Grace O'Malley, the Pirate Queen, for one... and Queen Maeve of Connaught... and definitely Maire Rua O'Brien, an Irish Lady who married one of Cromwell's soldiers to preserve her children's home and inheritance... and of course Jane Francesca Elgee, the mother of Oscar Wilde... and... Mary Robinson, the first female president of Ireland.
Oh dear, it seems I have too many as well! mrgreen

Neko_Kitsuni Grace O'Malley, the Pirate Queen My music teacher told us about her... we had to listen to a song about her called "Ripples in the Rockpools" she's from the same place as me and Retard Cow in Dublin.

Oscar Wilde. Even though his life style was not accepted in Ireland at the time he lived, he did not change. It's sad that his life ended so early and sadly but still he will be remembered as one of the greatest Irish writers of all time. I really admire him.

OMG, i done that song too for the junior-wel i think it was on it xp Well the uilleann pipes are in it and we had to make our own uilleann pipes by subsituting certain parts for pens and copies etc. Then the music teacher did impretions of uilleann pipes.
