length hits at a good spot on your legs, waistline hits at not the thinnest part of your torso, cute either way tbh.

I don't like the way the waistline is at all, it makes your torso seem super short and awkward, and as everyone else has said, makes you look chubsier than you are.
You should try wearing it lower, or if it's too tight to sit any lower then maybe find someone who can tailor it, if you don't know how? o:

Do not wear the skirt lower/lower the waist line. If anything move it up to hit you at the smallest part of your torso.
Moving farther down would widen with your hips and would make you look larger than your tiny self actually is.

Maybe it's the white shirt too! Because black is slimming but white typically is, well, pretty much the exact opposite. Try mixing and matching your wardrobe some more OO:

btw it is a nice skirt and if you can't find a way to make it compliment you better then ******** it. Some of my clothes make me look bigger than I am and I don't give a ******** because I ******** love them, who gives a s**t xd
