Soft soles and adobe tiles were a horrible mix when it came to Taurus but he had to get there quickly. After three near falls and It was always like him to be late for such and such reason. Hero had made it specific that that had to stop and he wasn't going to suffer whatever punishment she dealt. Even imagining that horrible outcome was impossible for him.

Of course, it wasn't long before he'd realized that he'd slept too long. Now he had no choice but to run along the rooftops and hope he got to Crystal before the given time. Buses would have been unreliable and walking would have been the death of him. Old fashioned heightened agility was his best bet at the moment. There was a flurry of red cape behind him as he ran, highlighting just how fast his feet were really moving. It was risky, being out alone and unprotected especially after he'd had the run in with the other negaverse agent just days before. At some point in time, he rationalized, he'd have to keep his team held together by more than just training. Aquarius should have been there with him like always. Too bad that wasn't the case.

Technically, there wasn't anything he could do at the moment unless he wanted to veer off course and find her but that wasn't going to work. So, Taurus was once again completely alone in the city to face whatever would find him as he tried to get to his Captain.

What was -this- now?

Senshi rushing along the roof tops, Running... mmm just like prey. She licked her lips and narrowed her eyes interested and followed.
Ever since she'd briefly wrapped her fingers around Magellan's starseed, it just -wasn't- the same pulling them from civilians. There was a bone deep energy that senshi starseeds gave off, and it quieted the dark wrath and want within her for -far- longer once she had time to cool down from loosing it, and the face full of sand.

She upped her pace and tried to catch hold of a fistful of cape meaning to give it a sharp and sudden yank to drag the unfortunate soul to a sharp stop by method of greeting.

Quietly now quietly... She didn't want caught before she had her fist full of red.

Capes were great until they were pulled. Taurus found this out the hard way at full sprint when it felt like his own shoulders were being pulled back by a cement block. The only thing saving him from completely losing his footing was his heels digging between well placed roof tiles.

All of his hopes of getting there on time were dashed the moment he seemed stuck. He pulled at his collar, trying to keep the pressure off his neck. The fabric was starting to dig in his fingers and it was obvious that he could keep that up for long. Taurus tried to turn his head but the most he could see was a few inches of red fabric as he fell to one knee. Once the pressure on his throat had been lessened from the new angle, he reached behind him as if trying to find whatever had caught his cape.

However, the danger he was in hadn't made itself known. The Vice-captain had yet to notice the Negaverse agent that got the upper hand in mere moments or how open he'd left himself without realizing it.

"On your way to Grandmother's House?" She said through a snarling smile and flipped the cape forward to release the tension, possibly temporarily blind him and, if he failed to catch himself, drop him on his toosh.

She called her mask out as she flipped the cape forward, she would lack the same momentum she had if she had drawn her arm back first, and with the cloth flipping forward she would also lack accuracy, but her goal was to drive it down into him as hard as she could to bruise, stun, or even wind him if she was lucky. Anything to keep the advantage.

A voice was definitely the last thing the senshi was expecting. He was caught on a person. Or a person had caught him. In this city, it could have been both. Neither scenario was good for him. He tried to pull away, only for the cape to settle back in the welt in his neck that had been left before.

"Let me go!" Taurus wasn't going to let this person keep the upper hand they'd so easily gotten even though he was suddenly blinded by cape. Oh the joy of capes. Thankfully, the think fabric of the cape hid his outline fairly well and he felt something barely miss him. Perhaps her aim had been throw off? Maybe her weapon was wrapped up in the fabric? Maybe she wasn't actually trying to hit him? The vice-captain wasn't sure but he was going to use this as much to his advantage as he could.

He rolled, trying to get out of the awkwardly curled fabric and succeeded in at least being able to see with one eye as he reoriented himself on the ground. All Taurus could do at that moment was kick out at the few glimpses of brown he got, hoping to at least hit her and put them on equal ground.

"SORRY...." She snarled not sounding sorry at all and then cursing as his foot glanced off her shin. Painful and it shifted her balance so she had to re-orient so she didn't fall on him.
"Can't do that NOT allowed, or if it is NO one gave me the MEMO!" she lashed out again off balance to try and punch into him with the mask.

"Well then, take this as a sign that I don't follow your rules!" Okay. So he wasn't great at come backs but thankfully, the slight hesitation gave the senshi enough time to get to his feet. He was still off balance and a bit worse for wear but was still back on his feet. At least she didn't have that advantage anymore.

A fight where both parties were totally off balance was as fair as it could possibly be at this point, save him not having a weapon. This was made quite apparent when that mask hit him square in the shoulder. Taurus wanted to wince and start running but he couldn't. This agent could obviously catch him. Running would be the worst possible thing he could do right now. He couldn't lead her straight to Aries unless she knew she was ready to patrol. That had yet to be confirmed.

Taurus knew he had to keep her at bay. Even with an injured shoulder, he swung at her, aiming as close to her face as he could in this unbalanced state.

"I'll give you a run down..." She said dryly, she didn't move fast enough to avoid the hard clip to her jaw sending stars across her vision. s**t he was strong.

She dropped to one knee rubbing away the blood from a freshly split lip and thanked god he hadn't cracked her jaw before attempting to leg sweep him.

"Did someone forget to mention? "NO CAPES" she added, a quip from the incredibles....man she could have gone for any one of those cape snagging...or sucking devises right now.
