Meanwhile, as the disappearances continued in the Vatican City, Hibiki Kirisho was miles away in Karakura Town, tucked away in his small room. He shared the humiliatingly small room with pile upon pile of documents, pertaining to both the Shinigamis and the Arrancars, some were probably even outdated and were in dire need to be updated with current information. As to why the 9th Squad Captain chose to bring along with him copies of the documents found in the 9th Squad's data base, is a mystery that perhaps even the Soul King can not answer. Here in this forest of paperwork and wires, sat Hibiki Kirisho, writing down reports as to the number of hollows in the town, as well as their power levels, completely oblivious to the disappearance in Rome. However, And thus, the... damn, out of in--" he was interrupted when the portable monitor he had installed received a transmission. He switched on the display, and read the text report forwarded to him by none other than the 12th Squad's computers. It indicated an anomaly at the Vatican City in Rome, several human souls were vanishing from their radar, but no increase in hollows or Shinigamis were recorded.

Immediately realizing that this could be the work of Arrancars, Hibiki swallowed a Soul Candy, which separated his Shinigami soul from his Gigai. He dashed towards the open sky and opened a Senkaimon using his zanpakuto, entering the door he would soon know that the disappearances were far from the work of Arrancars. After a few minutes, Hibiki exited the Senkaimon, he had made a detour to Seiretei to send out a warning to all of the Squads, telling them to remain on standby just in case. Immediately after entering, Hibiki could feel a strange, otherworldly presence in the area, he tried to determine its source, but couldn't, whether or not because he was not adept at tracing reiatsus, or simply because he had overlooked Aurelus because of his small stature, was uncertain.

Also appearing from the same Senkaimon as Tsukiko was Third Seat of Squad 9 Tadashi Sakamoto. He'd had to cut his conversation with Tsukiko short and followed her into the Human World. He observed as she went over to a young boy.

Tadashi suddenly had a mounting sense of dread just from watching Tsukiko talk to the boy.

'Appearances can be decieving...remember, not everyone prefers conducting themselves with honor,' said Tenma, referring to how someone apparently harmless could be a threat.

"...Can the boy even see her?" he asked aloud, more to himself than anyone.

Before Tsukiko appeared, Hibiki was still at a lost as to the origin on the strange presence that he felt. When the Senkaimon opened and Tsukiko exited, Hibiki approached her "Tsukiko, does 12th Squad ha--" however, he was flat-out ignored by her, much to Hibiki's chagrin "Like father like child, eh?". She descended towards the ground and approached the young boy whom Hibiki had never noticed before, soon enough a familiar face entered the scene, Tadashi Sakamoto, his 3rd Seat "Oi, Tadashi. Glad you responded so quickly." he spoke walking towards him "Anyway, we better get down there." he spoke, finally noticing that the boy was the source of the strange presence that he felt "Things are about to pick up." his tone grew serious, as his hand tightened around Oni no Kaze's hilt.

"Captain, I don't understand, what is that boy?" Tadashi asked, feeling rather unsettled. He had the urge to release his Shikai, but had not seen anyone take an aggressive stance yet.

"I don't know, the information update that I asked for had no record of him." he was stunned for a bit as the kid relayed information about him in a precise and accurate manner. How-- how did he know about those? Mind reading, no, I'm not even aware of my exact height and weight. So how did-- he stopped thinking about it when Aurelius moved from his place. Drawing his sealed zanpakuto in response to Aurelius' levitation, he spoke to Tadashi who had his grip on his zanpakuto "Stay alert, Tadashi, seems like the kid's about to make his move." he had no idea what abilities Aurelius possessed, and that lack of information aggravated his situation even more. "Tsukiko, Nu! Who is this kid?" finally he shouted, just loud enough to get their attention. Aurelius' reiatsu was different from the Arrancars' it seemed almost godly in a way that surpassed even the Shinigamis' reiatsus. Tsukiko and Nu had obviously met the kid before, and it angered him slightly that Seiretei would withhold such vital information on a new enemy from him, especially one whose race was unidentifiable. He spread out his legs from underneath him, applying equal weight on both of them to aid him in either escaping or attacking. The humans around the area suddenly vanished, most likely because of the kid, Hibiki rationalized that since Tsukiko and Nu had not yet vanished, despite their close proximity to Aurelius, Shinigamis are immune to whatever was erasing the humans. However, that was only a part of his abilities, the rest of them were still yet to be seen by Hibiki, and that put him on high alert.
