 --Fire Temple--
This temple is home to specially trained monks. One such monk was Chiriku, one of the daimyou's Twelve Guardians. People can come here to meditate, pray, or train their bodies and mind. It has been beautifully crafted, using gold and jewels to decorate nearly every surface.

A kid slowly walked inside the Temple of Fire, a few incenses within a bag which where sticking out. He went through the doors and a monk saw him and smiled. " Ah Heliel, you're back to pay respect to your sister? Such a nice younger brother." The monk said as he nodded, not necessarily in the happiest mood. " You know it." He said looking down and the monk pulled gently on the kid's hair. " When are you gonna cut it? Don't you think it's a bit too long? You look more like your sister everyday." He added, which made the kid feel a bit uneasy. " It's what I do to respect her passing; it's my own way of respecting her." Hel says solemnly, his eyes getting watery, and turning quickly away from the monk.
A lone figure was within the farthest part of the temple, knelled down before an altar and had his palms together. " I miss you, I should have been the one that should have died." He mumbled within his prayers. " You were always the star to their eyes, I was just the other one. But may you rest in peace." Hel mumbled presignating himself to the altar, still knelled before it, small amounts of incense burning beside him, a picture of a girl that looked just like him a few feet away from him, placed within the first step of the altar.
Getting up, the boy pushed his hair slowly back and turned around, tears rolling down his face. " And with this, it's the sixth year I come here; the sixth year which I choose to follow you sis, I hope you're up there comfortable, I wonder if they have chocolate up there, if they do I'm sure you'd love it." His dark yellow eyes still filled with water, his hand brushing against his cheek. " Well... I'm off to meet the Hokage." Hel then mumbles, quickly going toward the Memorial Park.

AquaLaurent Konoha Genin l Weapon Master l Student of the 5 Elements l Chakra: 35 l Stamina: 28 The Fire Temple is well known in Fire Country as a place of worship. People from all across the lands come to this holiest of sites to meditate, pray, and to train both their bodies and mind. Shinobis and citizens have gathered together to become monks that dwell in this place, seeking both inner peace and a means to reach Nirvana. However, there was something else hidden deep within the temple, something that was guarded diligently by the monks...or rather someone. Deep within the temple was a room that was guarded ever so carefully by two monks at all times. The ways to even go inside this room was guarded heavily by a large steel door that reached the ceiling.
Exactly a year ago, when the Hokou attacked Fire Country, two former Damyos, the Laurents protected the village by sacrificing themselves in order to seal the demon within the body of their daughter, Aqua. Believing her to be strong of heart, the Laurents entrusted her with the safety of not only their village, but to ensure that the Five Tailed demon does not fall into the wrong hands. Unable to handle the strain of having the demon inside of her, Aqua became comatose, unresponsive to neither medical nor sealing jutsu. The Konoha council decided it would be best to leave the Hokou sealed inside the sleeping princess and house her within the Fire Temple.
So within that sealed room, constantly guarded by rather strong and skilled monks lied Princess Aqua, the host of the Demon Hokou. Lying peacefully within her chamber, she was commonly known as the Sleeping Beauty by those that cared for her. The monks had become rather fond of the girl for the fact that she paid the ultimate price for Konoha. She now had the burden of housing one of the 9 tailed demons. So each took vows not only to the council, but to the sleeping princess that they would protect her until the fateful day when she would awaken once more. However...who would it be that awoke from their long slumber? The loyal, kind and sincere princess? Or the Demon who brought Elemental Calamities upon the land?

