I think my Girlfriend Courtney is a closet TF fan. I have three reasons why.
Reason 1: She has to play with my new Tf's before I do.
Reason 2: Ihave coaught her playing with my Fruit Loop Megz, claim It fell.
Reason 3: She on a die hard quest to get me G1 Season one, and G1 Season 2 part 1.
She won't say she likes TF's but I think she does, I think she a closet case do you?

Either she's a closet TF fan or she is jealous that you love them as much as you do. wink

It's also possible that she's trying to get into them so she and you have something more in common.
My wife is being the same way. She is now on a still hunt for cybertron Downshift 3nodding

Hmm, I'd say it's most likly she likes them too. Yeah, not too shabby a situation. I mean, you don't get to mess with the new items before her, but still, not too shabby.

Yeah, it definately seems like she wants to have an interest in what you like. Odds are if you were a Yu-Gi-Oh fan, or a car fanatic, her likes/dislikes would follow suit.
And who knows, she might turn into a devout TransFan. It's not unheard of.
If she denies it, then she might be embaressed a little about it.
Girls don't like to be bugged and hounded. Just let it run it's course.

Maybe you converted her. So at the beginning she was not a TF fan and then you with your love and care changed her in ways that she didn't even realize and now she's one of us lol taken to the TF side twisted

Heh yeah, my little lady has been getting into Transformers, having even gone so far as to purchase a few of those crappy little 'Legends of Cybertron' toys for herself, but she's just doing that to make me happy, I think (she's prone to doing stuff like that, which I continually reassure isn't at all necessary). Who can say what goes through the minds of our partners? It's just nice not to be hounded over our fandom, wouldn't you all agree? smile

Until you get reminded of it when you move and have to pack up every single transformer you own. Which in my case is a HUGE amount.
I'm going to have to catalogue them all...

Yeah, I am at the point where I think I might no longer know by hear the names of all my beloved transformers. Not even the renames. Damn those minicons- they are the ones that will get me on names every time. ninja

yes, boys and girls, all the minicons have names. Most of which were not even in the game. The star saber (Sonar, Jetstorm, & Runway), Skyboom shield (I know dirt boss was one of the three) and the Requiem Blaster were not even represented. In fact, the only minicons I noted were Longarm, Jolt, and Sparkplug for the Autobots, and there was a cameo appearance of Leader-1 as a weapon for Megs, and Crumplezone was attached to Cyclonus in his fight scene.
Personally, calling that helocopter Cyclonus is an affront to my sensibilites. To go from a zelot and incredible warrior (G1) to being a stooge that gets shot down all the time (Armada/Energon) just hurts.

HEAR HEAR!! G1 Cyclonus was (and still is) one of my all-time favorate Decepticons, and while a helicopter (to some degree) makes sense for this namesake, the characterization is just plain offensive. Oh how I hate this appalling interpretation! The battle in the game was pretty cool, though (being thrown from the top of the pyramid was a laught riot!), but the toy is simply horrendous! No, Armada Cyclonus is crap.
If you look carefully, Swindle is attached to Starscream in the game, also. wink
Speaking of which (and running the risk of further deviating from the established theme of this thread), what the heck happened to Demolisher in the PS2 release?! He was originally intended for inclusion, but never made the final cut, it would seem (making way for the attrociously implemented Unicron sequence...).
