I am angry, Internet. Very angry.

Within this new series so far (American broadcast, no internet cheating), the New Who has been given a new TARDIS interior, a slightly new sonic screwdriver, and the new companion.

I was personally FINE with the new TARDIS, screwdriver, and Miss Pond, but the Daleks are makeing me mad.

Russell T Davis's Who did a LOVELY job of bringing back the Exterminators, why change them at all? In appearance, I mean, I know that they had to change them somehow to make sence in the plot.

What do you think, my darling Internet?

Love 'em?

Hate 'em?

TELL COBBETS!!!

As long as ALL Daleks are not crazy coloured, I'm fine with it.

I kinda see them as the ring leaders anyway. They have to have something to distinguish them from the normal Daleks.

I have no problem with them. And besides, there have been weird Daleks before anyway, such as the glass Dalek.

And also they're colored to distinguish their ranks.

Red = Drone
White = Supreme
Yellow = Eternal
Orange = Scientist
Blue = Strategist

I think they're okay, as long as they're by themselves.
If they separate and do their own thing, then I'd be a bit more interested.

I don't really like them, altough I thought they were Power Ranger Daleks. Which makes it worse.

It's on the official Doctor Who website.

It gives them a more mod feel, which makes them fit the time they were introduced more, and makes it okay by me

I didn't mind the multi-colored Daleks. Actually, when I first saw them I thought to myself 'it's like a rainbow of evil o_o'. I dunno if I was trying to be funny or that's what I honestly thought. O:

It was probably both.

It actually makes perfect sense for the new series. Remember, first off, Moffett wants to make the show his own, and one way he's doing this by vibrant colors - it plays on the whole Raggedy Doctor/ Madman with a box motif. Plus, from another storytelling perspective, think of this. You've got the Universe's most perfect killing machines. As Terry Nation himself once said, they have no redeeming features whatsoever. They are, in fact, rather terrifying. The only offset? They look like they just stepped out of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Hey, it works. And they're not nearly as painful to behold as Colin's costume... (Btw, huge Six fan smile )

I immediately thought of the Power Rangers. I feel like these Daleks sort of match the general set style of the New Doctor Who. Does this new Dalek leadership remind anybody else of the cult of Skaro?

Bringing the Daleks back kinda frustrated me because Moffett said he wasn't going to bring back old monsters. I mean think about it, the Daleks didn't show up every year in the old series, why do they show up EVERY YEAR now? They may be frightening but I'm getting a little tired of them.
