((Basically, this place can be anything you desire, outside of the usual RP spots. Its just here so that we dont have 50,000 different RP threads for all the different locations.))
Raine walked down the streets of Durem. She was pretty famished. She hadn't eated for at least a day. A sack of gold hung loosely on her belt buckle. She wore a skin tight, black outfit, that was cut off at the arms, knees, and just above the chest, with a zipper that ran straight from the neck, to her crotch. Above the chest, it was netted. It kind of resembled the traditional ninja outfits. She wore a tan coloured jacket onto of that. A red sash, tied to her waste, floated gently behind her. She had two red triangles painted on her face. She wore her red hair in a pont tail. It drooped down to her mid back area. She wore big black boots. Though they looked bulky, they were light weight, making for quick, graceful movement. She also carried two visible weapons with her. Both were sword, about 3 feet in length (including the length of the hilt).
Her green eyes looked around for a good place to eat. Her attention was caught by a nice fruit stand. Fruit meant health, and health meant I nice complection. She walked over and asked the woman working there, "What have you got?" The woman seemed rather occupied with her mischevious child sibling, so she decided to look around instead of bother her. She had grabbed a bunch of pears, apples, bananas. She was casually rummaging through fruits in the middle of the street. Not expecting anything bad to happen.

Kids running around, playing with others on a street meant for marketing. Perfect, he thought, as he hadn't eaten in quite some time now. Here was his chance to finally get that meal he was craving. He took his overjacket-which many mistook for a Yakuta-and flung it over his shoulder, trying to look as casual as he could. His jacket was a forest-green in color, as was the theme of his clothing style. It had rips in five different places, and could of used a wash or two. The sun glared in his eyes, and he blocked it with his hand. He had long, black hair, which ran in a green ponytail down to just below his shoulder blades. It was very frizzy, and he knew he needed a brush, but none of the markets he had come across had one, as of yet. he was rather heavily bandaged, as he was constantly recovering from injuries he had sustained in times when he was caught stealing. Yes, he was a thief, but not by choice. He fought and stole for a matter of living, not because he could. And this small section of the large city of Durem just happened to be his next victim. Underneath all of his bandages, he wore just a regular beat up forest green t-shirt, and a pair of black shorts which used to be pants. His pride, however, layed within his weapon. Right now, it was in its sheith and could not be seen, as it was strapped to his back.
"Jackpot, my little friend." he said, talking to the critter sitting upon his head. It was a rare creature, known as a Bunneti. When he was small, he was given this creature, but recalls nothing else about it. The little white fluff had helped him in both fighting and stealing, and had somehow through all these years remained unharmed. The Bunneti rejoiced, as it was getting hungry also. As he roamed the streets, he noticed a stack of hay. He picked a piece from the pile, and stuck it in his mouth, like he used to do with pieces of bamboo. He needed to find a fruit stand, and fast. He was starting to feel weaker by the second.
After about three minutes of looking around, he spotted a fruit stand, with a lady playing with a little child behind it, "My friend, hold on not too much longer, as I have found ourselves our meal." He started to walk towards the stand as this woman he found stunningly attractive was also there, looking for food. He was thinking, maybe I can get more than just food out of this, maybe this woman has something on her. Altough he found her very attractive, he still needed to survive, and trying to get something he knew he couldn't was not worth almost dying over. At this moment, he pulled his friend off of his head, and put him down in front of him.
"My friend, you remember the push drill from before?" The friend nodded. "Well, it is time to try it out."
At those words, the little critter ran off into the depths, and hid, giving him an A.O.K. sign with his hands.
He walked up to the stand, and picked up an apple, examining it. He then looked over, and said to the lady, only now noticing a rather loose purse-like item around her waist, "Well, hello there," as he pocketed the apple, and got ready for having gold on him for the first time in over a year.

Raines' fruit shoping was interupted. She looked over to her right, where a strange greeting was coming from. A man, about her height, stood next to her. He seemed to be quite poor. He wore ragged looking clothes. Messy black hair. Quite long at that too. And he looked as though he hadn't shaved for a little while. A bum? Perhaps.
She didn't quite take him as a serious threat, despite the fact that he had a sword attatched to his back. Maybe her missed the two blades attached to her waist. Then again, he was on the opposite side. She decided to be nice, for once, and returned his greeting with a half hearted smile and a "Hello" She had completely missed the fact that he had stolen an apple. Had she spotted that, she probably would have been a little more cautious. But she just casually continued to pick friuts.

