((We shall begin with a little bit of a meeting, so they know each other before they need to be helping each other. ^ ^; Ohhh and just in case you haven't seen her yet, here is Chastity.))
Within the velvet shop
-Chastity swung softly on her golden plated swing, reaching her feet far out before her, trying to touch the warm sun that was begining to drift into her elaborate cage. The shop was empty beside her today, as she opted to rest as opposed to go shopping with Iris and her new 'brother'.
Leaning back on the swing, she closed her eyes, her golden curls almost touching the ground as she swung slowly back and forth.-

Erae scrambled up to the shop, rolling head over heels as he landed against the door, a grin wide upon his face.
"I beat her," He mumbled, glancing around before giving a shrug and opening the door, walking inside.
He had never seen the hummingbird velvet before, and stared up at her with a slight awe, the grin spreading to his eyes now.
"Hello there! Who are you? I haven't seen you before, are you new?" He was anxious to have a new friend, he hadn't met anyone for ages!
Stupid hibernation.

"Hmmmmmm?" -Her eyes flashed open at the jingle and quick greeting, and she leaned quickly forward to see 'who it was'. Realization hit her rather quickly though as the unfamilar little one came into view. Her friends weren't here anymore. They weren't just going to pop in to say hi. Soo.. she was just going to have to make new friends.
Fluttering her wings, she slowed her swinging, and hopped down to the cage floor, before peeking out the door and down to the young skunk.- "Umm... I'm not really new.. but I guess I'm new to you!"
-Giggling with a soft bubbliness, she fluttered her way down towards him, peeking coyly at the child. Hovering before him, she offered a bangled arm and a happy smile.- "I'm Chastity. Nice to meet you little skunk."

Erae reached out and took the hand, shaking it gently. "I'm Erae!"
"Why were you locked in there? Did you do something bad?" He tilted his head awkwardly, watching her hover there with a kind of awe.

"Locked? You can never be 'locked' someplace beautiful silly. It's my special cage that my daddy had made just for me, when I was born."
-Her wings fluttered nearly as quickly as she babbled, and she motioned with a waving finger to the twists and tangles of molding that made up the cage's sides, before finnally settling onto the ground beside him.- "Look, even my jewelry matches, isn't that neat?"

Erae peered at her bracelets, reaching out to touch them gently. "They're pretty." He reached up and showed her his necklace, rather proud of it. "This is mine." A smile, and he glanced around, before looking at her again.
"Where is your daddy? Are you the only one here?"

"My daddy..." -She trailed slowly for a moment.- "He's not here anymore, and Iris is at the store with Nayati. So I'm alone for right now." -Sliding her finger into one of her springy curls, she began to twist the hair around her finger, changing the subject.-
"Anyway Erae, would 'ja like to play? Or do something? Actually, what do you like to do?"

"I think Kanth got lost, so we should be alright if we just play for a bit! There's plenty to do here, and she shouldn't mind." He brightened considerably at the prospect of a game, and wrung his hands together hopefully.
"I haven't been on an adventure in a long while, maybe we could do that?"

"Lost is no good.. but as long as she comes back, then that's good."
"Adventure? Well I guess that's okay. Yes, it'll probably be fun." -Nodding broadly, she leaned forward a little, so she'd be almost at the same height as the child.-
"Would you like to lead the way then?"

Nodding, Erae turned and walked a direction, then spotted a pair of steps that led down to the basement.
He pointed.
"How about down there?" Beaming and ready for a new adventure, he turned and waited for her at the doorway, his fur quivering with anticipation.

-Giggling some more, she stepped into a more submissive gait, falling a step behind to follow, feathers fluttering gently.- "What do you think we'll find down there?"

"I don't know! Maybe treasure, or more trinkets like you have? Adventures always hold surprises," He murmured softly, continuing to step forward, until they both entered into the darkness.
It wasn't supposed to be dark...
"Chastity, are you there?"

"Wow it's be really great to find neat things like that!"
-As they stepped into the darkness though her voice lowered nervously. "Ahhh... ummm... ah huh." -Her fingers grasped nervously before her, settling against his furry covered shoulder, as she tried without luck to get used to the lack of light. Pulling her wings tightly to her, she closed her eyes not noticing the change that took place around them. A familar scene appeared.. though not the dark realms of the back of a western jail, the room smells of ancient dust, and less then hygeneic people. Eyes still closed tight Chastity ignored the fact that her clothing had changed and tighened, a slick suit of blank covering most of her bright plumage.
Up ahead a small scroll was stuck to the wall with an arrow. The scroll is simple, scrawled in old delicate penmenship, it's a task. Sneak through the hallways and streets, bypass as many as you can, your target is the head honcho. If you get caught traveling defend yourself, but be weary, the path of the ninja isn't a reckless brutish one. Best of luck!

Reading this, Erae smiled, reaching up to put his hand on Chastity's.
"Don't worry, I'll protect you," The skunk replied in a soft voice, leaning down to feel the dirt. "Just stick close." He felt the scroll close within his hand, and stuck it into his cross-belts, before reaching over to get a stick of wood, testing the weight of it.
"This should do as a sword..." He trailed off, thinking for a moment before hearing a sound nearby. "C'mon," Erae whispered, tugging on Chastity's hand before moving quickly in one direction, though slow enough for her to keep up.

-She opened her eyes tenatively, seemingly thrilled by the little bit of light, though the dingy looking area lowered her spirts once again. Testing her arm movement in the new fabric, she soon followed quickly after, trying to sort out what had just happened.
It was obvious it was a quest.. but who's was it? Watching him pick up the stick, and couragously push forward, she followed quickly behind, whispering loudly.- "Wait! Where are we going? Maybe we should think of a plan... This could be dangerous.." -She'd never done a quest without her dad before... she wasn't even sure if she could.-
