Talus: *lurking in the water*
Colette: *preening herself--and Etoile--by the water*
Talus: *seems to sniff and peer above the water, his sharp teeth sparkling as he smiles at noticing a certain tail near by*
Colette: *keeps preening herself obliviously...*
Talus: *lifts his head up more and takes a big bite down on ... Etoile*
Colette: *and then she shrieks--and roars like a -lion- at Talus as she takes a bite... into his head*
Talus: *he bites down harder and tries to fling Colette into the water*
Colette: *bites down harder and paws angrily at him to push him away and keep herself away*
Talus: Woman! *he lets go and tries to pull Colette into the water*
Colette: *snarls and roars--but she does end up crashing into the water with a splash*
Talus: *he smirks and moves back after her tail*
Colette: *flounders and flails in the water, she can't really seem to swim, but as she sees him coming closer... she kicks at him*
Talus: *he dodges though and grabs her right on the tip of her tail*
Colette: *SCREECHES*

Talus: *his ears flick back, but happy from the screeches he bites harder and then flicks away, smirking*
Colette: *SCREECH ofangerandpain... tries to kick at him again, but ends up flailing away*
Talus: *followws her silently*
Colette: ... *is not very silent as she flails in the water*
Talus: *snorts at this, watching the flailing magikarp*
Colette: *but eventually her head sinks underwater, as she... really seems to fail at swimming...*
Talus: ... *nudges her to the shore quickly*
Colette: *lies there motionless*
Talus: *bites down on Etoile*
Colette: *shrieks and kicks him in the face, or tries to at least*
Talus: *he swims away happily knowning she's not dead, but stays near*
Colette: *looks horribly exhausted and clings to her poor tail*

(So, far away from the river of yesterday, Colette is again trying to groom herself... though her ears are warily pricked)
( And a little noise can be heard here or there, paticularly one that sounds like they're slamming into trees... )
Colette: .... *raises her head from her fur slowly, moving to poise herself to strike as she starts growling...*
( But if she looks, she just sees a large white namir that seems to have fallen from the impact, and is rubbing her head lightly and then trying to shake it off )
Colette: *she catches sight of the Namir, but for now, doesn't let her guard down--and growls loudly and fiercely at her*
Mint: *her ears twitch up and she looks around* Huh, who?
Colette: *GROWL*
: *she turns her head over to the girl* Is their a lion here!?
Colette: *ROAR*
Mint: *squeaks and whimpers* Wh-whaa! There is a lion ;___;
Colette: *POUNCES*
Mint: *she yelps out and cries* Lemmegoo!
Colette: *rawring* Are you here for Etoile?! WELL YOU CAN'T HAVE HER!
Mint: WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ; A; !? *sh tearns her head around confused*
Colette: YOU CAN'T HAVE ETOILE--..... *her ears flatten* .... *and then she glares* You don't know her?
Mint: I don't even know what you are *her ears are twitching uncontrollably and her milky eyes look past Colette*
Colette: ... *nudges her head* ... how do you not know?
Mint: I-I don't know how I don't know?
Colette: That makes no sense!
Mint: B-bu-but I don't get it ; AA;
Colette: I don't get YOU! *gets off her, her ears still flattened* Who are you, and what were you doing in here anyway?
Mint: *she wobbels up and whimpers, her ears twitching, and she looks to the opposite direction* I-I'm trying to get used to my new height.. s-so I went walking around.
Colette: You're awful big... you... just turned into an elder?
Mint: *she's silent* An elder?
Colette: That's what we call the ones who get as big as you...
Mint: W-what!? How big am I?!
Colette: A lot bigger than me, that's for sure!
Mint: Then how did you pounce me ; _;!?
Colette: You let your guard down and I thought you were going to hurt Etoile!
Mont: I-I still dunno what that is..!!
Colette: Of course you wouldn't, you're not looking at her!
Mint: I can't look though ; 3;
Colette: She's not ugly, you know!
Mint: Wha.. what's ugly?
Colette: Etoile! And neither am I! So why aren't you looking at us?
Mint: I can't see?
Colette: *moves to stick herself in front of Mint* Now can you see?
Mint: Uh... I see black o wo
Colette: ... I'm not black.
Mint: I don't know what you look like, I can see anything but.. nothing ;;
Colette: .... *squints at her* ... *gets very close*
Mint: *doesn't seem to notice, her milky eyes un blinking*
Colette: ... Your eyes look like milk.
Mint: What color is milk o Ao?
Colette: Milk is... white.
Mint: What is white?
Colette: ... Do you even know what colors are?
Mint: .... I know I have green on me?
Colette: ... How do you even know that?!
Mint: SOmeone told me!?
Colette: ... well, they weren't lying.
Mint: ... Cool~?
Colette: Not cool that you don't even know what you look like...
Mint: .... *she shrugs* It's okay I don't miind..~ *her ears twitch up and her head lays back on the ground, face basking in the sun light*
Colette: Have you always been like that?
Mint: What? Blind? Yeah ever since I was born!
Colette: Blind... that's the word for it?
Mint: Uhuh! I cna't see anything! But I can hear real swell!
Colette: Most Namir can... *mutters quietly* Can you hear this?
Mint: *nodsnods* Uhuh, I can~
Colette: ... *in a hissing-sort-of-whisper* What about this?
Mint: I can heaar it~
Colette: Can you hear Etoile?
Mint: *silent* .. No..?
Colette: Your hearing isn't -that- swell then D:Mint: *she lets out a whimper* I haven't heard anyone but you ;;
Colette: ... Etoile is yelling at you DD:<
Mint: ; A; I didn't mean to not hear!! What is Etoile saying?
Colette: That no one ever listens to her! *coos* But that's why you have me, Etoile...
Mint: I wish I could hear her ;--;
Colette: She does too D:
Mint: Can you tell me when she talks?
Colette: *sniffs* Fine. I'll be Etoile's translator, Non-Swell-Hearer.
Mint: *she whimpers* T-thank you ;;
Colette: You're -welcome-. D:<
Mint: Are you angry?
Colette: Maybe. D:<
Mint: Is that a yes or no?
Colette: That's a yes I'm too angry to say D:<
Mint: But I can't even see her, so .. I dunno.
Colette: But she gets ignored all the time!
Mint: How is that my fault!?
Colette: Because you said your hearing was good enough to hear me whispering so you should've heard her too!
Mint: But that's not my fault!!
Colette: I'm blaming you because I refuse to blame poor Etoile! D:<

