I am only doing a handful and if you wish, add one i missed or compare her with someone else from the list.
Sanae Kochiya= Luigi. Sometimes forgotten unless paired with another character.
Reimu Hakurei= a mix between Mario and Wario. Mario term going to Main character in the Touhou games and Wario because of her Donation Obsession jokes.
Wriggle Nightbug= Yuffie to the point of her body and how some people make fun of her.
Remilia Scarlet= Castlevania Dracula but more on the Standard side. (like Dracula wants to rule the world, Remilia wants to have fun when she can and when she is bored.
Sakuya Izayoi= Death from Castlevania as she serves as a boss before Remilia, She takes orders from her and her main weapon is thrown around (like Death and his scythes)
Cirno= In her own Category as there is no other character That Stupid.

Not truly. Goomba=Ordered to Walk one direction. Cirno=Ordered to do something and pulls off something completely different. (like you ask her to go get ice cream, she comes back with a frozen frog.) EDIT: Why people considered Goomba's useless.

I'm not sure I agree with some of those. Wriggle as Yuffie because of body? I've never heard of Yuffie being mistaken for a boy neutral Sanae is more popular than you might think, she beat Marisa in a popularity contest for 2nd overall. I wouldn't say she's forgotten unless paired. The other 3 I'm ambivalent about.
And Cirno is obviously a genius! Just like Ed from Cowboy Bebop.

What? Remilia is far too... everything to be anything similar to Yuki. Her personality doesn't even come close to comparing. I'd say she's more like Nagi Sanzen'in from Hayate no Gotoku; Young, childish, rich(?), and spends all her time pursuing her own interests. All while relying on a light-haired servant who will put themselves in harms way to protect their master. Also, I think that Yuki would be a little bit more intelligent in problem solving than having, say, Kyon drag random people all the way back to her apartment so she can fight them before even thinking of why they might be involved with something to do with the weather.

Cirno=bowser?!
I'm lost. Is it because she claims she is the strongest? cause bowser is tougher than Cirno.
Even a Goomba has a working brain.
I wish i can go on but yeah. If you find me one person who is
Stupid as hell, Can't put up a fight, and/or Keeps Claiming she is the strongest...then i salute you.
At least bowser can make some plans (he even tried to make his own damn Galaxy before!)

Not Remilia, but I think Patchouli is a solid candidate, there are plenty of similarities between her and Yuki. Well, there are also plenty of differences...meh. I can't think of any other ones off the top of my head right now. Sakuya = Wilhelmina? XD (I kid, I kid...)

While it was still translated around the internet. i read it and i am going to be honest with you. I cried like a woman watching a very sad drama movie in the theater OUTLOUD. The anime only did like 1/3rd of the manga so i didn't feel that it was the end after watching it. IF i had it on my computer, i would email it to you.