Daichi Mayu | Leaf Genin | Weapon Master Class | Mayu Bloodline | If people looked down from the splendid fire temple toward the bottom of the great stairs, they would notice a short figure covered from head to toe in a black cloak that billowed with the breeze. It almost looked as if a headless body was slowly making its way up the stairs, but if one would be able to see that the figure's head was covered by a black leather helmet that became nearly invisible inside the shadow of the cloak. The figure was Daichi, a genin of the leaf village that had taken it upon himself to create this new guise once he ventured out of the house after his long sickness. He made his way slowly up the stairs one at a time with a *clack tonk clack... clack tonk clack* of his tongs and wooden staff touching the stair as he progressed toward the great temple. It feels great to be out in the sun again, even if it's only warming me through my clothes. The repetitive sounds continued until the hooded figure reached the great gate. One of the monks guarding the entrance walked up to him, wearily eying Daichi's emotionless helmet. The muffled sound of breathing could be heard from inside the shadow of the cloak "What is your business here traveler?" the monk asked, and every monk in sight flexed in anticipation when Daichi reached behind his back. Slowly a small scroll was procured from his back and handed to the monk. As the monk unrolled it to read the message, Daichi pulled back his hood to reveal the inhuman mask more clearly. The black leather had a big round piece of black glass on the front of the leather for Daichi to look out of, and the Leaf headband plate was embedded in the leather forehead. The scroll said," This is Daichi, a genin of the Leaf Village. He left this morning to visit the temple for personal, peaceful reasons and is to be allowed to stay for the day.Beneath the words was the seal of the gatekeeper of Konohagakure, which made it a short term passport of sorts. After hesitating for a moment, the Monk nodded and handed the scroll back to Daichi before motioning for the gate to be opened. Daichi bowed slightly and slowly walked into the entrance. Inside and off to the right was a great series of tiered shelves with many prayer candles and some idols of the prominent gods of the region. He walked over toward the altar and laid his staff down before seating himself upon the floor. He then spent the next couple hours saying prayers in his head and bowing to the altar, repeating the same phrase over and over. Thank you kind gods for allowing me to live through that terrible sickness so that I may protect the village. Thank you kind... Throughout the whole process, Daichi could sense the mental presences of the three curious monks observing him from the wall behind him. He grinned somewhat as he read listened to their thoughts about the strange short figure in black who looked like he belonged to some nightmare that had refused to stay in its dream realm and leaked into the real world. | Regular Kunai: 7 | Akbar Kunai (Custom Weapon): 6 | Shuriken: 10 | Smoke Bomb: 3 | Chakra: 25/25 | Stamina: 25/25 | Mental Stamina: 28/28 | Intelligence | Cunning | Strong Will | Endurance | | Tactical Shinobi | Chakra Control | "No weapon can match the sharpness of my mind"

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Past]
As the two girls walked side by side through the village, it was apparent that the two were like two completely different entities. The sight of Setsuna and Misuki together was strange for some as the young girl seemed to have this cute yet eerie smile on her face while she did bunny hops down the streets. For Misuki, it wasn't strange to see the newly appointed Hokage with a solumn look to her face but for her to actually carry flowers while having a small smile grace features, that was definiately rare.
Ignoring the stares, Misuki kept her attention forward and her mind on her visit to Aqua. She had only met Aqua a few times before the war, her parents being highly respected members of the Konoha council. Since she was choosen to be a host and had fallen into a coma, this would be only Misuki's third visit to the girl. The first time was on the day Aqua was placed within that secret room within the temple. The second, was the night befoe her cordination. Misuki honestly had no idea what drew her to Aqua's sleeping chambers that night, but it was apparent that Misuki needed someone to talk to as she spent a good deal of time talking with the sleeping princess.
In her hands were a bouquet of orange lillies, one of the flowers that Aqua had once mentioned she enjoyed. What made her smile though, was Setsuna's child-like behavior. Though strange, Setsuna was still a young girl and Misuki couldn't help but have a soft side for her. That was one of the things that made it so hard for her that time at the memorial. For 'Setsuna Watanuki' to have been but a small child, it was a hard move for Misuki but it needed to be done. The smile was small but it held mixed feelings. Happiness and regret. Conflicting emotions that can almost never be relayed at the same time but for Misuki, that's what she was feeling at the moment while she walked down the path to the Temple with Setsuna.
