To have a character in the orphanage, he/she must be under the age of 14. If you make a character under the age of 14, DO NOT make a profile for him/her on the character profile sub forum. Just add all the necessary info in your first post.
If your character wants to adopt a character in the orphanage, then the character in the orphanage must approve. smile Have fun!
