Vergil's home is not one to be scoffed toward, it is incredibly massive, even though it appears small. The home itself has three bedrooms, each with it's own style and gadgets, as well as the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and king size bed.
The living room is massive, with two couches and a large plasma screen TV... 60 inches. Giggity. And don't even get me started on the kitchen and garage. I may add a picture later, or design one.

Shroud Kosane The engine dropped with a thud, smacking on the cold underground clanking as it did. Ridge luckily moved his foot to avoid losing it. "Nope, but it's fine, they always contact me somehow, mostly in personal visits." Ridge went digging in a shelving unit built into the loft right under where Amber was sitting. He loudly shouted, "Ah ha! There you are you little b*****d." coming out with a cordless dual hinge drill. He clicked it a few times to make sure it worked and started to loosen more bolts to get inside the hunk of scrap.  Amber nodded her head, understand how things work with him. She watched carefully as he worked on the car, "So uhm.." She said shyly, "Are.. You hungry for anything? Or thirsty?" She scratched behind her head, kinda finding herself useless. "Or do you need any utensils? I'll get whatever you want." She didn't mind being the retriever.

"I'll take a Sprite if you don't mind. Get something for yourself too." He muttered loudly, his head deep into the under-belly of the sand shark racer, nearly hitting his head on everything. "You seem a bit peckish anyway." He yelled toward the end of that sentence, yanking out a bar from the place he'd had the drill, sending it flying into the upper levels and straight into the attic of the garage. "s**t."

Amber stood up and went into the kitchen to grab the drink for him. She wasn't thirsty, so she just went back out with the can. "Peckish? What's that?" She tilted her head to the side, confused. Her vocabulary wasn't the best. She sat down next to the raised car and handed him the drink, before standing back up and sitting on the steps watching him.

Amber blushed, her hair going to a pink-orange-ish color, showing she was embarrassed by her knowledgeable tongue. She muttered softly and somewhat rudely, "Sorry.. I'm not very good with the human language.." She sat there, kinda mopey like.

"Don't be so down... no one is."Ridge found a new part to replace the one he'd threw into the rafters and stuck it back in place. He tightened the bolts so a repeat wouldn't occur and moved back to the engine on the back of the car. The boosters would be the most difficult part. "Soo..."

Amber scratched behind her head, her hair going back to normal. "Soo. What?" She tilted her head to the side. "Uhm.. Your.. Dog.. Shapeshifter?" She didn't care if she didn't make a complete sentence. "How did you find him?"

"Well... I found him on a cold winter's night. I was going outside to the garage to work on a bike i'd found, when I heard a small whimper. It sounded like nothing at first, but as I continued to work I grew much more curious. I opened the door and there he was, laying half dead, on the cold condrete, nearly covered over as a snow bank. I grabbed him and brought him inside and turned on the heater in here, because who would own a garage without a heater?" Ridge said, pointing to the large heating installment in the back of the garage.
"As he reheated he started to regain his color, night shade black with a small red streak down his back. I picked him up, and he creased a smile at me and started to speak!" Ridge finally loosened the last bolt and took a plate off of the under barrel of the engine, "Since then we've been best friends, always looking out for each other, although he just lays around now, eating kibble and playing Xbox, don't ask me how he learned to do it, he just can."

Amber smiled at the story. "Wow.. So.. He's always been the oddball, huh?" She rubbed her arm. "And.. What of your sister? Will she ever have kindness for you?" Amber thought in her mind soon afterwards that she would do what she could to send letters to his sister, just some words of wisdom.. Whether Amber could write well or not. She did know the alphabet, since the woman who took care of her also taught her a little bit how to read and write, but she's not the best.

Ridge smiled at the oddball comment, he'd never heard Shikon called an "oddball" before, so it was kind of funny. When Amber got on the topic of his sister, Ridge just let out a "heh" and continued to work on the engine of the sand shark. "I'd surmise not, if she wants to hold hatred for me that's her choice, not mine, I never was one to play big brother, as she never wanted one. But i'm content living on my own... I can't say the same for her though, and yet she pushes me away whenever I bring up the subject."

Amber scratched the back of her head, "Well.. If you want to try to get back together as a family with her.. I can think up an easier way to get things done.." She blushed, before going on, "You can write letters for her to try to say you'll always be looking out for her and maybe say that you're sorry for whatever you might have done to hurt her.. Even if you haven't hurt her at all.. I can always send letters to her... I mean, if you want, I'll just stay out of it completely." She placed her hands up to her face defensively.

Ridge smiled. He was hard pressed now to find someone who really cared for what he had to say anymore. "I'll keep it in mind. Thanks." He said smiling.

Amber smiled and nodded, before getting up and going to the kitchen to grab herself something to eat. She grabbed canned tomato soup and boiled it up in the can before drinking it slowly. She didn't want to bother him with his work.

The engine was back in place and the bolts were tightly screwed in place. Ridge turned the keys in the shark from underneath and clicked the turbo switch. Blue and white flames ignited and quickly ended as the switch was returned to normal. Everything was in order.
Shikon had found his way outside, rolling around on the grass having the time of his life for about ten minutes before jumping into the pool. Wet dog smell... yuck.
