~Niko flys towards the mountains he knew at the start of this trip that he would find his son Trovin. He looks at the ground from the sky and sees a White, Rainbow tiger striped female runing right under his shadow. ' yes my love follow me, I will lead us to where our son is hiding, I will be your eyes.' As he flaps his powerful wings he thinks of the time he met his mate for the first time on the battleflied it was a hard winter those many years ago. His tribe was invading the clan lands of a tribe closest to his tribes lands. They needed females and food to get though the winter and add members to his tribe. This clan was different then his unlike his they didn't have wings they didn't have horns. They were ruled my a female instead of a male

~Sam runs under the shadow of her mate, feeling safe and protected, it had be 10 long years since she lost her vison thanks to the male flying over her. But she didn't blame him, in fact it made her love him even more. If they would have kepted fighting , she wouldn't have the two childern she had now, or be the sprirital leader of her mates clan. These last couple of months had been hell, the fate of the clan had restted on her son Trovin as he was to marry antoher leader of another clan to bring peace. She understood the feelings of her son, and knew that he was going to run away long before he did. However, she was lucky that the clan didn't kill her and Niko, they could of, she had to wait a month for him to get stong enough to be able to travel. Now that they were both in Exile, still she would stick by her mate, together they were a force to by recoken with. She smiles as she runs. Soon they would be to the moutain passage that would lead to their son hopefully and then they could start over. She thinks about Jess their other beauful child. Unlike Trovin and Niko was more like her mother, a groundrunner as he tribe called them. Jess was married to another leader far away, her mate didn't know about her father or the fact that he was a leader of a clan too.

~Niko turns his attenain back to his mate as he notices that her movements are getting a little slow as she runs. He was getting a bit tried too. Getting lower he to her, " We should rest for a bit my love, we have been traveling all day and I need a rest, since it is growing dark." He smiles flys ahead of her to the getting lower to the ground once his feet hit the ground he tucks them and runs beside her. Coming into a small clearing he slows down and stops then watches her to do the same. He still couldn't beleive how much he still loved her after all these years. letting his mind drift him thinks around the first time again he was leading a charge when something attacked him from the shadows, it was so fast. Spining around he saw a white female with a determind look on her face she was pretty with her blue colored eyes and rainbow tiger markings. The fact that she had a green dagger around her neck marked her as the leader of that clan. When she attacked again he noticed that she fought like a demon and he stuggled to stay ahead of her to either attack or defend himself. She was good the best he had never known.~

~Sam smiles as she feels her mate close to her and he flys near her to talk to her, she nods and smiles at him as he flys ahead and lands. She loved the feel of him beside her it reminded her of their wired courtship. First he had tired to force her then he tryed wooing her, when that didn't work he left her alone for a while then she started to miss him and seeked him out. it was still wired to her, be she was glad. Slowing down in clearing she stops beside him as her tubby growls. She smiles at him, then starts to dug a temp den hole for them to sleep in. Since she had been blind Niko knew what to do, she thinks about the day Trovin was born. beening a blind new mother to be, she had a couple of females to help dug her borrow in undernath a tree not far of the cave when the clan lived. She had been in pain for hours, Niko's 2nd had tryed to harm her since Niko was out with the hunting party. The 2nd didn't like her because he bleived that she was the reason that Niko didn't wipe her clan out. So she needed to find somewhere she could have her childern in safety and peace. After a couple more hours and a lot of pain she had given birth to Trovin and his twin brother, whom was stillborn the birth had killed her 2nd son, she had morned him as she had taken care of Trovin alone. It was many days later Niko had come looking for her once he found her he promised that he would never leave her alone and to kill his 2nd whom cause the death of one of their sons. She brings herself back to the now, the clan only allowed two childern from each mated pair incuded the leader pair becuase food was a problem. She sits down in the hole and thinks, now extiled would Niko have more pups with her or would he grow tired of her only time would tell.

