What's the best and worst part of this scenario?
Example: He gets me free cable, but he doesn't have a job.
She brings leftovers home from work but never wipes down the shower.
He's always quiet and out of the way but leaves bloodstains on the carpet.
There's no one above me, so I must live alone.
