Sign-ups begin the first day of the following month and last through that month and the fifth of the next month. (ie. sign-ups for april exams go from March 1st through April 5th.)
In order for the exams to take place, at least one person must have signed up and there must be at least three crew signed-up to grade the exams. Crew who are grading can take the exam, on the condition that there is at least one other crew member not taking the exam signed-up for grading.
EXAM RULES:
1.) Exams start of the fifth of the given exam month and last through the last day of the month.
2.) You have five posts in which to knock-out or destroy/kill the monster in the assigned area.
3.) The crew uses random draw to pick the area, they set up the exam thread as well. YOU CAN NOT PICK YOUR OWN AREA! You can pick the monster you fight though but it must match the area (ie. no fire monsters in an underwater arena)
