One of the new thing In Animal Crossing WW is being able to donation your money to the people of Boondox. Depending how much you donate in total, you'll get a feather in the mail which you can wear on your head. There are seven color in all.
Green Feather: Donate 10,000 Bells
Blue Feather: Donate 200,000 Bells
Yellow Feather: Donate 500,000 Bells
Red Feather: Donate 800,000 Bells
Purple: Feather Donate 1,100,000 Bells
White: Feather Donate 1,400,000 Bells
Rainbow Feather: Donate 6,400,000 Bells
the amount of bells you donate in total will not reset after getting a feather and you don't have to donate all at once.

I donated at least 50k and I still didnt get anything in the mail.They did send letters, but no feathers. Am I doing something wrong?

you have to donate all the money at the same time, not a few bells here, a few bells there.
if u ask me, u ppl r wasting ur time and ur bells 'cuz it like sticks sideways out of ur head and looks REALY dorkey and gay.
but i guess that's just my opinion. >_>
