Here's a bit of what I have. Not House M.D., but oh well. Here, here and here. The first one is obviously a Calvin and Hobbes parody, the second one parodies Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast album, and the last one parodies Blind Guardian's album Nightfall in Middle Earth.

How about the Seinfeld theme? It just seems to fit the mood. Which is pretty appropriate, as a lot of conversations here invariably become the Seinfeldian kind.
