lysia_nyteblade: Head held high, she walked along the lake side. Her gase was on the water as it shimmered with the sun's light and ripples that the soft warm breesze made. Her hair played around her some and the rose petals waved as the breeze swept over them.
Strawberry Supernova: Sena stood staring at the water of the lake, hooves pushed into the mud. It felt and looked so different from the beach where he had tumbled out of his basket. Lifting his head, he caught sight of a mare walking along the lake side. He whinnied softly in greeting.
lysia_nyteblade: Her ears perked at what she had thought to have been a whinny. Looking around she spotted the little colt in the mud. with a friendly smile she whinnied back in return. Making her way she stopped in front of him and lowered her head some. "You lost?"
Strawberry Supernova: "N-not really," he said, speaking still something new to him. "I was just wandering around a little and found myself here..." He looked up at her and smiled a bit. "I'm Sena. Nice to meet you."
lysia_nyteblade: "Pleased to meet you, I'm Shoshana, but you may call me Sho for short." She smiled back and looked around for a short moment. "Perhaps we should get out of this clearing... O mean it might make things a bit better to hide from any would be predators." She wasn't worried so much for herself but more so for the safety of the colt.
Strawberry Supernova: "Sho," he said to himself. "That's a pretty name," he smiled and nodded to agree with her. Looking down at his hooves, he slowly unstuck first one then the other. Looking back at Sho, he waited for the mare to move toward the clearing first.
lysia_nyteblade: Sho chuckled some as he unstuck himself. Moving, she headed towards the treeline. "be careful, there are sometimes other soquili looking for an easy meal and a wandering foal might just make the menu as easy prey." She wondered where his parents could be. "Your family not far?" She asked as she looked over her shoulder at him.
Strawberry Supernova: He blushed a bit, he hadn't even been thinking about such things. Following her slowly, he thought about the stories he'd heard of Kalonas, but he just couldn't believe that there were such evil beings in the world. "I didn't think about that..." he murmured before looking about. "I think I might have wandered a little far from them," he said.
lysia_nyteblade: "That's fine we'll find them if you like." She smiled happily. Helping foals was always fun they were usually the most eager ones to learn after all.
Strawberry Supernova: "Mm..." he murmured. "Can I stay with you for a bit longer? I haven't had much of a chance to meet anyone..." he said. Sho seemed nice and he was wondering if they could be friends, though he wouldn't say that out loud just yet.
lysia_nyteblade: Nodding she chuckled once more. " Sure you can stay for as long as you like." She stopped just inside the trees for a moment and looked around. "Hmm... anywhere from here you might like to go? I was pretty much wandering about when We saw each other."
Strawberry Supernova: Sena shook his head. "I dunno. I've just sort of been looking around." He pawed at the ground a bit. "This is all kinda new to me," he said.
lysia_nyteblade: "I see... hmmm have you been to the grasslands yet?" Her ears perked the grass lands weren't often some place she'd known the kalonas to go wandering about in during daylight hours. "They're nice and full of tasty greens."
Strawberry Supernova: He smiled up at her. "I haven't, it sounds nice. Can we go there?" he asked softly.
Lysia_nyteblade: "Sure." She turned a little and started walking off towards the grass plains. "There may even bee some other soquili there grazing so we may even meet new horses while we're there.
Strawberry Supernova: "Sounds like fun!" he smiled and picked up his pace a bit, excited about exploring new places. "What kind of horses will be there do you think?"
lysia_nyteblade: "I don't know.. all sorts I guess.. flutters, unis... all but the water ones and kalonas I suppose." She hadn't thought about what ones she and the foal might bump into but it was an adventure too good to let wait. Picking up her pace to a trot, she giggled more to herself.
Strawberry Supernova: Sena nodded. He'd only met Sho and a Cerynei mare, other than his family. "I'm glad there won't be Kalonas...they sound scary," he said. He cocked his head to the side at her giggle as she picked up their pace again. "Why are you laughing?" he asked curiously.
lysia_nyteblade: "Hmm? oh I'm just giggling because I like to explore and have adventures. Meeting new horses is always an adventure." She grinned at the Foal.
Strawberry Supernova: He nodded. "I haven't been on many adventures...but so far they seem like fun!" he smiled.
lysia_nyteblade: "Most are but yet you still have to be careful where you go.. you're still so young yet." She nodded as she walked.
