Noon on Kyushu, the time of day where normally Siddy would be bored out of his skull. Vidar had left him on his own to search for more members to recruit to Shinjutsumi, which frankly Siddy didn't want to do (with just the two of them, he got just about all of Vidar's attention) but an order was an order so he had no choice but to obey. "Stupid, stupid, stupid. I don't want to look for other people. Grah!" He grumbled to himself, kicking the ferns and other plants with his long legs as he traveled through the forest. Maybe if he spent a couple of hours of doing nothing he could just pretend that he hadn't found anyone? Yeah, that could work.

Siddy was about to congratulate himself for such a brilliant idea when he was suddenly startled by the sound of a cat's meow. Mew~ Siddy's eyes widened and his head whirled around frantically until he finally spotted the creature, a small yellow cat was watching him from on top of a tree stump. "What're you looking at, Poochie?" He growled at the cat, stomping a bit closer in its direction to try to intimidate it. The cat seemed unperturbed, merely blinking at him in response to his growling. "You're laughing at me, aren't you!" The feline, incapable of answering in a way that Siddy could understand, brought a paw to its face in order to clean it. Mreow. Oh, that just did. That stupid, tiny little thing was laughing at him! It just did it again! Siddy lowered his head and snarled before charging straight at the cat, jaws open like a wolf ready to gobble the poor creature up. "I'll teach you to make fun of me, Poochie!" He practically screamed, chasing the cat all the way out of the jungle. He was just behind the yellow ball of fur and was gaining ground, about to chomp down on its tail when, "Dammit!" The cat had managed to get into a tree.

Hissss! The cat was hissing at him now from its perch in the upper branches, its teeth revealed and its face scrunched up in pure hatred of the acid colored Kuniku. Siddy growled and circled the tree, trying to think of a way to get the cat down. From previous experience he'd learned (and more surprisingly, remembered) that he wasn't very good at climbing trees. If he had hands he could throw something, but he didn't so then that idea didn't work either. "Hey Poochie, what're you so afraid of? Oh yeah, I'm gonna bite your face off! That's right! You better come down from there!" He yelled, not even aware that a threat to the feline's life most certainly wouldn't make it come back down to the ground.

Siddy jumped in the cats direction, snapping his jaws, but of course only got air. "I'm gonna get you, just you wait!" He barked, expecting the cat to just go ahead and give up. The cat seemed confident that Siddy couldn't do anything to it no so it laid down and returned to licking its paw. "Really, I mean it! I'm gonna get you! Today!" Unable to think of another plan of action, Siddy sat down and stared up at the cat, gritting his teeth. All he could do now was think, think, think. But then again, he wasn't very good at doing that either.
