You already know what Portal is some I'm not going to bother. But if you don't already have it, you can download it free until May 24. As in, keep it forever, for free. If you download it by May 24.
Uh, Steam general thread? Portal 2 thread?

Eh. Already got the game on Steam. It came with a TF2 package thing I got forever and a day ago. That's a sweet deal though...good lookin' out.

Everything I've read basically says "Keep it forever."
I think the quote was an attempt at Valve humor about how the copy is Free and they aren't charging for it, so the game must be worth it because it's free.
And when I downloaded it, it went into my purchased games section. And there's no expiration date like with the Free Weekend games.
