LARGO UNIVERSITY
So, you're.. Different. As in, supernaturally different. You've just gotten
accepted to a boarding school full of kids JUST LIKE YOU. You've probably
never really known anyone like you, or at least not many. If you have, then
consider yourself one of the lucky ones. Most kids go around feeling like an
outsider. Well, except the ever present school's royalty. I mean, have you ever
been to a school that didn't have the bitchy, slutty, terrible monarchy? I bet not.
But I bet you did get the fancy school letter, like the one below, right? Of course you did, or else you wouldn't be here.
Welcome to Largo University.
We here at Largo U have made it our priority to help students like you.
The administrators and staff have been made aware of your.... Condition(s).
This is to better help you and your supernatural peers.
Don't be worried, this boarding school is nothing like the others you've probably
been to. You see, we, unlike other schools, are equipped to take care of you and
your... irregular needs. Vampires, werewolves, witches, telepaths, shapeshifters,
cyclopes, you name it, there's a student here that fits the description.But remember,
mortals outside of the school DO NOT KNOW about any of this. Do not, under any circumstances, tell a mortal.

RULES
The rules here at Largo University are rather simple.
{And they're in paragraph form, just to make sure you read them}
First off, I want everyone here to have fun. Just saying. On that note,
remember not to ignore anyone. If they posted RIGHT before you did,
and you didn't see their post, I understand. Also, don't join if you're not
gonna post. It's just plain rude to leave people hanging. I mean seriously,
tell me if you're dropping out or if you have a reason you can't post. And
try to make a decent post of at least four sentences. I'm not gonna set a
limit on how much you HAVE to write or how much you CAN write, but
don't go writing any novels... Or fortunes for fortune cookies. Classes will be
time skipped so post that you went into class and then left.
On to topic one: godmodding/autohitting.
Now, I know some of you like to get rather.. Imaginative with your
abilities, but try to limit yourself. I don't want godmodding, so no vampires
that can go out in sunlight and be unaffected or werewolf/vampire hybrid
babies. Vampires cannot reproduce in this RP, nor do they sparkle like
diamonds. Werewolves ONLY transform on the night of the full moon, unless a
witch or wizard has brewed them a potion equivalent to the Harry Potter
series' Wolfsbane Potion. If you think something might be godmodding,
just ask me, m'kay? And only two charcters per person.
Topic two: posting.
No text talk or cybering. Both are very important, though the latter should be
rather obvious.Keep it PG-15 and a 1/2, and if the clothes come off, the writing
stops, alright? Text talk is just plain annoying in an RP unless one is
ACTUALLY texting. Leet Speak/ 1337 5p34k is also not allowed. Please try
to make your post as pretty as possible, your posts must have the character pic
and the person's name.
Now, if you actually read these rules, add to the subject bar of your PM "Rumors Are Lies" and have a heart emoticon somewhere.

She said to herself, rolling out of bed and shoving her glasses on her face. Since she'd just gotten her dorm at Largo U (she'd stayed with her mother off campus during her first year), Rory hadn't unpacked all of her stuff, so there were boxes everywhere. All she'd managed to do before passing out the day she'd arrived was make her bed and hook up her laptop, turntables, and alarm clock. The petite girl scanned around the boxes, looking for the one containing her clothes. "What to wear, what to wear...?" She mused aloud as Lady Gaga's 'Paparazzi' ended. Rory dug around the box until she found an outfit that wasn't totally wrinkled from being packed away. With her outfit and undergarments picked out, Rory made her way to her dorm room's bathroom. Thirty minutes later, mostly dry, completely clothed Rory exited the bathroom, her dirty clothes not so carefully placed in the hamper. 'What should I do now..?' The musician thought, glancing around her room. 'I could put some more stuff away...' Rory thought, running a hand through her still damp hair idly. Shaking her head, the girl decided to take her laptop to the Common Room. Picking up her key, laptop, and a bag of Skittles, Rory turned off her radio and left her dorm, locking the door behind her.
