Kisara walks into Hito's office and looks around. "Very nice." she says as she adjusts Isabella in her arms. "Hito are you here?" she asks.

Hito popped his head out from underneath his makeshift desk. He looked around and saw Kisara holding Isabella gently in her arms. Hito sprang up from the floor and walked over to them. "Oh, Captain Kisara! What a nice surprise! Sorry, was just doing a bit of reconstruction... Have to finish this, start on the training grounds and the Squad Barracks, and then re-evaluate all of Squad 13 members..." Hito finished with a sigh. He didn't expect to be this busy right from the get-go. "And we can't forget about the sport's game... But enough of that, can I get you something; tea? coffee?" Hito rushed to the corner of his office where a small kitchen was already starting to become set up, however all that really worked was a small stove and a mini-fridge.

Laughing, she shakes her head. "You don't need to get me anything. You just relax. You shouldn't be so busy. Just relax. I'm sure that everything will be okay later." she says as she rocks Isabella. "So what do you think of being a captain from just your short time?"

Hito stopped and began to think about the question. "Hm... well I'm not too sure. To be honest, I don't really feel like much of a captain. It's kind of weird, like a Champion winning a belt, it'll sink in sooner or later." Hito shrugged. "I actually wonder how Tokemaru's taking the position... I was actually surprised when he showed his Bankai to everyone." He said smiling. It seemed like just yesterday when the Squad 1 trio were just having a drinking contest.

Nodding, Kisara sits down and looks over at him. "Well it was the same for me. It took a while for it to sink in. True be told I was a complete spaz and really hyper before I became a captain." she says, laughing. "I was never one to have much of a care and I really enjoyed my work when I was in squad 12. Of course everyone must grow and leave the nest at some point." Looking down at Isabella as the baby yawns, she laughs. "My, my Bella you must be very tired. You have been a sleep for a while little one." Kisara says to her.

Hito begins to laugh as well. "Yea I still can't imagine you as a hyper one..." He said as he attempted once more to imagine Kisara as a spunky, younger version of herself and failed once again. He looked down at baby Isabella and wondered if she would be like her mother. "Oh! I think I'll make a room so that when you visit, she can play with toys rather than sit around and sleep in the office." He said while already writing it down on the checklist.

Kisara smiles and nods her head. "It's fine and I'm sure she will love that." Kisara says. "Although I'm sure that she will be like her father more then me though." Isabella makes a cooing sound as she looks towards Hito. Holding out her hands towards him, she clenches and unclenches her small hands. Looking from Isabella to Hito, she smiles. "I think she wants to be held by you Hito." she says, laughing.

Hito was shocked by the small request. He slowly walked over to where Kisara and Isabella were sitting and reaches out his arm to grab her. He grabs under the baby's armpits and pulls her close to his chest in fear that he might hurt or drop her, due to the fact he had never held a baby before. However, much to his surprise, Isabella was light, small, and warm. Hito smiled and started to talk in a lighter tone in his voice. "Why hello there! Wanna hang out with, Uncle Hito?"

Isabella coos and looks at Hito. She squirms a little in his arms and starts to whine. Kisara laughs and stands up. Taking Isabella back from Hito, she bounces her a little. "I think she forgot why she wanted to be picked up by you." she says, laughing.

Hito laughs as well. He brushes his right hand along the back side of his hair and smiles. "Yea, I guess it happens, eh?" He then rushed back to his desk before plopping the notes he had written, onto a corner of the desk before picking up a list of names on them. "When dealing with the squad members, should I contact them for interviews? It seems that rankings were all over the place in confusion."

Kisara thinks for a moment and sighs. "I would say that you should contact them each on your own. Let them know that you are the new captain so that they understand that they will have to work for their rank. The only one I wouldn't worry about is Zalian." she says. "He is on mission...possibly indefinitely."

Hito groans slightly before looking over at the list again. "I guess I'll start with him, I suppose..." Hito said pointing at a random name on the list. "Zalian was the former, former-Captain, right? Sort of like Kaicho." Hito asked peering over the list.

Kisara nods as she rocks Isabella. "Yes he was. We aren't sure if he will return but there is always the chance." she says quietly. "Well I should get Isabella home before she wakes up again." Standing up Kisara turns for the door. "If you need anything, feel free to ask. I may no longer be your captain but I'll still listen if you have problems or questions." she says over her shoulder as she leaves the room.

Hito nodded and waved to Kisara as she left. After she was gone he looked back down towards the list. From the past records he had received, there were major spikes and falls when a captain enters into office. It seemed that this squad was made up of loyal individuals who followed their captains even to death, and when they left the positions, so did the members. Hito wondered how many would re-join knowing that he was the new captain, how many would even approve.
