Due to recent events in guild, I've taken us back to the status of people needing to send requests to join in order to post here.
In order to become a member and post, a person must now submit a request to do so.

I don't like things having to be this way, but a lack of following the basic rules of the guild, all three of them, means I have to in order to keep harmony in this place.
