Who doesn't love the night life? Sex, drugs, booze, parties. All night long. Even if you can't remember your awesome night the next day, it was all worth it in the moment. He wants that. He wants to be a part of the night life. He's tired of living life with the sun. The moon is calling to him...he needs it! Though, things don't always go as planned...Because at his first official 'night life party', he meets him. The one person no one wants to get mixed up with. He's dark, brooding, mysterious; cold and mean, but that doesn't stop people from feeling this strange...attraction to him. Everyone wants to be around him, but he couldn't give two shits about everyone else. Until they meet. There's a strange spark between them, which makes the newbie want the night life even more. But he has no idea what he's about to get into. Of all things for the master of the night to be, he's none other than a vampire. Something you really don't want to get to know personally. Something you don't want to get wound up with. Deadly sparks fly as the vampire boy grows attatched to the other boy. He lusted for more than his face or body; his blood. He makes the mistake of taking the 'new kid' along to his elite parties, where more than humans come to fight and party..

He wasn't entirely sure how he had gotten roped into this, but all Len knew at that point was that he was in a crowded club and that he was alone. He had lost sight of the people he had came with, and he had a feeling that they had ditched him. Though, to be honest this was probably good for him. He really did want to live like these people: Get drunk, and dance and be more open with people. He secretly always wanted the night life, but what he really needed was to come into this slowly.
Len decided that if he was going to survive the night, he needed to get drunk. Drinking wasn't something he did often, but he needed it. He made his way through the crowd and sat down at the bar. He ordered a random drink, not really caring what was in it, and began to drink.

Four down...still no buzz. He set the glass down and ordered another; the bartender stared at him oddly. "You do plan on making it home safely, right dude?" The barman asked with raised eyebrows. Reita just glared at him, his ocean colored eyes swimming with annoyance. He tapped his boot against the floor, shaking his head and sending his dissarayed hair swaying around his head. "I'm not like you. And the more I drink the more you make, right?" Kosuke snapped in a calm, deep, yet angry and pissed off voice. The bartender didn't object this time, and set another full glass in front of Reita.
"Thanks." He grumbled as he downed that one too. Smacking his lips quietly, he surveyed the crowd that pulsed with a drunken and high life around him; half of him loved it, half of him wanted to vomit at the smell. Stupid nose...One scent stood out amidst all the others swirling around, and it was probably the most tolerable of all. Reita turned his head to the side, sniffing the air discreetly to find out where the smell was coming from. Then he saw the boy sitting at the bar, not too far away from him. That's where it was coming from. Reita licked his lips, almost hungrily, his icy irises eyeing the boy at the bar up and down.

He nursed the drink for what felt like forever. Granted it had only been about 10 minutes, but with the hustle and bustle around him that felt like a long time. Len sighed and set the glass down on the bar counter. He took his time after he finished to looked around rather than ordering another drink. There was plenty of time for drinking more if he wanted it.
He let his soft brown eyes scan over the crowd in mild disgust, and yet a bit of longing as well. He wanted to be carefree like them, he just...wasn't. He sighed softly and ran a hand through his short hair as he continued to look around. He looked up and down the bar at the men drinking their own liquor. His eyes met with a pair of blue ones and his breath immediately caught in his throat. Something about those eyes scared and thrilled him at the exact same time.

Normally he could have just taken his eyes away and put them back on his drink, but he just couldn't seem to now. Before he could register what he was doing, Reita pushed away from the bar, leaving his drink and walking quickly and silently over to the human down the way. He wasn't sure what exactly he was going to say, but he knew he had to say something now.
"Pardon me," He said, voice just loud enough to be heard over the crowd. Reita gave the stranger a small, toothless smile, still not sure where he was going with his words. "I don't recall ever seeing you around...do you happen to be new?" Most people who came to this club came very, very frequently. So even though he disliked them, he knew almost every person in this room, and vice versa. "Because I think I'd remember a face like yours." Reita's piercing blue eyes never left the other's.

The moment Len's eyes met with the pair down the bar, he couldn't seem to look away. He knew it was rude to stare, but his eyes wouldn't obey him. It was like a trance that he just couldn't break no matter how much he wanted to. Len watched the other man as he pushed away from the bar. His heart sank a bit, for an unknown reason as he thought the man was leaving. But instead he walked over to him, much to his surprise.
He looked up the moment he heard the man speak. "Yes? "Len asked him, voice barely loud enough to be heard in the club. He nodded," Yeah, this is my first time in this club, or any club for that matter."

His smile increased slightly. "Ah. That explains it." Reita was silent for a moment, his eyes shifting from an icy blue to a more dark shade of ocean. "Oh, I seemed to have forgotten my manners..." He spoke a bit quieter now, as if he was afraid of being heard. "My name is Reita." He didn't extend a hand in greeting, but left the introductions more or less verbal. "This is your first time out in a place like this...Tell me, what brings you here?" That smile was still on Reita's face, though he dared not part his lips more than he needed to, for fear of unecessary things being shown.

Len nodded softly, and leaned closer a bit so he could hear the man better. He noticed that his eyes seemed to change, but the lights were changing a lot as well, so that had to be the reason. "Pleasure to meet you. My name is Len." He said in introduction, and as much as he wanted to extend his hand it seemed the other man didn't want to to shake hands. "Well, I just felt like I needed to do this. I'm way too serious and so I want to be more like the people here...just lose myself for awhile. I just want to change." Len explained.

Reita nodded his head slightly. "What a nice name." He said quietly, looking the boy's face over carefully. His eyes were trained on Len's neck for a moment before he was snapped back into the club and back into the conversation. "I see..." Reita nodded again, glancing down at the bar counter before back up at Len. "You should be careful, though. Change can be dangerous." Why, he was a walking example of that. He used to be normal, have a nice family and good friends. But that was too many years ago to count.

Len smiled softly and rubbed the back of his neck," It's not that nice. I know a couple other Len's, it's kinda common." He said in embarrassment. Len sighed softly and nodded," I know that. But I can't stand how I live now, it's too safe. I need to change like this. I don't plan to be a druggie or an alcoholic but I do need to experience more." He said, softly.

He couldn't seem to tear his eyes away from Len for more than a few seconds before feeling drawn back to him. It was beginning to bother Reita to some degree. He wanted to be closer, but didn't want to seem strange and scare the boy away. "I see. Well- make sure to experience things at a decent pace. I wouldn't want someone like you to be hurt. He smiled- or smirked, would be a better term- a bit more and let his eyes move down to Len's neck. It was flawless- perfect. Reita wanted it.
