There is a another nonactive user in this guild, who do to certain thingsoutside this guild and Gaia, I do not wish to talk to or have talking to me. I hope that people understand this and don't just think I'm being an a**... but for lack of better words, either they go, or I do. I wish for peoples input onto this because I will ban them myself if people feel that's what needs to be done, but if noone says anything either way, then I am going to be leaving the guild. I'm sorry.

No don't leave ETS. Plus you gotta tell us who the user is first. Since you've explained your actions so well I trust you that you have a good enough reason for it. Plus the user is non-active so I don't see the issue with not banning them... sweatdrop
Edit: I'd like to ban someone from this guild as well, because we don't get along well anymore and she hasn't been active in almost a year.

Well... the person is my ex girlfriend if that makes any difference... I won't say a username because of people maybe being friends with her...

I don't see the problem with banning her, but I'd pm Jinsei and talk to her about it. *considering Izu isn't guild captain right now*

Hmmm.
If this person is a very inactive member, then I don't really see a problem with banning her if it makes ETS uncomfortable/upset to have her here.
But since she is so inactive, as ETS said, there isn't a big rush on it, nor do I see the necessity.
Hm. Do we prefer having quantity or quality in the muffcakers? Is the member count very important? Bleh! sweatdrop

I'm in a canadian guild with a thousand some members and barely anyone posts, I almost never go there because it's so boring.

Well, I think it's OK to ban her, especially since she is so inactive. Go ahead with that, ETS, if you would like. 3nodding