He was already positioning his hand to grab the gold for when his friend came and pushed him from behind. He started to pick up more fruit with his other hand, and didn't realize that his jacket had hit the ground. He stomped his foot rather softly, that was his friend's signal. Out it came, ever so stealthy, that not even he could detect him himself. He turned as if to say something to her, as to notify that he received her sign of recognition, but was caught up in her beauty. This has never happened to me before.. what the hell.... he thought, as out of nowhere he was pushed by the Bunneti. He forgot what his task was, but still managed to take the gold from her side.
When they both hit the ground, and he had put away the gold and was done making sure she hadn't noticed, he helped her up to her feet, saying, "That little b*****d, I'm sorry to leave you so soon, but it seems he has taken my sword," That smart b*****d, I never would of thought of that.."I must go. It was my pleasure meeting you, farewell."
He was off, running after his little friend to safety, and gleeing at the fact that they could buy a meal.
Only when they settled down about four streets over, and up a few blocks, did he realize that he left his jacket behind. He didn't care though, he could buy a new one now. That old one needed to be thrown out. Then, he turned to his little friend, who was already eating an apple.
"Haha, we did it! Good show, my friend! We shall eat quickly, then find a place to sleep," He looked around himself, "Ahh hell, right here will do!" And he put down his stuff, took back his sword from the fluffball, pulled the apple out of his pocket, and started to eat.

He looked as though he was about to say something, when an odd creature came from behind, pushed him, knocking Raine over, along with a series of fruits, and took off with his weapon. He appologized, at took off after it. When Raine picked up all her fruits, the lady asked her if everything was okay.
"I'm fine. This will be all."
"That'll be 18 gold, miss."
"Just give me a moment..."
She reached down for her pouch of gold. Her hand went to the place it ussually sat, but it wasn't there anymore. "Where did it go? Oh no. That man must have took it..." She recalled her waist feeling lighter after he bumped into her. He seemed to have left his jacket behind. Raine unzipped her outfit, down to about her chest. She reached in, and pulled out two pieces of paper, both labeled 10. She was lucky she kept an extra stash of money, just for emergancies like this.
"Keep the change, for the trouble." She said as she handed the woman the cash. It was very rare to see paper money used these days. Most of the currency had been converted to 'gold', though it was only gold in name. She must have had a least 240 gold in her pouch. She was gonna find that little b*****d who stole from her. She took her coat off. She had a little bag straped to her shoulder. She opened her bag, and put the bag of fruits, along with her jacket inside the bag. It was good thing she'd only need her swords for this, otherwise she'd be introuble. There was no way she would get her secondary weapons out in time. She grabbed an the apple she left out of the bag, and chomped down on it. She knelt over his jacket to try and find any evidence of who he was. But searching all of his pockets, she found nothing. All she was left with was a general direction. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ She had walked around for a couple of hours. Still finding nothing. Did he really get that far? She passed an older couple. They were complaining about youth these days. 'Rudely discarding fruit cores on the ground, and falling asleep with his pet in the middle of the road.' That sounded a little like him.
"Excuse me. I'm looking for someone. About my height. Long black hair. Kinda scruby looking. May be acompanied by a strange white fuzzy creature."
"Oh, you must mean that wretched youth down in the china district" the old woman told her.
"Can you direct me to him? I believe he has something of mine."
"I'm pretty sure you can find him that way." the old man pointed to the north. "About four blocks in that direction."
She smiled. "Thank you so much." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ She heard a faint sound of a man laughing, coming from an alley way to her left. Talking to himself even. Saying how awesome it was that he got away with over 200 gold and some fruit. It sounded alot like the same man. So she headed in the direction of the sound.
Sure enough, there he was. Bragging to 'partner' about their big find. She was angry now. "Excuse me!" she screamed, giving him enough time to turn around. "I believe you have somethng of mine!"

