Okay I thought of this today while I was on a bus for a total of 2 or so hours, Is there a Malik (or Yami no Malik) x Jounouchi? It sounds like an interesting pairing, and from the anime I figured it would be some thing like Puppetshipping. Alass no such luck, it's not on the list and when I looked it up on google there wasn't much just one good pic. Are there any other unsung shippings?

I subscribed to a YGO Slash thread. The list is absolutely enormous. There are some really obscure, bizarre combos that surprised me when I saw them.

Mello: I imagine they're on there somewhere. I never made it through the list, and I didn't recognize all of the names. Mostly, they're the Japanese ones.