Eventually, the two arrived at the grand Fire Temple, and though it was still a bit run down, the reconstruction crew had done a good job with keeping it stablized. Walking up the long staircase, Misuki wndered if by any chance Aqua will wake up this time around. Its been awhile since she's slumbered away and if this last any longer, the girl's life will slip away from her in a flash. As a medic, this was something that Misuki just couldn't allow to happen. Reaching the top of the stairs, Misuki offered a bow to the two monks standing guard and as they opened the gates for her, Misuki took in a deep breath and let it out before stepping inside and stopping by a certain goddess. Daichi Mayu | Leaf Genin | Weapon Master Class | Mayu Bloodline | [This post is made to occur in the past because of a mini time-skip performed by White Water Lilly.] Though being in such a position would normally cause pain or discomfort after a while, Daichi was able to use his levitation ability to keep his weight off his knees and feet but still have them in contact with the ground as he prayed. He had been there for about thirty minutes before he felt a couple new mental presences outside he main gate. Both felt quite eager and excited to enter, though that didn't tell Daichi much. He rose from his spot of prayer, and turned to see the new Hokage Misuki striding through the entryway accompanied by a young girl who Daichi had not seen before. Though that wasn't surprising to him since he spend most of his time in his room growing up, and spent the last 9 months in bed. Again he used the levitation to reduce the strain on his legs, and watched Misuki as she crossed the room. When she got close to what he assumed to be her destination, tapped into her mind. "Hello again Misuki-sama. It's been a while." Misuki would hear those words in her head from a voice she had not heard since Daichi had taken his sick leave. If she looked around, the only person in the room who would really draw her attention would be Daichi's all black figure with his helmet staring impassively toward her and her companion. He waited to see if she would respond visibly, out loud, or only through the telepathic connection. Though he suspected that the first and second were most likely since it had been so long. In his right hand he once more held his staff while his right was behind his back. | Regular Kunai: 7 | Akbar Kunai (Custom Weapon): 6 | Shuriken: 10 | Smoke Bomb: 3 | Chakra: 25/25 | Stamina: 25/25 | Mental Stamina: 28/28 | Intelligence | Cunning | Strong Will | Endurance | | Tactical Shinobi | Chakra Control | "No weapon can match the sharpness of my mind"

"Izanami, wife to Izanagi. Did you know, their first child was deformed because Izanami had recited the words for the marriage ritual first?" Setsuna piped up happily and randomly as she stopped her bunny hop and stood still, "Uwah! Strange man in black!". The last part of her comment was stated in a monotone yet also cheerful tone as the girl raised a finger to point at the staff-wielding figure. The same smile she had worn coming to the temple from the memorial remained on her face. "Is this who we came to meet? He looks scary," the girl asked as she leant towards the hokage and used the hand that she wasn't pointing with to cover her mouth as if she was whispering even though her voice could easily be heard throughout the room. The smile remained on her face, making the girl seem like she was sharing some bit of juicy gossip.
Setsuna stole a momentary glance at the figure while she waited for the hokage's answer, her pale blue eyes flicking back and forth once underneath her white hair. On her face, whisker-like marks were visible on her cheeks, surrounding one of her many smiles. Her skin was light but not unnaturally pale. Her young age of eleven gave temporarily gave her a somewhat innocent air, temporary because her absurd behavior often stripped any thoughts of innocence about her quite quickly.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Past]
Staring up at the face of the beautiful goddess, Misuki couldn't help but think back to the story that surrounded this goddess. 'A truely tragic end...' It was a rainy day in Konoha when Misuki first stumbled upon this legend. The rain had fell quite suddenly so without much options, ran into the nearest commodity which was the library. Deciding to wait out the rain here, Misuki headed towards a random section of books and eyes drawn to the rustic cover of an old myths book, pulled it out and began reading. 'I ended up borrowing that book and rereading through it 10 times...'
"Hello again Misuki-sama. It's been awhile."
Body tensing, Misuki's eyes snapped opened in shock. Though she had faced another Mayu user earlier this afternoon, it was still a strange sensation for her. Releasing a deep breath, Misuki relaxed her body an calmly scanned the area. Most of the monks were casually going about their day but as she scooped the other end of the room, the sight of a figure completely clad in black wearing a strange helmet of sort, caused Misuki to momentarily freeze.
