In defensive terms Mew can be better thanks to the 10 more points in each defense.
And Mew can learn more moves then Mewtwo. Mewtwo learns very useful moves though so it doesn't really matter.
Most people would agree that Mewtwo is better then Mew.
That isn't to say Mew isn't good though, it still has things it can do that Mewtwo can't.
So short answer no, Mew is not stronger then Mewtwo. Mewtwo has much higher special attack.

Mewtwo has a LOT more power than Mew, but Mew can litterally learn anything. So, it's really a matter of opinion I guess. I say Mewtwo, because blasting someone in the face is just my style, lol.