He was in shock. Nobody had ever caught him before, or at least this quickly. How the-- he started to think, when she interrupted again. He didn't know what to do. Should he take off? Should he stay and fight? Or should he just simply admit defeat and give her the coin purse back? Afterall, he already got what he needed, a nice meal.
"Yes, ma'am, I am oh so very sorry," he had decided to tell the truth, he could not lie to such a pretty face, even if it was filled with anger. he got up, grabbed the coin purse from his friend, and walked over to her, slowly and carefully, hoping there was no need for drawing his blade. He did not want a fight, he just wanted to give her back her coin purse, find his jacket and leave. it was then that he saw something green hanging out of a bag around her shoulder.
"But I as well see you have something of mine," as he pointed to his jacket, "Quite simply, you get your coin purse back, do not worry, all of it is there, I am admitting defeat, and all I ask for back, is my worn and torn jacket. Then, my friend, you will never see my, nor my little fluff's face again. Please, withdraw your anger, I do not wish any harm."
He simply put her coin purse in his palm, knelt down, and held it out for her to take.

Raine listened as he explained himself. He didn't want a fight. That was fine. Neither did she. He then reached out his arm, handing her the pouch she carried her coins in. She took the jacket that lay rest atop her bag, and rested it upon his arm. At the same time, she took her bag, and put it back were it belonged. On her belt.
"There is one other thing." She said to him. She began to walk towards him. She stopped about a foot infront of him. There eye level were just off by an inch. She looked him in the eye. A mischivious gleam was appearent in her eyes. A smile formed on her face. "There is one last thing I must do to you..." she said, as she got closer, "Before I can leave satisfied."
SLAP. That was the sound that her hand meeting the side of his head made. "And that's what you get for stealing from a lady!" she said, as she began to walk away. She smiled again, and turned around. "Now I forgive you." She closed her statement with a wink, and a "farewell," and continued on her way.

His faced burned. One second, she had him believing he was going to have a wonderful week, the next, he's slapped up the side of his head and it started to go red. He did not know if the slap was meant to hurt him, or to bring him on to her, as his mind was competely out of control at this point. She gave a "farewell", and she was gone. She had walked right past him, and on her way to... where is she going?... he thought, as she started to turn the corner. He got up, threatened his little friend to stop laughing or face some consequences, and started to gather his stuff. He put on his jacket, which now had an even bigger hole in it, big enough so that if he had a tail, it would fit through just perfectly. He grabbed his sword, put it on his back at the same time his friend jumped on his head, and they headed off, being ever so stealthy, following this mysterious girl to wherever she was going.
He quickly jumped up a building, and followed her upon the rooftops, in the shadows of the now-becoming night as she went on her way.

Raine walked away. What else was she supposed to do? She was late. She was supposed to meet her brother, and Diablo, at the bar around 2. It was closing in on 6. Another hour and it would be day fall. The sun was just over the horizon. Street lights were beginning to turn on. She had walked about 3 blocks, before she stopped again. She knelt over, opened her bag. She pulled out her jacket, an apple, and a knife.
Standing up now, with her jacket on, she continued to walk. As she walked, she held her apple in her left hand, and the used the knife to cut off peices of the apple. Every once in a while, she'd look at a few buildings as she walked.
"Stop!! Thief!!" she heard a woman scream from around the corner. Could it have been the same guy? Luckily for the victim, and unluckily for the theif, Raine was just turning the corner. As the thief came running, her right hand -balled into a fist- had a nice meeting with the guys face. He lay on the ground, holding his nose, and screaming in pain. The woman grabbed her purse, that the man had stole, and the authorities took the man in. She kind of hoped it was the same guy.
Oh well. No more pointless violent acts against him. She would just have to live with the fact that she never got to draw one of her weapons today. And she was almost positive she would have had to. Oh well. She continued to walk.

He continued along the rooftops. His Bunneti's ears were covering his own, muffling all sorts of sounds. When he saw her stop at a corner, he stopped himself, but his friend did not. he went for the jump to the next house, and missed it completely. As he fell for the ground, he knew that it would survive, it was almost indestructible it seemed, afterall. He looked down again at the woman, and all he saw was a man being dragged away, and an older lady walking with her purse. No more stealing today... you have a new mission, Faita, stick to it..
He retrieved his little friend, and picked up his collar that had fallen off. It stated "Kanin" on it, he had studied and deciphered it from the Swedish language before. He loosened the collar, and placed it back over his left ear, where he kept it on him for good luck, and then fastened it tightly again, while saying,"My little friend, we must move on, for she is heading out of this part of the city rather quickly."