Setsuna's chirpy voice as she happily explained the reason behind their atrosous first child snapped Misuki from her stun composition. Giving the man a small bow in apology, Misuki turned her head to face Setsuna. "Yes, I did know that," 'Who is he? Something about him is familiar yet strange...' Once more broken from her thoughts as Setsuna pipped up, Misuki followed the direction of where she was pointing, Misuki realized it was towards the same man who was still staring at them through his helmet. Setsuna's words and the way she sounded didn't match and Misuki sighed as she realized this was another of Setsuna's 'say one thing, mean another' comments. "No, he is not the one we are suppose to meet, though he does seem familiar," Deciding to chance it, Misuki glanced towards the man and spoke out in her mind. 'Good evening. I'm assuming you are another member of the Mayu clan. Care to remind me of who you are?' [Chakra Pool: 54/60] [Stamina Pool: 69/69]

Daichi Mayu | Leaf Genin | Weapon Master Class | Mayu Bloodline | A grin appeared behind the impenetrable black glass of Daichi's helmet at the companion's remark, though he could tell through telepathy and her tone that she wasn't really surprised by his appearance. Or maybe she was, but found it interesting instead of fearful. Such amusing reactions. I should have started wearing this long ago. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten sick... He walked toward the two until he was about 10 feet from them. Normally one would get closer than that when conversing, but there were several strategic disadvantages to clustering unnecessarily. Not only that, but because of his short stature and the fixed position of his rubber helmet, he always looked like his helmet was staring right at the chest of most women he was addressing when he was within normal conversation distance. Such an impression was also a tactical disadvantage from his point of view. Plus I owe her enough respect to not give that disgraceful impression. He picked the staff off the ground for a moment and held it at his side as he bowed to her. "Well Misuki-sama, I know you're a good tactician like me, so I'll give you a hint that should remind you: I am the first of my kind." His eyes frequently darted from Misuki to her companion as he tried to gauge their thoughts and reactions. His staff returned back to it's original position "supporting" his weight. I can't wait to grow strong enough to hold more than one connection open at a time. This really does get annoying after a while. | Regular Kunai: 7 | Akbar Kunai (Custom Weapon): 6 | Shuriken: 10 | Smoke Bomb: 3 | Chakra: 25/25 | Stamina: 25/25 | Mental Stamina: 28/28 | Intelligence | Cunning | Strong Will | Endurance | | Tactical Shinobi | Chakra Control | "No weapon can match the sharpness of my mind"

Setsuna eyes flicked back and forth between Misuki and Mr. man-in-black once more as her face adopted an annoyed manner, changing the usual smile into a frown. She could tell that something was being done between the hokage and the stranger, even if she could only guess what it was. Perhaps it was a genjutsu fight? Or maybe they were somehow talking with their minds? Either way, Setsuna decided to seem like she was annoyed by it.
Finally, the girl wandered away from the two taller shinobis--the stranger was a bit short, but still taller than the young girl--and began walking aimlessly around the room, twirling and doing other random acts every now and then, she even knelt and bowed in front of a statue at one point. She didn't seem to pay specific attention to anything, but as always with Setsuna, seems wasn't always was. Take for instance, her seeming annoyance a moment ago. Actually, the girl wasn't annoyed, but relatively calm. Perhaps a bit curious, but not annoyed. Reading any physical signs of the girl and trying to interpret what they meant was useless most of the time and the times when it was useful couldn't be told apart from the times they were useless. At the moment, Setsuna continued to feel much the same as when she had been acting annoyed, calm and a bit curious as to what was happening between the helmeted figure and the hokage. As such, whenever her eyes slid over them casually, the girl kept careful note of what she saw. Her face, by now, had changed back into yet another smile, this time a calm, blissful look that blended in well with the general feel of the temple.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Past]
Misuki watched as the man walked towards them, strangely enough, he stopped approximately 10 feet from the two of them. As he bowed, Misuki gave him a small one in return. As he spoke to her mentally, Misuki face turned into one of concentration as she tried to piece together the clue he left her. 'The first of his kind?...the first Mayu member we ever met was Daichi-san...is this strangely dressed man him?' Sure it was rude to criticize others on how they dress but this man completely dressed in black and wearing such a strange helmet was truly a sight to behold. Releasing a sigh, Misuki spoke out to the man through her mind. 'Mayu Daichi. Is that you? You look...different.' That was honestly the best way Misuki could have phrased it.
