Blue and green brushed paws danced over the green grass happily, a sweet tune vibrating the the throat of the female, though she held herself high she wasn't a large wolf, her brown pelt carefully blessed with a blue heart resting under her right eye while each shoulder with the music symbol to hold a note out until a conductor gave the signal to stop, but the beat within Fremata's heart would never die, the flame never dwindling within her soul. Green eyes shining as the female danced across the field, her mate was back resting in their small makeshift den for the time being, but she needed to stretch her legs and get out for some fresh air.
A hard gust of wind ruffled the females fur making her shake herself out and laugh. "Don't like that song do you, well I'll try something different then." she spoke out to the wind and picked up a different tune, waiting for a response from the wind. Not as though she truly believed in a sort of true intelligence from the wind directly, nature itself though on the other had she did believe had a strong life force to it, the same force that willed her to sing out. With that a great singing howl rose out of her throat as she threw her head up happily.
As she brought her head down she smiled as a gentle breeze swept over her as though caressing her soft pelt that she took a lot of pride in caring for, as much pride as she took in caring for her mate as well. How she loved Tempo, her dark male with the patchwork heart of his right eye. He was gentle and kind and that's what she loved about him, he could easily deal with her sometimes brash personality. Looking about she saw nothing for the time being, but knowing what she had just done if there were any wolves in the area they were likely to be drawing to the source of her howl for one reason or another.

 It felt odd to be quite a ways from home. Aleu tended to stick close to the pack lands that she had called home her entire life. But slowly she took to wandering now and then, each time going a bit further than the time before. It was a nice break from the work, especially with so many puppies to keep an eye on now. Between Corvus' two, Merrill's four and Derecho's five some days it felt like YMCA was overflowing with them. Every time she turned around there would be a puppy standing there. Giving her head a shake as she laughed at the thought Aleu continued forward.
The song of birds filled her ears and lifted her spirits. My she did love songs, be it hearing them or singing them, and all too soon she found herself humming along with the sounds of nature that was all around her. Singing also helped her keep her mind off of her problems with Verse. If he ran away from her one more time she would probably just give up and forget all about him.
Ears perked up as a howl, a musical one, reached her and she paused in mid step. It was quite beautiful and not to be one to ever turn down the chances of meeting another wolf who enjoyed singing Aleu changed her course slightly and padded towards the sound. It didn't take Aleu long to clear the trees and come across the field where she soon spotted a brown female. Well she had to have been the one who had sang out. Picking up the pace a bit Aleu trotted through the lush green grass towards the female, humming a tune as she went, the flute around her neck swinging slightly as she did so.
Once she reached a distance where she wouldn't have to yell Aleu slowed a bit and called out to the female. "Hello there!" Her voice was smooth and melodic, and soon she came to a stop not far from the brown female taking note of the heart marking below her eye. How very interesting she thought.
