Laney: *Smile never wavers* It's a lovely day, wouldn't you agree? *Sits and acts as if she's speaking to an old friend*
Buru: *mouth forms into a mix between a scowl and a pout, and she wonders who does this girl think she is, talking to her as if they are friend* ...
Laney: *Is not bothered by the silence since she's used to it from her brother Syndle* What? *Looks confused* Do you not agree madame?
Buru: *and the entire atmosphere changes at the word "madame"* Yes, it really is nice
Laney: *Notes the change and files it away. Her smile returns* It's nice to see the flowers out and blooming. All the pretty colors and unique shapes
Buru: So much better than that cold a few months ago. *nods*
Laney: What are you looking forward to most this summer, madame?
Buru: I must say, it is probably the dry weather and the cool water. The bugs, however, I could do without. *makes a slight face*
Laney: *Laughs softly* I think that is something could all do without madame
Buru: *nods* It is nice to have finally met someone with a bit of sense. My name is Buru, may I ask yours?
Laney: *Lips form a pleased smile* My name is Laney *Gives a flourishing bow* It is a pleasure to meet you madame Buru
Buru: The pleasure is all mine
Laney: *Right herself* Do you mind if I make a query madame?
Buru: You may if you wish.
Laney: Your appearance, it fascinates me. I have never seen another like you *Tilts her head* Does your kind have a name?
Buru: *smiles proudly* From my original land I was known as a Snubble, but from what I have seen of this island, I am the only of my kind currently residing here.
Laney: Lovely and unique? *Laughs softly* You seem to have what is called a Full House madame Buru
Buru: *smiles* You flatter me
Laney: Nothing but truth has fallen from my lips madame
Buru: I must say, you are quite interesting yourself, Laney.
Laney: *Feigns bashfulness* Do you truly think so?
Buru: If you have struck me as even an acquaintance, then you must be of the best, for I only surround myself by those who are the best.
Laney: Then I believe that is I who am flattered madame
