Edward sighed as he flopped down on the grass outside of Roy's human's house...well, it wasn't really a house-it was more like a mansion that she had built specifically for all of her Kitsu. Edward didn't really know what to think of the spacious accommodations that the human had made for him and the other Kitsu that lived with his family. He shook his head slightly as he stared up at the sky. Both his mother and father were busy and he didn't know where his half-brother or sister were. At least he was outside where it was quieter. Inside was pure chaos. One of the kitsu had decided to have a yelling match at the other one-presumably over some sort of marital squabble. Edward sighed again as he closed his eyes. He was glad he wasn't attached to one kitsu yet...at least not yet. He hadn't found the right Kitsu to become his mate...yet.

Elizabeth yawned as she walked down the sidewalk to Ed's home. She had been busy working on alchemical formulas and what not. Though on chances her teacher was paying attaching she ditched class. Her ears flickered as she walk due to the passing wind. She wondered what her brother was up to. Their mother was off getting a spa treatment for mothers' day. She wonder if her dad was going to do anything for her mom for the event.
Elizabeth approached Edward's house and tapped on the door with her paw. "Hellos anyone home?" she continued to knock on the door.

Edward didn't hear the door knock. His attention was on the sky at the moment. He was fascinated with how the clouds moved slowly across the blue foundation that hide the stars during the daytime. He wasn't sure whether to fear the sky or to worship it. It was a beautiful thing to look at.
After a few seconds, though, the echo of his sister' knock made him flick his ears slightly and he looked around, trying to find the source of the knock. "Hello?" he said in a loud voice, hoping that whoever was at the front door would hear him and follow the voice to its source.

"Hellos? Could you please open the door. " She heard her brother's voice. Edward's voice sounded like their dad's voice except it was a little bit more higher in pitch but still deep. "Edo are you home?"

Edward sighed loudly and looked towards the house. It didn't really surprise him that it was his sister looking for him. Though she was supposed to be in school. "Over here, sis," he yelled at the house, not even sure why she even bothered to go to the house in the first place. She should have known that he hated to be penned up inside of it for longer than an hour at a time.

Elizabeth turned her head. "Oh hiya Edo," she said waving her paw at him. She then jumped down the front step and padded over to her brother. "Sooo daydreaming again about the clouds and what not. Your like dad not like being inside all the time."

Edward nodded his head slightly. "Yeah, I guess. It's just...hard to be stuck indoors most of the day. You are outside at least an hour a day for classes, right?" he asked his sister, tilting his head to one side as he said the question.

"Nothing really. Got bored and was starting to get irate at the other kitsu in the human's house. I wonder how she can stand those two...blue ones who argue all the time," he said, a hint of annoyance in his voice. "So...I am guessing you ditched again. Dad's gonna be mad. He expects you to carry on the Flame Alchemist legacy...or something like that."

"Not really sure of their names. Then again I don't even know half of the Kitsu in that mansion. I know know of Father, brother, and a few of those perma-kits." Edward sighed and rolled over onto his back. "True, but I am sure that Father gets report cards from him every once in a while."

"No, not really. I haven't really thought about making friends." He closed his eyes and tucked his legs against his body. Though he wasn't really sure if the two blue kitsu would like to be his friend.
"At least you go to class, though. Me on the other hand....I don't think Father liked it when I dropped out of all of the classes I was in. I don't understand it. I am not good at Alchemy, so why bother going?"

" You kind of remind me of Cloud Strife. Bit shy and distant from most of the other kitsusagi at my home. I bet you would be good friends with him. " She then smiled.
"Well...if it were up to me I wouldn't go but mother insist that I stay in school.......bleh. Work just hurts my eyes."

"Who?" Edward opened his eyes and looked at his sister upside down. Cloud Strife-why did that name sound so familiar. "I am glad I live with Father and not Mother. I am sure Mother would have told me to stay in school. Though at the same time I am sure Father would have done the same thing if he wasn't too busy most of the time."
