The Barton milk bar was doing ok , business was always slow mid afternoon. Telma was doing interviews for a new bar that was hopefully going to open far far east out of Aekea. She was getting a good response from allot of beast hybrids , cosplays , and people already working in one of her many milk bars throughout Gaia.

Being a feline herself , she was the first of her kind to become an official Gaian. Her ethic and work performance provided her well on Gaia. It also helped that she was wealthy in rare jewels, and gold. Her name was well known , and her charming presence filled each of her milk bars.

She started to look into her thirteenth application when she got a call from Gabriel Night the landowner of building she was looking into. He let her know he was hoping to get one more in person interview before he made his decision.

Telma almost broke down. She was nice during the chat but after she let out a "OMGOSH ............. one more interview , what am I on some game show .............." she screamed. Her good friend Mellow looked at her " Well Telma after this meeting you might get the building , that is what you want right" he looked at her with bambie eyes.

Telma wanted to bite his head off " Yes , that is what I wanted when I did the phone interview two weeks ago , the I-Chat interview a week and half ago , the meeting we had three days ago , and now I HAVE TO DO ONE MORE" she shouted.

Mellow just smiled at her. Two girls where ready for their interview with Telma. One was a Uxie cosplay and the otehr was a Shiny Raikou cosplay. The girls were best friends and giggling outside Telma's office.

"You know what I need , I need a NUMEL" she stated " Scratch that .... a shiny numel, That little wannabe farmer LOVES numels. He must even like SHINY ones more! He even has numels on his farm , and when we chatted he had a Numel with him , he has all kind of numel items" her eyes glowed.

Mellow glanced over to her before gathering the girls for their interview " Where you going to get one of those" he asked with a smirk.

Telma perched on her chair " .... I have no idea" she put her head down on her table but quicly perked up when the girls walked in.

Mellow didn't hear Ialu talk to the two future employees , he just saw the cream and blue numel. He moved in closer to it. His heart was beating fast , he looked for signs of it being a fake. It was too odd that right after making fun of Telma for wanting to get a Shiny Numel , now one that looked really legit was standing in front of him.

The Uxie cosplay smiled " Ohhhh Gosh , don't worry people always think we are part of some Pokemon family" she smiled. Beth the Shiny Raikou also smiled "Golly geee , You have a Shiny numel , and a shiny .....Shiny Magikarp..." the boy was rather cute but kind of sad , he was like a fish out of water.

Mellow had done a few rounds around the Numel. He completely forgot to bring the girls in for the interview.

For your everyday Gaiaian being sniffed by a yellow cat would be disturbing, maybe even cause a ruckus. Luckily the Jolly Numel liked Mellow the yellow Nikku. The feline was sniffing for anything scientific or altered DNA. The only thing he could sniff was the backpack on him, it had healing remedies and maybe three liechi berries , and at least six sitrus berries. Mellow knew from the powerful smell that they were authentic. He could also smell burning coming from Caden’s lava tube.

A blue hand reached out to Zenny , Uma the Uxie Slipper used 'Helping Hand' on the magikarp boy. She smiled at him with a wink. "You my dear friend , have your hand full, but if you raise him right he will be a strong partner" Uma stated to Ialu.

A grand carved door opened " WHERE ARE MY....." Telma stopped mid speech. Her eyes met up with Caden, her heart fluttered. She stood on her hind legs " Well girls your hired , you’re online applications proved your credentials" she said with an airy tone.

Caden stopped looking at Mellow and was now fixated on Telma , the red headed cat. Her wardrobe and style shined and appealed to his eyes. He started to walk over to her. Caden then looked over to Ialu as if he were looking for approval.

The two slippers jumped in the aire , as they got approved for the job. Beth smiled at Ialu and blew him a kiss; she felt he had something to do with her getting the job. Uma also felt the same so she mouthed 'Thank You' to him. The two skipped out of the bar giggling as they celebrated.

Mellow walked over to Telma , passing the numel “ He’s as real as its going to get” he whispered in Telma’s ear. A grin formed on Telma’s face , kind of like a mothers smile “ Deary would you like to step into my office , I’m the owner of ‘Telma’s Milk Bars’ maybe I could get you something to eat” she smiled with her eyes. She let of warm and comforting vibe. “It might not be safe for you to be out in public, you do know how …..” She could sense the male was magical “how dangerous Gaia can get” she put empathy in her words.

