XD I saw that! 365gay.com had an article on it. They hoped the soldiers would become "discouraged", hahaha.

They are pretty stupid, but funny proposals.

But actually, the gay bomb thing was from Clinton's period. It wasn't Bush, though I'd say it isn't beneath him. XD
