaning behind the name, “Deadly Waltz”.

Abilities: The user will have gained the speed of a Sanin Assassin when spinning. Their strength, which is also increased, would be able cut through metal if their blades durability allows it. Their balance is at top potential, as the user would be able to stand on the tip of a needle with just their pinky toe. Their reaction, which is also increased, will be able to tell when an enemy is attacking before the enemy hits, allowing them to spin even quicker, deflecting most attacks. Their mentality is also increased, making them completely immune to dizziness and noxiousness, plus, because there minds are trained so well, they potentially become immune to lower level genjutsu (originally chuunin and below).

Training: This, along with stage 1, is the hardest stage to train in. In this stage everything is reviewed, but the difficulty is literally increased 10 fold.

Strength/Speed Element-
-The user must now endure 200 pound weights on both arms and legs for a period of two weeks. Only after these two weeks will the user complete the element. After the element is completely trained, the user will endure intense muscle aches for at least a week.

Balance Element
- The user must now stand on the tip of a needle on one foot with their big toe for a full five minutes.
Posts: Takes 50 RP posts to complete.

Mind Element
- The user must now spin for a full two hours at top speed without any interruption. Once that happens, the mind will be fully trained to the limit.
Posts: Takes 50 RP posts to complete

Reaction Element
- The user must now train himself to where he/she will spin on demand at the slightest touch of the wind itself.

Flexibility Element
- The user must now be able to bend backwards to the point one could touch his/hers nose to the ground/

Technique Training

Final Waltz:
This is where the true fury of the style finally reveals itself. The user now spins so fast that the very ground the user stands on will be ripped apart. While spinning, the user moves across the ground, easily breaking the sound barrier, ripping apart everything, even material as hard as diamond in the users path. Not even the sharingan would be able to track it. In the time it takes to blink, the user would have already spun one hundred times, shredding anything it comes into contact into pieces. This move however, does not come without a price. The user’s body undergoes tremendous stress, tearing muscles, even bones. As soon as the technique is finally stopped, the user will be unable to continue fighting, and will automatically fall into immediate unconsciousness.