As Telma re-opened her office room the smell of warm milk filled the air. Now the smell came from candles , and was mostly artificial , but still smelled great. She walked in and placed her door stopper in front of the door. She walked to her desk on all fours. She placed her paws into a pair of magical gloves that allowed her to write. They looked like human hands but metal.

" Please come inside" she offered the threesome. She started to write. She kept a soft smile. The once thief slash pirate had an ability to earn trust before it was earned. Lucky for everyone she turned over her old ways , and now was working for the greater good. Though I wouldn't put it pass her to steal something of value that wasn't being used.

The Numel wanted to fallow the nikku but didn't , he waited to make sure it was ok by Ialu.

Mellow offered the group "Coocnut water , H2o , or milk iced or warm" he wanted to make sure things went over well.

The shiny numel almost pranced into the room , the smell of warm milk did sooth him but he was more attracted to Telma. He sat next to a chair across the table to Telma but he couldn’t see her , so he moved a few inches so he could get her in site. This women would be so much fun to be around , even being a Numel he realized this.

Mellow walked over to the Numel “ Ok soo far I have one Coconut water for the little one , I think I’m going to get you my friend” he looked at Ialu “ I think I will be getting you a special of both in a vary soothing ‘Hot Virgin Pina Colada’ , and for my numel friend here a bowl of Moomoo Milk would make you happy wouldn’t it” he smiled.

Caden looked up at Mellow and nodded his head really fast. He had only had MooMoo milk a two other times before this. Each time he really enjoyed it. Only moomoo milk had the nutrition and enzymes to keep a pokemon healthy. Regular Cow or goat milk would not be good for a Pokemon.

Mellow was getting ready to move out the door to get the drinks when he looked back at the group “That numel is something else, rather ‘on its feet’ for a numel” he stated. He winked over at Telma who was enjoying listing to the beings converse with each other. He then walked out the door with ease since it was open.

The numel smiled and looked back up at Telma. Her beauty kept him in a daze.

“Well now , what brings such a rare Gaian out in such public area’s” she continued to write. She noticed the Numel trying to get a better look at her. She continued to half smile , with a slight smirk “he really is an interesting numel. Very smart, not what I remember hearing about numels”. She kept most of her attention on the Jirachi but Caden is rather cute and stole some of the attention. “ You know could come closer” she said to the numel “if that’s ok by your friend” she kept her half smile going.

A pen lightly hit the paper " Aaag " she softy spoke " Ohhh don't you hate it when a pen runs out of ink" Telma smiled. She listened to the Pokemon male speak , had she really been listening well , she would of caught that Serph wasn't just a pokemon. She opened a cabinet door to get out another pen.

The numel inched close to Telma , her feet dangled from the chair, so he wasn't able to rub up against her legs. He liked her vary much and wanted stay in this room as long as he could. He made funny sound in glee.

Telma looked down at him "awww , he is a great Numel , I have always wanted a numel , but they are soooo hard to find" she pouted. Looking the blond in the eyes , then she looked back to write.

The numel poked his head up and turned to his friend "I doooo , but what about you" he asked wide eyed and concerned.

Telma smiled at the two "you seem like great friends" she winked.

Mellow was coming back to the office with two males holding the drinks , fish , and nikku food on plates. They are both mangers and twins. Mellow thought they might be helpfull so he asked them to bring the food. It would be a few more secs before they made it.

When Mellow , Kaede and Seiji got into the office , they started to handing out food right away. The psychic powers shocked the twins , they gave Telma a funny look. She just smiled at them as if to say 'your talking to a talking cat , can't be that crazy'.

Telma raised up a fish and then started to slowly eat it. She couldn't say yes to keeping Caden right away but when she did she looked at the Ialu "Well , I would love to have him around , but I have a feeling your now going to be one man down , so why don't I give you two?" she asked but stated in a cool manor.

The twins got real stiff knowing they would have task ahead of them.

Telma smiled " This is Kaede and Seiji" skilled body guards and my front hand men". Kaede played with a butter knife as if it was a sword , and Seiji made gun shape with both hands and acted to fire it at a window, then blew off the pretend smoke.

Caden got really happy , and walked over to Mellow and gave him a lick. He looked at his buddy Ialu " You will be safe with them I just know it" he nodded , as he bent his head to drink Moo-Moo Milk. A big grin formed on his face " Zenny its real Moo-Moo Milk , you should have Ialu get you a bottle" he spoke to the pokeboy.

Mellow just grined from ear to ear , he knew he made Telma happy.