Raine stopped walking momentarilly. She turned around. Thoughts of her being followed were present in her mind. Looking around, she saw nothing out of the ordinary. A few people shoping. A cat running down the street. Clothes being hung from a second floor window to dry. Something still wasn't quite right to her. She could have swore she saw someone lurking around the corner of an alley way.
She shruged it off, and continued to walk. She had about 4 more block before the city broke into suburbs, and then forest. It was only a matter of time before she had home field advantage. And no witnesses.

He started to climb up a building again, when she stopped walking. She started to turn around, so he jumped into a window. It was a good hiding place. Right on a second floor from a place, where clothes hanging to dry would hide his presence. He heard someone coming to get their clothes, so as soon as she stopped looking he flung himself onto the top of the building, it was only two stories high anyways. He peered down, he could see where the city breaks into suburbs, and there was no streets for her to turn down between then. "We shall go wait for her at the end, then see where she goes from there, let's go, Kanin."
He headed down what seemed to be about three and a half blocks, when he overheard a conversation from within the shadows
"Here she comes, you ready?" "Yeah, she's so dead."
My god, they're going to kill her... but there's nothing I can do.... he thought in his head, if I take them out, she'll KNOW that I'm sort of stalking her, if I don't they might hurt her. Plus, if I don't dispose of them in time, she might think I'm with them....
So, as a result, he just stood there, and waited. If she got in serious trouble she would jump in. Little Kanin was starting to get restless.

She had just reached the forests edge. Little did she know, she was being followed. By more then just a common thief. Two men, wearing darker clothes, and sashes covering their faces followed her into the wood. As they were following, one stepped on a twig. They quickly hid.
Raine turned around to investigate. She saw nothing. She just ignored it, and kept walking.
The two men both hid behind the trunk of a gigantic tree. "Did she see us?" "I don't think so." "Then lets go."
They both jumped out from the trees. Hands on their blades. But wait. She was gone. Where did she go? They looked around frantically. Nothing. Nowhere. She just fanished.
One of them heard the soud of their partner getting jumped. He turned around. What he found shocked him. The traget was standing ontop of his fallen comrad. She knocked him out from above.
Frightened, the man ran. Raine grabbed her the hilt of her one weapon. "Whats the matter?" she asked, as she pulled out her blade. Smile wide on her face. "The game just began." She then threw her sword to her right. It flew through the air, rotating. It curved half way towards him, took and upward direction momentarilly, then headed back down.
It hit the side of a tree with great force. It's final resting place was inside the bark. The sharp end of the blade was facing downward. The man hadn't noticed it coming, so the second it hit the tree, he smacked his face on it. He now lay on the ground, unconcious. She walked over to her weapon, and took it out of the tree. She then shouted out into the wood. "You see that?! That's what I do to people who follow me! I suggest you go home! Or your fate will be worse then these two!"
With that, she replaced her sword into it's sheath, and continued down the path.

He followed the three people into the woods, and saw the two become horribly slaughtered, or so it looked like it. Were they really dead? Or just unconcious? It reminded him of stories his caretaker told him about how his parents died. Horrible stories. But, he couldn't let that get in his way right now, he had to find out where she was going. Luckily, from all his non-eating, he had become very light and could easily go from tree to tree now.
When she turned around and screamed, he knew she hand't spotted him. But he was close to blowing his cover. He decided to lay back a bit, and just go with the flow, see where this took him.

Half an hour had passed. The sky now had an orange-pink hue. The sun wasn't really visible from the forest floor anyways. Still she walked. Carefree. The only thing she had on her mind, was her destination. Or was it?
Suddenly, she stopped, swiveled to the right, and raised her right arm towards her follower (who was currently in a tree a few yards behind). What she was truely doing would become appearent in a matter of seconds. Just as the follower got onto the new branch, a knife wizzed be his face, and hit the tree behind him.
She moved at him quickly. Within a second of the knife wizing by, the faint image of her appeared infront of him. This was probably enough to startle him. She was just reaching the peak of her jump. She launched herself upwards, after reaching the tree he was in. She then threw a kick at him. She swung her right leg straight up.
