 Keshet was laying in the sun, letting the warm rays permeate his thick fur. It felt good to be relaxing here near the moutain, but he was still bored. He hadn't been around for very long, but somehow he hadn't found one single lady to be around. Standing up, Keshet shook himself and started to walk around aimlessly. Surely there must be a beautiful lady around here somewhere. He just had to find her.

Artemis chose her path carefully along the rocky path near the mountain edge. She was quiet, observant and was never one to put herself into much danger. Her eyes turned up from the steady gaze at her path. Up ahead she noticed a black male with beautiful colors spilling down his side. She was visibly stunned by him, but shook the surprise off her face as she grew closer to him on the path.
"Hello."

Keshet's ears perked up. Now that voice had to belong to some stunning female. And as he turned around to see who had spoken with a grin on his face, he saw that indeed the speaker was every bit as beautiful as he expected.
"Well, hello yourself beautiful," he flirted easily. "How are you on this lovely day?" Smiling very flirtatiously, Keshet moved closed to Artemis as if he was stalking prey. And in a sense, he was. "Very pleased to make an acquaintance as beautiful as yourself. I am Keshet. May I have the honor of knowing your name?"

Artemis stopped and looked at him for a moment. She wasn't used to being confronted and complimented by anyone like that. She wasn't quite sure what to make of the sudden attention. She responded smoothly to his question.
"My name is Artemis. It's a pleasure to meet you, Keshet."
Her eyes turn up towards the mountain then turned back to him.
"So what brings you towards the mountain? I haven't seen you here before."
She knew most of the wolves didn't climb the mountain. Most who went up never came back down, and those that did refused to discuss the hike with anyone.

Keshet smirked. "Named for a goddess, how fitting," he said smoothly. "I haven't been here before, I came to find a little peace and quiet. How about you?" Not many wolves shared his opinion of the mountains being a place of rest, at least he didn't think they did.
