today i biked to the beach. i didn't want to get sand in my shoes, so i held them both in my left hand while biking. they were falling out of my grasp so, being the smart kid i am, i decided to steer with my left hand and fix the shoes with my right. i fell. :V

it's kind of gross, so linked

aww, so sorry

yesh sand can be abrasive

i find that licking it makes it better

well, it takes dexterity
or in my case a willing dog, she loves to lick all my wounds

it actually barely hurt! O: my mom's a paramedic lady so she has some better equipment than licking... xd lol.
my mom's friend was saying he wasn't surprised it didn't hurt much 'cause if you pinch your elbow skin as hard as you can, you can't feel anything. :> it's kinda neat..

so are you like seriously biking now?

as in, miles and miles?

my brother does mountain biking like that, all over Maine

even in the snow

HAHA, no. i just never committed to any regular exercise before, so this is like a big thing for me. haha. i am proud! although if i get in good shape, i wouldn't mind biking miles and miles. : O

that sounds really awesome! although i can't see why someone would want to bike through snow... wouldn't that slow you down horribly ? :V omg dangerous too! you can't see what's under there.

he's older than i am and spends all his money on outdoor gear

he's even certified as a Maine Guide!

you can be safe if you spend enough money, for the best suspension system and knobby tires and so on

and elbow pads and knee pads and a helmet of course for when you inevitably wreck! razz

I love riding bikes, but I can only seem to bother when it's to get someplace. sweatdrop

I've gotten some impressive wounds from bike riding too. We are partners in injury!

That elbow looks really small. You must be really small.

how big are your elbows? :O
PostPosted: Tue Apr 20, 2010 5:31 pm

Huge. Gargantuan. They are mammoth, they are colossi, they are astronomic. These are the kind of elbows you'd expect a mountain to have, if mountains had elbows.
