Oya wandered, as was the tendancy of her pride, but she was beginning to feel annoyed by the whole ordeal. By wandering, her father and her siblings were constantly getting away from her, or getting into trouble, which she could frankly, hardly stand. They were going to get themselves killed, living so loosly... and sometimes she wondered what would happen if she weren't there to watch them. Would they die, or would they find their own way to live?

"All too complicated..." She muttered under her breath, wondering if her siblings, like her father, were truly too dumb or too awkward to live. It was a real toss-up sometimes. But she was beginning to wonder how she would ever move on herself if she was trapped constantly worrying about their well-being... When at the same time, she liked to take care of them.

The borders of the elawa'diyi lands were quiet, nothing but the wind through the grasses disturbed the peace and there, sitting on the very border, shaded by a single scant tree sat a large khaki coloured lion, his pelt shimmered with health, and his size was hardly anything to sniff at. Though he was no giant of a lion, he was bigger than the natural males of the Ela. He had been born a rogue and possessed the genealogy of a natural rogue.

His large dark maned head turned, as he knew that he had to turn it at that precise moment to capture the first sight of the creature his dream had told him to watt for. "I'v been waiting for you." He whispers, his voice airy, mysterious almost, watery green eyes settled on the young lioness and he knew without thinking what he would do next, he had done it before, sort of, maybe, he wasn't really sure. Looking to the sky, he surveys the cloudless horizon and shakes his head "You're a little late." He states, though a slight smile flashes on his maw, it was a joke, she was far from late, he had been waiting for this exact time, for this exact moment for her to walk in to his world.

Oya blinked, turning when the young lioness heard someone's voice. She saw, with a great deal of surprise, a male sitting there, indeed, as though he had been waiting for her the entire time and had known she would arrive. Even when looking about herself, she saw no other indication that anyone else had come this way in a long time... which meant he was talking to her. For some reason.

"Eh?" Was all she said, tilting her head and looking up at him, feeling a little confused. Had he mistaken her for someone else? That was likely, she supposed. It wasn't as though she was a very special looking lioness. Yes, he must have just thought she was someone other than who she was. She'd have to explain.

Syr
The khaki coloured lion smiles lightly, his dark masked face creasing as he spoke. he expected this reaction to, he had watched this unfold before as if he had been watching some strange act of his life. "I'm here to take you in to the pride." He smiles getting to his paws, his tail flickering lightly. "Come." he waits for a moment, his watery eyed gaze turning to look ahead.

"I am Abiona, I have been waiting for you Oya." he smiles, circumventing her questions, he knew she would ask if he had mistaken her for someone else. people often did. He knew he was waiting for her though, that was the way it was supposed to be, he had seen it happen before. "Come, you are home now."

Oya stared for a moment, feeling rather lost. This lion knew her name. Strange. A little creepy. But her father had been a seer and sometimes knew of things before they happened, and that had usually gotten him into trouble. So weird things being said and done was really nothing new to her, and she really wasn't about to deal with anyone sending cryptic nonsense her way. No matter how friendly the lion, Abiona, seemed to be. She did not like it when lions failed to explain things properly.

"I will not be going anywhere until you tell me more." Oya said, sitting down and raising her head high, "And if you saw me coming, and know my name, you should know I won't stand for any seer nonsense! You should explain things in their proper order, or you just make people confused." She said, nodding her head and crossing her paws, not backing down on that subject.

...but he had said this was her home. Was this the place she was meant to be?

Syr
Abiona paused, he looked very sheepish for a moment, yes he had seen this bit too but he thought he might b pass it if he was quick enough. Obviously not. He chuckles a bit and moves back towards her sitting slowly, his big khaki frame relaxing. "I'm sorry, I sometimes get ahead of myself. My name is Abiona, I live in the ela'wadiyi pride lands and am a member of the earth clan. I often see what the next day will bring and I knew you were coming, though, I am glad to say that this is the first time I have sat and explained this to you so I am most certainly awake at this moment. This isn't the first time I have sat before you." He pauses his brow furrowing. "I have dreamed about this day at least once, it can be difficult not to simply flow what my dream tells me will happen."

