This is not up for a vote this is simply here to inform all the captains. As some of you know I have been speaking with the GL and crew of GE. The program we use is skype. If you wish to converse with them as well I would advise that you get it. Should anyone get skype please post your skype name here so that we can all find each other and use that to talk as well, in case some get tired of tinychat or something of that nature.

Unless it is a law of the council it is to be either just a regular message, or a sticky. The laws are announcements, and only I will be creating laws as I am the head of the guild.