~Niko smirks as he hears her Tubby growl, he was getting hunary as well he smirks again and walks over to kiss her before he jumps into the air and flys away to find something to eat. He loved taking care of his mate, and jumped at the chance. remembering the end of the fight where, Sam kicked his butt and sent him with his tail between his legs. Seeing a lake he dives in the middle and hunts down a couple of fish. Reaching the surface with them in his mouth he takes off again and smirks as he lands beisde her then notices that she is asleep he smirks and lays a fish a couple of feet away from her~

~hearing someone land close to her she rises her guard until smells Niko then she relaxes. Smelling the food she licks her lips and smiles towards hi,. using her other senses she movies towards the food and takes one of the fish leaving the smaller one for Niko. After they finsh eatting she smiles at him and then offers him a seat beside her~

~Niko watches his mate and smile then turns to eat his own food. once they finsh he watches her as she offers him a seat beside her. Walking over to her, he smiles and snuggles her side as he scoots close as he can to her. He then leans in and wrapps his wings around her protectivly. He prayed to their god that she would always be with him. Without her he was so weak. " I love you my dear more then words, you are my heart, very soul cries for you

~Sam smiles as she feels her mate's heat come around her, she snuggles into him and feels tears of joy when he tells her how much he loves her. She leans her head aganist him and kisses his cheek. she remembers the last time she could love on him like this the pack he came from forbid open signs of love, so once they were mated they weren't allowed to show it. The last time they had snuggled like this was right after their girl was born. After that Niko turned cold towards her in public. He even moved out of the borrow they shared. He visted only to see their childen. That hurt her but she understood, as least as far as the pack knew he was like that. He met with her many times over the years and cuddled with her or talked to her while the rest of his pack was unware of such things.~

!Niko relaxes against Sam and licks her face he smiles as he drifts off to sleep the stong and protective male that he was tomorrow they could again start the jourany towards the mountains. Soon they would be somewhere safe, then they could start the seach for their son and hopefully he would show them where to go and hide from the rest of the world.~

~Sam smiles as she notices that Niko is asleep she snoots closer to him and starts to drift asleep. She smiles in her sleep thinking about the days when Trovin and Jess were younger and Niko and her spend every day together. She hoped that things would last forever.~

~Niko smiles as he wakes up the next morning and smirks at his still sleeping mate, he was overjoyed that such a beauful loved him, showed him what it would be like to have a family and a life loving someone or something. His father had many wifes, his mother hated him and his siblings because of what his father had done. She was a angel from a different clan. He remebers the day when his mother told him that she could never love him because of the way he looked, he wasn't angel looking like his siblings he looked like this demonic father. After that he learned that it was easyer to be feared then loved. Until Sam. She gave him a different way to look at life.~

~Sam smiles in her sleep dreaming about the time they have spend together. Opening her eyes she feels for Niko. Still feeling him beside her she eases into him and then feels around for his face and licks it~ " good morning my love." She smiles then wiggles away to stand up and shake herself. She also sniffs the air taking he the scents of everything around her~

~Niko smiles at Sam and stands up, he shakes his body and wiggles his wings. Before jumping into the air and hovering above her~ " I'm to scout for us, and give breakfast I will be back soon." ~He smiles then turns and flys off, He knew that she could take care of herself for a little bit it was more important to find a path that they could way their was carefully to the glasslands on the otherside~

~Sam smile as she hears him stand up and then flapping of wings. She knew that he would be scouting again to make sure that it was safe for her. He would also bring back breakfast. She smiles then sits and waits for Niko to return it was true even if she couldn't see. She could still take care of herself~

~Niko sees a couple of rabbits he finshes them quickly and returns to Sam he sets the the biggest one infront of her at her feet and takes the smaller one for himself, he eats slowly enjoying every bite. He was surpised that noone was following them from the pack and they were almost there. now they had to enter the cave and acoss it to get to the glasslands and their son Trovin. As much as Niko had been enjoying this trip he had to find Trovin no matter what~