While she waited for an answer from the mysterious Mayu member, Misuki took in Setsuna's apparent 'annoyed' face before she took off to wander around the rest of the temple. The girl's facial features continued to change and honestly, Setsuna weirded her out but impressed her all the same. 'How a girl her age could show so much control over her emotions is truly astounding...' [Chakra Pool: 54/60] [Stamina Pool: 69/69]

Daichi Mayu | Leaf Genin | Weapon Master Class | Mayu Bloodline | [Past] {Combat Ability Utilized: "Analyze"}As Daichi watched Misuki's companion go around the place and monitored her emotions with his telepathy, he realized that what she was portraying with her body language and tone was consistently NOT consistent with her emotions. It seems she puts up this facade to hide her true emotions. I don't know why, but for some reason she thinks it is important to hide her intentions at all times. His eyes narrowed and a small smirk appeared on his face. Too bad that won't work on me. He turned his attention back to Misuki. Without realizing it, she had forgotten that Mayu could hear any thoughts while they had access to the target's mind. He gave a mental chuckle through the telepathic link with Misuki. Whenever he "talked" through telepathy, he also used sign language as he talked. The sign language didn't match what he was actually saying, but not many people in the village had taken the time to learn the language other than himself. "Sorry, but I heard all of that. It's quite alright to call this getup strange. Yes, I am Daichi. I became seriously ill about 9 months ago, and I have spent the all that time resting and coming up with some new trinkets." He tapped the side of his helmet with his free hand. "If you think the outside of this thing is freaky, you should see the inside. I have a new weapon too, but it would be best if I keep that to myself until I have the chance for a private demonstration." He then jutted his thumb toward Setsuna, "Quite a piece of work isn't she? She's actually not controlling her emotions, but instead she is portraying random ones to hide her true feelings. (OOC: Well, other than climbing a statue or two and then being chased by the monks because of that, I couldn't think of anything else sweatdrop ....) Setsuna didn't really have much to do. At least, not much useful. There were a whole host of useless, random things she could do, including climbing one of the larger statues. However, the girl opted against the useless ideas and instead chose to sit right between Misuki and the stranger, her legs criss-crossed. As she sat, the girl hummed the same tune that she had hummed at the memorial, her hair bobbing side to side in time. She had noticed the stranger's hand move in several patterns that seemed like they had some sort of meaning. However, the girl didn't know any sign language, so there wasn't much she could decipher.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Past]
As she curiously eyed Setsuna, Misuki still couldn't believe how the girl could keep up with such antics. The sound of the black clad figure's voice in her mind helped brought her attention back from the petite girl back to the Mayu. Watching him, Misuki picked up on the movements of his hands and instantly realized them to be sign language. Though she wasn't well versed in it, Misuki knew the basics. Afterall, spending all that time in a hospital, one is bound to bump into a kid who can't speak or is deaf. Eyes squinting a bit in concentration, Misuki did her best to figure out his handsigns while taking in his words and listening to Setsuna hum that annoyingly, catchy tune again. When the girl had arrived was a complete mystery to Misuki.
Simply nodding her head in agreement & acknowledgement to Daichi's words, Misuki tilted her head down to look at him and responded in a calm voice mentally. 'Sorry about earlier, your new get up threw me off. But it's great to see you again, as to the girl,' At the mention of Setsuna, Misuki redirected her gaze downward towards the humming girl with her eyes closed and seated in a cross-legged position. 'Her name's Setsuna Watanuki. She's an interesting child that's for sure.' Her gazed remained on Setsuna for a bit longer before the clearing of a throat redirected her gaze. To her left was a monk and once he was sure he had obtained Misuki's attention, spoke in a low voice. "Within the sealed room..." The monk suddenly trailed off as he opened his eyes to glance at Misuki. "...lies the parents' sacrifice..." Trailing off, Misuki looked straight to the monk's serene eyes and as if connected the two spoked simutainiously, "...the sleeping princess." Smiling, the monk gave Misuki a low bow. "Welcome back Misuki-san, will it just be you this evening?" Shaking her head, Misuki pointed to Daichi and Setsuna as well. "No, these two will be accompanying me to visit her as well."
Nodding his head, the monk gave Daichi and Setsuna a quick look-over before clearing his throat and walking past them. Turning on her heels, Misuki followed behind the monk, expecting Setsuna and Daichi to do the same. The trio were led behind the grand statue of Izanami and placing one palm on the base of the statue, the monk touched several different spots in a strange pattern - all with a layer of gray chakra surrounding his hand. As the monk stepped back, a soft rumbling could be heard. It was so soft though that unless someone was standing to the side of the statue, the sound could not be heard. The rumbling sound was the result of a big stone tile shifting away to reveal a staircase. Gesturing to it with one hand, the monk bowed and waited for the group's decent. "You know the way out."
Returning the monk's bow, Misuki brought her left hand to her right as she hugged the bouquest close to her body. Decending down the stairs, the group will find it illuminated with several torches. Upon reaching the bottom step, the trio will come upon a huge metal door. 'We're here,'