Pri: Mint: How come no one else can hear her!?
Dally: Colette: BECAUSE EVERYONE IS DEAF.
Mint: BUT I'M BLIND!
Colette: BLIND AND DEAF TO ETOILE.
Mint: *sniffles*
Colette: *HUFF*
Mint: *her ears twitch and she turns her head, already seeming off topic*
Colette: What?!
Mint: *she wriggles herself off of Colette and start wobbling that way*
Colette: ...? *follows* Hey!
Mint: *nods her head as if humming and wobbling forward more*
Colette: ... *continues to follow her, slowly, staring oddly at her and the direction they're going*
( They seem to be heading towards a thunderstorm.. )
Colette: ... Why are we going this way?
Mint: *her ears twitch to faint strikes of thunder, but she doesn't seem to notice Colette's voice and happily strides that way*
Colette: ... Mint! Why are we going this way?!
Mint: *she turns around at this* Huh, who?
Colette: *twitching, the sound a little audible in her voice* -Me-! /Why are we going this way/?
Mint: *she flops down and tilts her head* I dunno?
Colette: ... *headbutts her*
Mint: *she yelps out* Why'd you do that?!
Colette: You basket case-- ooh.
Mint: *her ears twitch* Wha?
Colette: Pretty lights.
Mint: *her ears twitch and a loud bang and she stands up again, wobbling there*
Colette: *follows her with wide eyes* O_O
Mint: *she hops around happily, unaware of the lightning striking down near them
Colette: *she doesn't seem to notice either, until... a jolt startles her near her paw, and it snaps her out of her little 'pretty lights' trance* ...
Mint: *very close to another strike of lightning, but keeps padding forawrd*
Colette: *and then she tackles her down again*
Mint: *yelps out and wirggles* What are you doing!?
Colette: What are YOU doing? You're going near the hurty lights DD:<
Mint: The what!?
Colette: The HURTY lights DD:
Mint: What is that!?
Colette: LIGHTS THAT HURT YOU--*rolls them away from some incoming lightning* DDX
Mint: I don't know what that is!!
Colette: RAWR YOU SHOULD.
Mint: BUT I CAN'T SEEE *Sobs*
Colette: BUT YOU COULD GET HURT BECAUSE OF THAT DD:
Mint: ;-----; I don't understaaaaand
Colette: ... *sticks out one of Mint's paws, waiting for lightning*
Mint: *she blinks* Whaa?
Colette: *waits* ...
( But the lightning doesn't strike 8D )
Colette: ... D:
Mint: Whaaa?!
Colette: ... *sniffs and rolls off her* You go out and figure it for yourself then!
Mint: *she just lays there* Why?
Colette: So you can figure out why I knocked you down D:<
Mint: But... ;; I'm confuzzzeled
Colette: You'll figure it out DD:<
( And the thunderstorm stop, but rain starts pouring down )
Colette: *eeps and immediately tries to find some way to curl Etoile underneath her, then looks around frantically for trees to hide under*
Mint: *flops in the water* Feels good~
(But as she does this, Colette has made a hasty escape, and seems to be long gone...)
