Site. : P Is awesome. Its a companion site to the 100 push-ups challenge. (I can do four full ones in a row now! *Waves flag*) there is also a 200 sit-ups challenge and a 200 squats challenge with tied in logger sites. Its fantastic and interesting.
So, as we're stiff for a challenge right now, I'd love to challenge everyone to work with me and do the push-up challenge, you don't need to be able to do full push-ups you can do half push-ups until you get to be doing 100 half push-ups. (I did that until I could get to do even three full push-ups and went from there.
I'm also doing the squats and sit-ups challenge (I'm soooo bad at squats...)I'll try and keep up with things, but I'm bad at that, as many might know (: P).
Because I'm bad at keeping up with my own challenges... it would probably be best to post here and alter your first post, so perhaps I'll leave a week for people to join before posting how many were done that day.
First one to 100 Push-ups wins?