He bows his large dark maned head apologetically. "You will forgive me, I am fairly sure for my lack of an explanation." He smiles a watery, though slightly cheeky, charming smile, he had definitely seen her forgiveness, of that he was fairly sure but her, spontaneity, well, it had confirmed he was awake, always a good thing, knowing he was awake. it meant any more dreams of this day would be just that dreams of the day, not more predictions.

He did have an awfully melting smile, and Oya felt a lot less stand-offish the moment she had her explination given. In fact, she actually blushed a little, "You... dreamed about me?" What a conversation starter that was. How could anyone have dreams about her? She wasn't all that special, was she? "It's alright... I forgive you, but this is the first conversation that we've had, even if we've had some in your head. So I'll have to ask you some questions, obviously... but you seem... well, you seem nice." She smiled softly, blushing a little again. She hadn't expected to find his explinations so... well, so sweet. He did seem to be a friendly sort.

"What did your dreams tell you about me?" She asked him, curious, "And... what is the earth clan? What kind of place is this, exactly? Why do you think that I belong here?" She wanted to know, shuffling forward. If this was th eplace she thought it was, where she was supposed to be, then she had to know. She had to know if she had finally found a home, and not just more traveling around with nothing to show for it.

Syr
The big male shuffles his paws. "the ela are a large pride comprising of several clans. Earth clan, bird cla, sky clan, to name but a few. We live together but apart in peace." He shakes his thick maned head, his watery, glassy green eyes fixed upon her. "I saw you would come, I know you have come from a wet place but I cannot see that place I only know it is there. I know you have travelled far in search of home and I know that this is it." He chuckles a slightly dry laugh. "I'm fairly sure you will come, there is always a chance that you won't but the one certainty my dream gave me, was that you would come in to the pride." He chuckles, perhaps his dreams influenced too much of him, but what could he do.

He spotted her blush then, something he certainly hadn't expected and a slightly warm, groggy feeling washed over him. It was too far in to the future for him to mention what else he had seen, many things could change before then. "Will you come in to the pride lands with me Oya? I promise, you will like it here."

Demo
Oya's eyes widened a little as he spoke and said... well, pretty much everything that she really wanted to hear. "That all sounds... it all sounds so nice." She said quietly, "I think I would... like to go with you. Just to see what it's like! I don't make any promises!" She said, deciding to be practical and not be overly-excited about the entire ordeal. She might not like it there after all, and that would mean it was better to just move on as quickly as possible. But... the male knew an awful lot of things about her. And it seemed that he knew she would stay as well.

"Just... do you all... do you stay in one place? Not move around anywhere?" She was so tired of traveling. Tired of never being in a familiar place. She just wanted to have some place to call her own, and she was sick of always running around. "If you always stay in the same place... then I'll come and see it with you."

Syr
The big lion nodded his shaggy balk mane his watery green eyes smiling. "Yes, we all live together in one place and once a year we all get together, all of the clans to mingle and tell stories and have fun. It's a good life." He smiles lightly at her standing and walking a few paces "Are you coming?" he waits for a moment more before continuing onwards, he knew the answer was yes. "I'm sure you will like it here." he whispers, continuing onwards, a silence falling over him now that he had done what he had come to do, other things would come later, for no, this was their first meeting. There would be many others that his sight hand;t truly told him of yet, for now this one was nearly over he would take her to the dens and he knew she would stay, of that much he was certain. of everything else, he wasn't so sure, but that was why the future was so very changeable.

Demo
Oya paused a moment, and then took a tentative step forward. She hesitated a moment, because while this was everything she wanted, it was also everything she was afraid of. She had never had one place before. The same loving people, sure, but she had never really called anywhere home before. But here it was. This was her big moment, and as it turned out, her big moment was foretold.

"Alright... I'm coming." She nodded, taking another step up beside her very, very strange new friend. "Show me where I'm... where I'm supposed to be."
