Guidelines for clubs, sports and groups:
-Anyone can create one (code and instructions included)
-Anyone can join one, unless join requirements aren't met
-Must follow guild and TOS rules!
(More rules/guidelines added later)

-Check out register, some require different things.
-Find one you like, fill out application if required.

Instructions to make:
-Post the filled shell/code in the register sticky.
-When finished, create thread for club/sport/group.
